All The Celebrity Guests Who Have Taken the Stage at Taylor Swift's Eras Tour ... So Far!

Taylor Swift’s Eras Tour has been underway for over a year now and every night brings a new surprise. Whether it’s a song she’s never played before or a special celebrity guest, Taylor is always keeping her fans on their toes.

Throughout the tour’s run, Taylor has brought out a handful of surprise guests, ranging from her musical collaborators to her boyfriend Travis Kelce! Who knows what she has planned next -- but for now, here’s all the guests she’s brought out so far.

1. Travis Kelce

Taylor surprised fans when her boyfriend Travis Kelce joined her on stage during one of her recent shows in London. As Taylor performed, Travis and two other dancers rose from the center of the stage as the intro to “I Can Do It With a Broken Heart” began. Decked out in a tux and top hat, Travis swooped Taylor off the ground and carried her across the stage as she feigned being passed out. Travis completely committed to the skit and even pretended to apply makeup on Taylor later on in the performance.

“I’m still cracking up/swooning over @killatrav’s Eras Tour debut 🥰 Never going to forget these shows,” Taylor later wrote on her Instagram .

2. Hayley Williams

Hayley Williams and her band Paramore may be opening for Taylor but it had been over a decade since the pair had performed together. During Taylor’s second performance in London, Hayley joined her during the acoustic segment to sing their Speak Now (Taylor’s Version) vault track “Castles Crumbling.” The duo sat side-by-side at the piano, where Hayley wore a dress reminiscent of the one that Taylor had worn the last time they took the stage together.

“I got to sing ‘Castles Crumbling’ with @yelyahwilliams for the first time - hadn’t performed with her since 2011 and man my heart was just so full of love for her and our friendship,” Taylor wrote in an Instagram post .

3. Gracie Abrams

London got another treat when the “impossibly gifted and wonderful” Gracie Abrams -- one of Swift's opening acts -- took the stage with Taylor to perform their collaboration “Us” for the very first time. Before they began, Taylor explained that the song was written late at night while the friends were hanging out and drinking wine.

“We wrote this song when we were pretty hammered. We’d had a bunch of cosmos at dinner and then we came home and opened wine. And we were just talking about your life. And talking about your life turned into this song,” Taylor said on stage .

4. Ice Spice

Early on in the American leg of the Eras Tour, Taylor invited Ice Spice to join her on stage in New Jersey -- on the same day that she announced the release of a remixed version of “Karma” featuring the rapper. The pair performed the song together and Ice Spice ended up joining Taylor for all three Jersey shows.

“Last night in Jersey was 🤯💕🌙🙏✨💥 !!! The way the whole stadium screamed when Ice literally popped up unannounced,” Taylor wrote on the first night of their on stage collaboration.

On the last night, she added , “@icespice i love youuuu and I’m still buzzing from getting to sing with you all three nights! This tour has become my entire personality.”

5. Jack Antonoff

During one of her New Jersey shows, Taylor was also joined on stage by her frequent collaborator and producer Jack Antonoff. With so many songs to choose from, the duo opted to perform “Getaway Car” off of Taylor’s album Reputation , which Jack helped write and produce.

While reflecting on the night, Taylor wrote that she loved getting to hear the crowd “shout the lyrics.”

In July 2023, during a tour stop in California, Taylor brought out the Haim sisters: Alana, Danielle and Este. The trio, who were also opening the show, joined Taylor on stage for a performance of their collaboration “no body, no crime” while they were wearing their costumes from the “Bejeweled” music video.

“Santa Clara this weekend was a partyyy, both crowds were so loud and rowdy. And I’ll never forget when @alanahaim @estehaim and @daniellehaim emerged wearing their gowns from the Bejeweled video 😂,” Taylor later wrote on Instagram .

7. Phoebe Bridgers

In May 2023, Taylor took the Eras Tour to Nashville and Phoebe Bridgers officially joined her on the road as an opener. That night, the friends performed their collaboration “Nothing New,” a vault track off of Red (Taylor’s Version) . It marked the first of many collabs for the pair, who also performed the song together in Pennsylvania, Massachusetts and New Jersey.

“Got to perform ‘Nothing New’ with boss genius/baby angel face @phoebebridgers for the first time, and have been so moved by these beautiful, generous Nashville crowds!!!! I just can’t believe it,” Taylor wrote on social media after their first performance together.

8. Aaron Dessner

Taylor has brought her collaborator Aaron Dessner on stage with her quite a few times throughout the Eras Tour. The pair first took the stage together during a tour stop in Florida, where they performed “The Great War” for the first time. The next night, he returned to play “Mad Woman.” Then in Nashville, they had the chance to sing “Would’ve, Could’ve, Should’ve” in the middle of the pouring rain. In July, Aaron returned once again for a performance of “Ivy” in his hometown, Cincinnati.

9. Marcus Mumford

Marcus Mumford stopped by one of the very first Eras Tour shows when Taylor performed in Las Vegas in March 2023. While on stage together, the duo performed “Cowboy Like Me” off of Taylor’s album Evermore — much of which was recorded at Marcus’ home recording studio. While Marcus only sang harmonies on the album track, he performed a full verse in concert.

“Last night in Vegas Marcus Mumford showed up and surprised the crowd with ‘Cowboy Like Me’ so like 🤩🤯😝! Thank you to @marcusmumford and that glorious crowd,” Taylor wrote on Instagram .

10. Maren Morris

In June 2023, the Eras Tour made a stop in Chicago and during one of the shows, Maren Morris joined Taylor on stage. The duo performed their song, “You All Over Me,” a vault track from Fearless (Taylor’s Version) . On TikTok , Maren thanked Taylor for having her, writing, “Your generosity to me in these last 7 years is insurmountable.”

On Instagram, she added , “We finally got to play ‘You All Over Me’ and I won’t ever be shutting up about it. Love you @taylorswift and love you always, Chicago.”

11. Joey King & Taylor Lautner

Taylor celebrated the release of the music video for her Speak Now (Taylor’s Version) vault track “I Can See You” during a tour stop in Missouri. To mark the occasion, she brought the stars of the music video, Joey King and Taylor Lautner, on stage with her.

“Was any of this real??? Did this actually happen?” Joey wrote on Instagram . “Taylor, you’ve been such a huge figure in my life since we met when I was 9 years old. I’ve known you longer than I haven’t, and I feel so lucky for it. You are truly the most magical person. I love you forever.”

All the Celebrities Who Have Attended Taylor Swift's Eras Tour So Far

Since Taylor Swift's Eras Tour started on March 17 in Glendale, Arizona, her sold-out shows have been the place to be and be seen for celeb Swifties. The pop icon has cultivated a number of high profile besties and they are coming out for her first tour in years.

Here are all the celebrities who have been caught singing along to their favorite Taylor Swift singles, or who have shamelessly posted themselves in her audience on their own Instagram, starting with the Emmas.

Emma Stone was there for opening night in Glendale, and a clip of her dancing went viral on TikTok as she sang to Swift's hit track “You Belong With Me.”

Over the video, the TikToker @oreoofficial wrote, “Emma Stone losing her gd mind over YBWM.”

Emma Roberts

Emma Roberts was in Las Vegas for Swift's second stop, and was captured doing a singalong to “Style.”

Emma Watson

Emma Watson was the third Emma seen at the Eras tour, also in Las Vegas. She attended with Brendan Wallace, her ex-boyfriend she was last linked to in 2018. Would it be a Taylor Swift concert without some romantic intrigue?

Selena Gomez

Selena Gomez stopped by her longtime friend Swift's Arlington, Texas show on April 1, dressed up like Swift's folklore era of course. Gomez shared photos on Instagram of her time at the show, writing, “Thank you bestie for having me and my sissy transport into your mystical, euphoric and special world. Proud to know you! love you forever and always.”

Gomez attended again during Swift's August 8 show in Los Angeles.

Diplo admitted he’s a “motherf—ing Swiftie now” after checking out Swift's show in Las Vegas.

“I kinda know the lyrics,” he added in another post on his Instagram stories while grooving to “Anti-Hero.”

Shania Twain

Shania Twain posted herself dancing to the 1989 single “Blank Space” in Las Vegas, adding “What a show” in writing over her groovy moves.

Laura Dern brought her family to show and even took a pic with Swift afterwards. As the co-star of Swift’s music video “Bejeweled,” she obviously had special access.

“Celebrating our amazing buddy’s first show of tour. Extraordinary. Found family,” she captioned the post.

Dern attended her second Eras show in Los Angeles on August 8.

Ellen Pompeo

Ellen Pompeo brought her daughter Sienna to have the time of her life in Las Vegas.

The Haim sisters were going to be at an Eras Tour show eventually, since they'll be opening for her at another date. But they also just came by to watch.

NFL player J.J. Watt went with his family to the show and even broke down his thoughts about the experience with a little talk back on TikTok.

Marcus Mumford

Marcus Mumford, frontman to Mumford and Sons, actually joined Swift onstage to help perform Evermore ‘s “Cowboy Like Me” in Las Vegas.

“Last night in Vegas Marcus Mumford showed up and surprised the crowd with ‘Cowboy Like Me’ so like [mind blown emojis],” Swift captioned a photo of the big moment.

Chloë Grace Moretz

Chloë Grace Moretz was in Las Vegas and cutting loose, too.

Reese Witherspoon

The actress attended Swift's show in Nashville in May and shouted out the choreography and spectacle on Instagram.

“What a night to remember ! @taylorswift in front of 70,000 incredible fans,” Witherspoon wrote. “The stellar song choices , inspired choreography, other-worldly art design ... an incredible night to dance, sing and feel so much JOY .. thank you @taylorswift and the whole ERAS tour team for shining so bright tonight.”

Shawn Mendes and Camila Cabello

Amidst reconciliation rumors, former couple Shawn Mendes and Camila Cabello were at MetLife Stadium for Swift's show on May 26. Fans grabbed photos that showed the pair arriving. Mendes was wearing a white t-shirt and jeans and Cabello had on a sexy black top with a deep neckline, and colorful slacks.

Cabello performed during Swift's previous Reputation tour, singing as the opener for her show. Mendes made a surprise appearance during one of Swift's concerts in Los Angeles, and was also featured on a remix from her album Lover.

Millie Bobby Brown and Jake Bongiovi

Millie Bobby Brown and fiancé Jake Bongiovi headed to Cincinnati, Ohio, on Friday June 30, for Swift's show at the city's Paycor Stadium. The couple were standing in the VIP section and Brown was dressed in monochrome pink with a glittering heart around one eye in reference to the singer's Lovers album era.

On Friday, July 28, Gigi Hadid watched her friend perform at Levis Stadium in Santa Clara, California. She attended with her friend, make-up artist Patrick Ta on her Instagram Stores. In one pic they're taking a selfie and smiling at the camera.

In another, they showed off their Eras Tour concert bracelets, with Ha writing, “THE MOST MAGICAL NIGHT @taylorswift @gigihadid.”

Swift later shared a TikTok of driving a golf cart backstage as her dad followed on a segway. Hadid and Ta can be seen beside her.

Hadid also attended the Nashville show in May.

Mindy Kaling

Kaling let her daughter's first concert be Swift's Eras tour during Swift's Los Angeles stop. She shared reflections on Instagram. “Thank you so much @sofi and @taylorswift for the best first concert EVER for my daughter, Kit! She swapped friendship bracelets all night and got to hear her favorite Taylor song live, Cruel Summer! It was such a magical night.”

Brie Larson, Sarah Paulson, and Lupita Nyong'o

Selena Gomez and her sister clutch on to each other while attending Taylor Swift's concert

Selena Gomez and her sister certainly are embracing Taylor Swift's Eras Tour .

On Aug. 8, the “Only Murders in the Building” actor showed up at Los Angeles' SoFi Stadium for Swift's Eras Tour. In a series of posts shared to her Instagram story, the actor gave fans a look into the emotional experience.

In her first post from the night, Gomez shared a video of herself enjoying the concert with her 10-year-old sister , Gracie Elliot Teefey .

In the video, Gomez sings along to “Lover” while holding Gracie and swaying with her in her arms.

For her next post, Gomez showed off her wrist, stacked with friendship bracelets that she collected from fans.

“Thank you to the fans that traded with me,” she captioned her post.

This was Gomez's second time seeing Swift, her close friend, perform in this world tour. Gomez also attended with her younger sister in Arlington, Texas.

And she is just one of many celebrities who have flocked to stadiums near and far to attend one of the Eras Tour shows. Here’s a look at some of the famous faces showing up to see Swift perform.

The Bryant family

In August, the Bryant family gathered together to see Swift in concert at SoFi Stadium in Inglewood, California. The show proved memorable for Kobe Bryant's widow, Vanessa Bryant, and her daughters when Swift took a moment from her show to give  Kobe Bryant’s daughter Bianka a hug and  gifted her with her black hat during her "22" performance .

Vanessa Bryant shared a series of posts on Instagram and gave fans a look into her experience with a picture of Bianka hugging Swift and another photo of a jean jacket that she bedazzled with a photo featuring Swift and Kobe.

“So special,” she captioned one of the posts. “Bianka &  @taylorswift .”

Emma Watson and Este Haim

The “Harry Potter” actor and the singer were spotted having the time of their lives at a VIP tent during the singer’s Vegas stop.

In an interview with Vanity Fair, the “La La Land” actor counted herself lucky for getting the Swift hook up for the concert.

“I’ve known her since we were 17 and 18, so she hooked me up, which was very nice ’cause I know those tickets are impossible to get,” Stone  told the magazine of the experience in June .

Shania Twain

The Canadian country music singer shared a video of herself enjoying the concert during the early leg of the tour. In the video, the singer could be seen twirling and dancing as Swift performed on stage.

Reese Witherspoon

The “Legally Blonde” actor became one of many fans and stars to attend the singer’s concert in May. Witherspoon filmed from the stands and later called the performance “inspired” in a video post shared to her Instagram page.

“What a night to remember !” she captioned the post. “ @taylorswift  in front of 70,000 incredible fans. The stellar song choices , inspired choreography, other-worldly art design ... an incredible night to dance, sing and feel so much JOY .. thank you  @taylorswift  and the whole ERAS tour team for shining so bright tonight.”

Video of the “Nimona” actor showed her singing at the top of her lungs to the Swift classic “Love Story” during the Las Vegas stop of the tour.

For Swift’s May 12 concert, the actor gave a shout to the “A Simple Favor” actor and her two daughters, who were in attendance. According to  Billboard , Swift mouthed, “Hi, James! Hi, Nezzy!” to the little ones while on stage.

The supermodel has attended multiple stops of the tour, including Santa Clara, California. She made an appearance on the makeup artist Patrick Ta’s Instagram, fan-girling and singing along to Swift’s “Cruel Summer.”

Jesse Tyler Ferguson

The “Modern Family” actor showed up for Swift’s concert at SoFi Stadium and paid tribute to the singer’s appearance in the 2019 musical “Cats.” Dressed in a classic “Cats” black T-shirt, the actor took selfies with his husband, Justin Mikita.

“ @taylorswift  really did that!” he captioned the post. “3.5 hours of pure joy. Superhuman. Love you, T.”

Taylor Lautner and wife Taylor Lautner

The “Twilight” actor and his wife showed up for the singer — whom he dated briefly in the 2000s — at her July 7 show in Kansas City, Missouri, to debut the "I Can See You" music video he starred in, and they s hared behind-the-scenes moments on Instagram .

In a post shared on her Instagram, Lautner’s wife, also named Taylor Lautner, thanked Swift for her different eras and for inviting her backstage.

“Everything that @taylorlautner said last night on stage is so true,” Lautner   captioned the post . “@taylorswift, you are not only one of the most talented people to ever walk this earth (truly don’t think there is anything you can’t do) but you are also one of THE kindest people.”

In a post shared to her Instagram page, the “Big Little Lies” actor revealed that she is also a Swiftie.

“Celebrating our amazing buddy’s first show of the tour. Extraordinary. Found family.  #ErasTour ,” she captioned her  post  for the photograph, which featured her taking a picture with Swift alongside her daughter Jaya Harper and son Ellery Harper.

Mariska Hargitay and Cara Delevingne

Nearly a decade after appearing in Swift's music video for “Bad Blood,” the “Law & Order: Special Victims Unit” star and model appeared amongst the mass of Swifties to watch her perform. Hargitay commemorated the evening with a selfie alongside Delevingne, which she shared on Instagram.

“ @caradelevingne  and me had a lil  #BadBlood  reunion.  #MotherChucker   #Justice   #BandAidsDontFixBulletHoles ,” she captioned the post.

Lin-Manuel Miranda

The Broadway star attended Swift’s MetLife Stadium concert in New Jersey. He shared a moment from the show with a selfie featuring actor Molly Ringwald on Instagram.

“…what if I told you I’m a mastermind,” Miranda captioned the post. “( @taylorswift  ftw, what an incredible show).”

Molly Ringwald

The “Pretty in Pink” actor also shared photos of her experience at the concert on the same night.  Ringwald attended the concert with her daughter Adele  and posted a photo of the teen looking on at the singer on stage.

“There are certain moments in a girl’s life that are unforgettable ...,” she captioned the photo featured on her Instagram story. “Thank you Taylor Swift.”

The “Wonder Woman” star and her children attended Swift’s May 27 show.

“Even with one happy and sleepy child, I had the best time. @taylorswift you’re an inspiration,” Gadot captioned a post that she shared to her Instagram Story, which featured a video of her dancing to “Shake It Off” as one of her children slept on her shoulder.

Jenny Han  and Lola Tung

As if 2023 wasn't already a big year for the “The Summer I Turned Pretty” and “To All The Boys I've Loved Before” author Jenny Han! Han attended a tour stop with Lola Tung, who plays Belly in Amazon’s adaptation of "The Summer I Turned Pretty."

In a post shared to her Instagram Story, Han shared a selfie of herself alongside Tung writing over it, “Guess where we’re headed.”

Aaron Rodgers

The football player also attended Swift’s MetLife Stadium concert on May 27 and celebrated the experience with a post to his own Instagram story.

“Taylor time,” he captioned the post.

The NFL defensive end has been a longtime Swiftie. So it was no surprise when he raved about attending Swift’s concert back in March. The former Arizona Cardinals player applauded Swift for spell-binding performance, noting. “You can tell when someone is trying to do something at the top of their game,” he said.

Taylor Swift closes out The Eras Tour with sellout crowd at Levi's Stadium in 'Swiftie Clara'

Economists say this concert has generated over $4 billion in spending across the United States.

SANTA CLARA, Calif. (KGO) -- It was glitter and fur and fringe - and a lot of pink, as tens of thousands of Swifties made their way to Levi's Stadium.

"I have been a Swiftie since I was about 4-years-old. I have always wanted to come to one of her shows. So it's a really big dream come true," says Eva Zalamea, a 14 year-old from Santa Rosa.

"She is like a really big part of my life. I have been listening to her since I was little. She is just a really amazing role to me," says 12-year-old Amaani Siddiqui, who lives in San Jose.

Saturday night, Taylor Swift brought in another sellout crowd for her second and final Bay Area show. She took the stage at 8 p.m. performing a medley of more than 40 songs for what has averaged to be a 3.5 hour show.

There is no "Bad Blood," but not everyone made it in the show, a topic for many Swifities that was a bit "Delicate." They lined the streets along the stadium just trying to "Shake It Off."

"This is like maybe even more fun, because we get to be with everybody else," says 13-year-old Kennedy Knapp, who danced in the cordoned off streets with a small group of friends.

Along with the iconic styles and fashions representing different looks from Swift's albums and music videos, trading friendship bracelets has become symbolic of The Eras tour.

"You make a bunch of bracelets and then you just go around seeing if you want to trade with people. At the end of the night, you can see all the memories you made with many random strangers," says Chris Cordova-Ramirez, who lives in Pleasant Hill. "I love it."

The tour has gotten glowing reviews. And it's been big boost to the local economy. Economists say this concert has generated over $4 billion in spending across the United States. Other estimates put the average amount a ticket holder will spend is close to $1,300.

More than just a concert, Swifties are proving that Swift is a cultural phenomenon.

"I relate to all her lyrics. Even if I don't relate to them, I love listening to it. And it's just always the music. You can be in a fun Taylor vibe, a slow Taylor vibe. Sad Taylor, Happy Taylor. You got it all," says Sophie Wampler, an East Bay resident.

The tour's U.S. leg ends next week in Los Angeles. The Eras tour is expected to be the largest grossing concert in history.

The tour began in March 2023 and will end in December 2024 with 149 concerts spaced out between five continents.

If you’re one of the lucky ones to snag a ticket – or if you’re still holding out hope of getting one – here’s everything you’ll need to know.

Are Taylor Swift concert tickets available?

Yes, but you'll have to cash out on the resale market for one of the most in-demand shows this summer.

Tickets during the tour have been selling for an average of $920 .

The cheapest ticket for the Levi's Stadium shows is going for just over $900, with tickets for premium seating going for nearly $10,000 a piece. Check out a breakdown of the cheapest and expensive resale tickets available here .

Here's how to get to Levi's Stadium

There are several ways to get to Levi's Stadium if you're taking public transportation:

VTA: Fans in the South Bay can hop on a VTA light-rail train and head toward Great America station. They can also jump on a VTA bus and get dropped off near the stadium. Check out  VTA's Levi's Stadium page  for detailed information.

Caltrain: Fans living farther away from Swiftie Clara, er we mean Santa Clara, can hop on Caltrain, get off at the Mountain View station and transfer to VTA in order to get to the stadium. View  Caltrain's Levi's Stadium page  for more information.

BART: VTA service connects with BART at the Milpitas station. From Milpitas, fans can transfer to the VTA Orange line, which serves Levi's Stadium.

ACE: Fans coming from afar can take an ACE train all the way to the Great America station, which is just a quick walk away from the stadium. View ACE's website for more information.

Drive: If you're planning on driving to the concert, visit LevisStadium.com for more information on directions and parking policies.

What can I bring to Levi's Stadium?

Some of the items allowed inside Levi's Stadium include blankets, diaper bags for children, strollers, sunscreen and umbrellas (but with no obstruction of other fans' views).

Will friendship bracelets be allowed inside Levi's Stadium?

Yes. The stadium initially said friendship bracelets would not be allowed inside the stadium but later changed course, saying they would indeed be allowed in.

Is there a bag policy at Levi's Stadium?

According to Levi's Stadium's website , all bags, backpacks and other carriers are prohibited with the following exceptions:

• Clear backpacks
• Clear fanny packs
• Clear purses
• One gallon clear plastic zip lock type bags
• Small clutch bag (they say it needs to be the size of an adult hand or 4.5” x 6.5”)
• Seat cushion

Will there be a viewing are a outside Levi's Stadium?

No. There will not be any designated viewing/listening areas outside of the stadium. Fans who don't have a ticket will not be allowed to congregate in the parking lots or on nearby streets.

Is tailgating allowed at Levi's Stadium?

For the Taylor Swift concerts, tailgating outside the stadium is prohibited.

The last time Swift played in the Bay Area was for her Reputation Tour in May 2018 , but a lot has changed since then. During the past five years, the 33-year-old singer has released seven albums — three of which were re-recordings of earlier albums — and recently claimed the No. 1 album spot on the Billboard 200 chart for the 12th time,  breaking the record for female artists.

When tickets for the North American leg of the Eras Tour were announced, they sold out almost immediately, setting a Ticketmaster record with more than 2 million tickets sold in one day, despite many fans being kicked out of the ordering queue online. With the recent addition of shows in Latin America, Asia, Australia and Europe next year, the tour is anticipated to earn $1 billion in sales, breaking the record previously held by Elton John at $853 million.

Fans, known as Swifties, have been clamoring to get their hands on resale tickets, which are available online for thousands of dollars above face value. But those who fail to secure tickets have still been showing up to tour venues to listen to Swift from outside. 

The show itself, which includes more than a dozen outfit changes, a 40-song set list and different stage designs for each of Swift’s musical eras, runs for roughly three hours.

Here’s everything you need to know about how to make the most of your experience at Levi’s Stadium:

When and where is the concert?

Gates are scheduled to open at 4:30 p.m. and the show is expected to begin at 6:30 p.m. both Friday and Saturday, July 28-29.

Make sure to arrive well before the concert begins to avoid any delays entering Levi’s Stadium.  

How do I get there? 

Levi’s Stadium , at 4900 Marie P. DeBartolo Way, is roughly 40 miles south of San Francisco. There are multiple routes to choose from if traveling from the city, including U.S. Route 101, connecting to San Francisco, and California State Route 237 and Interstate 880, connecting to Oakland. But those opting to drive should account for traffic, which can be significant during major events. 

There are designated drop-off points for rideshare services like Uber and Lyft near the stadium, but public transportation is encouraged.

The Valley Transportation Authority  offers light rail and bus services throughout Santa Clara County. Additionally, Caltrain operates from San Francisco to South San Jose with multiple stops along the Peninsula. Passengers can connect with VTA light rail trains or buses at the Mountain View Transit Center (Evelyn Avenue and Castro Street) to reach the stadium. 

BART services from San Francisco and the East Bay to San Jose offer a VTA connection at the Milpitas Station.

For those commuting from San Francisco, M Ride will run a shuttle bus from the Westwood bar on Lombard Street to Levi’s Stadium before both concerts. Shuttles are scheduled to depart San Francisco at 3:30 p.m. and depart from Levi’s Stadium 30 minutes after the concert ends. These shuttles are only for those age 21 and older, with round-trip tickets starting at $75.

Capitol Corridor train 

For fans traveling from more distant locales, Capitol Corridor trains provide services to Levi’s Stadium from various stops including Auburn, Rocklin, Roseville, Sacramento, Davis, Suisun/Fairfield, Martinez, Richmond, Berkeley, Emeryville, Oakland, Hayward and Fremont/Centerville. 

For Sacramento travelers, the train is scheduled to arrive at Levi’s Stadium at 5:05 p.m. Friday and 5:37 p.m. Sunday, and depart at 11:59 p.m. both nights. Passengers are advised to give themselves at least 30 minutes to get to the station amid post-concert crowds. Round-trip ticket prices from Sacramento start at $72. 

The Altamont Corridor Express , or ACE, caters to passengers from Stockton, Lathrop/Manteca, Tracy, Vasco Road, Livermore, Pleasanton and Fremont. Round-trip tickets start at $11.75 depending on point of departure. 

Complimentary bicycle valet service is available in Levi’s Stadium Red Lot 1 and Green Lot 1, accessible 3½ hours before each event and until one hour after. Multiple bicycle routes leading to Levi’s Stadium are accessible from popular trails and streets, including San Tomas Aquino Creek Trail, John W. Christian Greenbelt Trail/Prescott, Guadalupe River Trail, Great America Parkway, Lafayette Street, Tasman Drive/Great Mall Parkway/Capital Avenue, and North First Street.

Who are the opening acts?

Introspective singer-songwriter Gracie Abrams and edgy pop-rock trio HAIM are slated to open for both of Swift’s Santa Clara shows. 

Abrams, daughter of “Star Wars” director J.J. Abrams, released her debut studio album “Good Riddance” earlier this year. She worked with producer and long-time Swift collaborator Aaron Dessner of the National on the project.   

HAIM first opened for Swift during the 1989 tour back in 2015, and the band — composed of sisters Danielle, Este and Alana Haim  — has remained close with Swift since. The trio were featured on the track “No Body No Crime” off Swift’s album “Evermore” and made a surprise appearance in the video for her “Midnights” single “Bejeweled.” 

The two acts complement Swift’s musical range, from her personal, emotional tracks to her more playful radio singles.

What should I expect? 

Glitter everywhere, screaming tweens and crying adults. 

Swifties go all out to show their love for the singer and her music, so there are a few fan traditions to be aware of before the show begins. One of the most popular comes at the start of the song “Delicate,” where fans will scream “1,2,3 let’s go, b—,” before the beat kicks in (Swift has caught onto this and often mouths it along with the fans). Another occurs during the song “Bad Blood,” where fans will yell Kendrick Lamar’ s verse from the song’s remix (“You forgive, you forget, but you never let it go”) over the instrumental portion of the original song. 

Fans have also been making and trading beaded friendship bracelets , likely inspired by rave culture and the lyric, “make the friendship bracelets, take the moment and taste it,” from her song “You’re on Your Own Kid.” The bracelets spell out anything from song lyrics to inside jokes about Swift that stem from fan discourse online. 

Celebrities such as singers Sabrina Carpenter and Keith Urban to model Gigi Hadid have joined in on the fun, spotted at Swift’s shows sporting colorful bracelets gifted to them by fellow Swifties.

Got any other tips for the not-so-hardcore Taylor Swift fan?

If you’ve been to any grocery store or mall in the past 10 years, chances are you have likely heard at least one Taylor Swift song, whether you realize it or not. 

The Eras Tour traces Swift’s musical history, from 2008’s “Love Story” and 2014’s “Shake it Off” to 2022’s “Karma,” with her biggest hits dispersed throughout the performance. If her past set lists are any indication, she’ll perform “Anti-Hero,” “Bad Blood” and “You Belong With Me,” so be sure to brush up on the lyrics for the ultimate experience. 

When should I use the bathroom?

For such a long show, bathroom breaks are almost inevitable if you’re staying well hydrated. Many Swifties who have already attended the tour have weighed in on this dilemma. Some recommend running to the restroom when Swift performs “All Too Well (10 Minute Version),” given the length of the song, while others suggest sneaking away when Swift transitions between eras. Others intent on not missing any of the performance have resorted to wearing diapers to the concert. 

If you’re not a huge fan of the opening acts, their sets are also good times to use the restroom, although it may still be busy with people entering the venue. 

Will both of her Levi’s Stadium shows be the same? 

Not quite. With a discography of more than 200 songs  and three hours hours to perform, Swift has had to craft her set list to include her biggest hits, inevitably leaving some fans disappointed that they may not get to hear their favorite songs. 

To remedy this, she dedicates a two-song acoustic portion of her set each night to playing surprise songs, which are not on the Eras Tour set list. The rules are simple: Every night she’ll play different songs, and once she plays a song, she will not play it again unless 1) she messes up or 2) it is from her most recent album, “Midnights.” 

The surprise songs are played right after she performs a slew of tracks from her “1989” era, so be sure to pay extra attention — you’re likely the only crowd to hear these songs live during her Eras Tour.

Swift has also been known to invite collaborators, such as Phoebe Bridgers and Marcus Mumford , on stage with her to perform her surprise songs. Earlier this month, Swift sang a  cover of Abrams’ song “I Miss You, I’m Sorry” alongside the singer, adding a third surprise song to the section for that show.

What should I wear? 

A three-hour concert is no joke (and that’s not including the two opening sets), so comfy shoes are a must. Swap out the heels for sneakers, which will help with all the walking you’ll have to do to get into and around the venue, and if you want to dance during any part of the show. 

As for the rest of your ensemble, Swifties have been getting crafty with their outfits for the tour, so come dressed to impress. Some audience members create looks inspired by their favorite Taylor Swift era, while others have gone so far as to re-create costumes that Swift herself has worn in the past. It’s a great time to let your creativity shine. 

What should I bring?

Levi’s Stadium allows fans to bring clear bags no larger than 12” x 6” x 12” or small clutch bags no larger than 4.5” x 6.5”. But note that there are no lockers or designated areas to check your bag. 

It is a good idea to bring a portable phone charger if you plan on taking any photos and videos. Phone charging cases attached to mobile phones and small external phone batteries are permitted.

Earplugs are handy, if not for the noise of the music, for the piercing screams of the crowd. 

Confetti, glow sticks, light-up costumes, selfie sticks, signs and banners are among just a few of the items not allowed inside the venue.

How do I keep the Swiftie fun going outside of Levi’s Stadium?

Taylgating efforts have recently been thwarted by Santa Clara Police Department and Levi’s Stadium officials, who are prohibiting Swifties from congregating outside the venue during each concert. But here are a handful of Swift-themed events open to those who want to celebrate “Taylor Swift Weekend.”

Taylor Swift Paint Party 

For fans who didn’t snag tickets for Friday’s concert, head to Fremont for a guided Swift-themed painting lesson, complete with the pop star’s music playing in the background. 

No prior painting experience is required.

Spots are limited for those who want to participate, so be sure to reserve online ahead of the event. 

There is also a happy hour prior to the paint party at 6 p.m.

Taylor Swift Pre-Party

Ahead of Swift’s show on Saturday, the Hyatt Regency in Santa Clara plans to host an Eras Tour pre-party. Tickets include access to a VIP room and courtyard, unlimited drinks, including Swift-themed cocktails, and food by chef Paul Rohadfox. 

Attendees must be age 21 or older.

The venue is walking distance from Levi’s Stadium for those attending the concert.

Tay Bay After Par-Tay

The festivities will continue after Swift’s final Santa Clara concert at Westwoods Tay Bay After Par-Tay. The event features a lineup of Swift-themed activities from a Taylor Swift drag brunch, featuring drag queens Tala, Silvanna Danniels and more, to line dancing. There will also be a photo booth, karaoke and permanent bracelets.

M illions of fans, one recording-breaking artist, almost 150 sold-out shows and a rotating wardrobe of 11 designers: These have been the winning ingredients of Taylor Swift’s renowned world tour.

More than halfway through its run, the Eras Tour is now officially the highest-grossing string of concerts of all time, having earnt over $1 billion in revenue from more than four million ticket sales worldwide . So astronomical is Swift’s success, she is less a music megastar than an economic tour de force — with her gigs generating more than $5 billion for local economies , according to the US Travel Association.

Performing a musical oeuvre that spans 18 years, Swift’s three-and-a-half-hour-long set might be a sonic mash-up, but it’s filled with a consistent level of sparkle: Zuhair Murad bodysuits (the latest one unveiled at London featured over 10,000 beads), Ashish sequined T-shirts and Roberto Cavalli crystal embellished skater skirts and bustiers, to name a few. Over the last year, fans have diligently matched Swift’s energy, arriving to shows dripping in sequins, crystals and glitter.

But there have been more than bedazzled leotards on show, too. Swift has donned everything from military jackets to the airy, diaphanous Alberta Ferretti frocks and regal Nicole + Felicia ballgowns — plus we’ve seen a few curveballs from her army of support acts, including Florence Welch, Suki Waterhouse, Hayley Williams and Sabrina Carpenter.

Taylor Swift ‘s The Eras tour is making its way across North America, and city officials have been pulling out all the stops to welcome the superstar to their stadiums.

The friendly competition between cities to one-up the royal treatment has led to all types of exciting photo ops for Swifties and honors for Swift herself. From making Swift the honorary mayor of the day and giving her the key to the city to renaming stadiums, streets and even cities themselves, The Eras tour is certainly making an impact on every location it visits.

We’ve compiled all the fun ways cities have been welcoming The Eras tour, and we’ll be updating it as Swift continues her string of performances. See below.

Glendale, Ariz.

Mayor Jerry Weiers of Glendale, Ariz., officially renamed the city to honor The Eras tour kickoff on March 17.

“And now therefore, I, Jerry P. Weiers, mayor of the city of Glendale, on behalf of our city council, do hereby proclaim that on March 17 and 18, 2023, the city of Glendale will be renamed Swift City,” he said in a ceremonial press conference to share the news before sneaking in a couple of lyrical references. “And all Swifties are encouraged to share their smiles that could light up this whole town on all the social media platforms because the best people in life are free.”

Sin City lit up their Gateway Arches every night ahead of Swift’s shows on March 24 and 25, representing all of the singer’s albums.

Arlington, Texas

In celebration of the the three shows at AT&T Stadium from March 31 to April 2, Arlington went all out with fun attractions and events, from a new street called “Taylor Swift Way” to a pet adoption spree. They even gave Swift a key to the city.

Tampa, Fla.

Tay enjoyed her time in Tampa from April 13 to 15 as mayor of the city.

“Hey Taylor, this is Mayor Jane Castor. We are so excited to welcome you to Tampa,” the city’s mayor said in a one-minute video. “We know Glendale  changed its name , Arlington made a  street sign , and  Vegas  illuminated their Gateway Arches, but here in Tampa, we’ve got a reputation to uphold,” Castor said of the stunts pulled by cities on earlier “Eras” dates to make the stops a little more special. “We want to go bigger. So I want to present you with a key to the city.”

She also invited Swift to be the city’s honorary mayor for a day. “Mayor Swift has a nice ring to it,” Castor said as she opened up a wooden box containing Taylor’s magic key. “We can’t wait to welcome you and your fans to Tampa (Taylor’s Version).”

Harris County Judge Lina Hidalgo revealed that the stadium Swift performed at from April 21 to 23 would be renamed “NRG Stadium (Taylor’s Version)” throughout the weekend. To add to the fun, banners with the temporary name were hung at the stadium’s north and south entrances.

“With the name change, I know it’ll never go out of style,” Hidalgo announced in a social media video. “Plus, it’s not only the young that enjoy your music. I hope your stay is beyond your wildest dreams, and for everyone in Harris County, let’s get ready for it!”

Ahead of Swift’s trio of hometown shows in Nashville, Mayor John Cooper unveiled a new bench dedicated to the pop star , complete with a plaque referencing one of her “Invisible String” lyrics: “Green was the color of the grass where I used to read at Centennial Park”.

“For Taylor Swift,” reads the plaque. “A bench for you to read on at Centennial Park. Welcome home, Nashville.”

Music City also named May 5-7, 2023 — aka the Nissan Stadium Eras Tour dates — Taylor Swift Homecoming Weekend. To deliver the news, Cooper issued an official proclamation referencing dozens of Swift’s lyrics, writing, “Long story short, Taylor Swift is a legendary musician, producer, and director” and “Karma is Taylor Swift coming straight home to Nashville to play three sold-out tour performances at Nissan stadium.”

Philadelphia

All Taylor, all the time! Radio station 96.5 FM (WTDY) in the City of Brotherly Love temporarily renamed itself to Ninety-Swift-Five T-A-Y in honor of the pop superstar’s shows at Lincoln Financial Field May 12-14. The station played music exclusively from Swift’s catalog during that period, and also changed its logos online and on social media platforms to reflect “Taylor’s Hits.”

East Rutherford, N.J.

Swift’s three-night stand at MetLife Stadium from May 26 to 28 prompted an official proclamation from the state’s governor, Philip D. Murphy.

The governor declared, with mock solemnity, the Taylor Swift Ham, Egg and Cheese Sandwich to be the “state sandwich of New Jersey.” This ends what has apparently been a rolling debate in the Garden State as to whether a ham sandwich should be called a New Jersey pork roll (which they call it in the southern part of the state) or a Taylor ham sandwich (the term favored in the northern part of the state).

Murphy’s proclamation was studded with Swift puns: “WHEREAS, New Jersey has a Reputation for great debates on whether it is Taylor Ham or Pork Roll; and WHEREAS, in honor of one of The Best Days, New Jersey is Enchanted to announce the Taylor Swift Ham, Egg and Cheese as the official State Sandwich of New Jersey and end the Great War between Taylor Ham and Pork Roll.”

Before Swifties assembled at Chicago’s Soldier Field in June, Skydeck Chicago and Willis Tower lit up their twin antennas in a variety of album-themed colors to celebrate.

Minneapolis

On Wednesday, June 21, Minneapolis mayor Jacob Frey announced that he would be renaming the city “Swiftie-apolis” in honor of Taylor Swift and her Eras Tour. “We are renaming Minneapolis to ‘Swiftie-apolis.’ As a singer, songwriter, performer and producer, Taylor is one of the most popular artists, and we’re expecting hundreds of thousands to visit our downtown and experience our city as a result,” he said.

To celebrate Swift’s sold-out shows in the state, Minnesota’s Governor Tim Walz sent out a proclamation naming June 23 and 24 “Taylor Swift Days.”

“Taylor Swift has  enchanted  and inspired Minnesotans and people all over the world,” Walz wrote in the Swift pun-filled official document that he tweeted out on Friday . “Taylor Swift will  forever & always  be a positive influence, setting an example with her truthfulness, grace, and strength of character.”

Bellevue, Ky.

Before Swift had two sold out shows at the city’s Paycor Stadium, Bellevue renamed Taylor Avenue to Taylor Swift Avenue, and put up a hot pink sign to celebrate.

Bellevue’s Mayor Charlie Cleves told WCPO that the idea came from a text exchange between himself and the Director of Marketing and Communications Melissa Morandi. “[Melissa] texted me a story that Taylor Swift’s concert would bring in [millions of] dollars to our region. I immediately called her and said, ‘This could be great for Bellevue businesses because Taylor Avenue is only 1.5 miles from the venue.’ Melissa replied back, ‘You mean Taylor Swift Avenue.’ I then replied, ‘Yes, I can make a proclamation making Taylor Ave, Taylor Swift Avenue.’ It exploded from there,” he told the station.

Santa Clara, Calif.

Mayor Lisa Gillmor announced on July 18 that city would be temporarily renamed “Swiftie Clara,” and the pop star was named its honorary mayor ahead of her Eras Tour shows.

Rio de Janeiro, Brazil

Ahead of Swift’s three shows at Estádio Nilton Santos in November 2023, Rio projected a “Junior Jewels” T-shirt — inspired by the one worn by the star in her 2009 “You Belong With Me” music video — onto the city’s famous Christ the Redeemer statue. The tee was decorated with the names of cities and states in Brazil, with “Welcome to Brasil” written across the chest as a nod to her single “Welcome to New York.”

Liverpool, England

Liverpool prepped for Swift’s arrival in June 2024 by temporarily renaming itself “Taylor Town.” The city also unveiled a trail made up of 11 art installations inspired by each of the star’s studio albums.

“One of the biggest stars on the planet is coming to the birthplace of pop,” read a notice on the Liverpool City Council website at the time. “And to mark this musical moment for the ages, there are plans in place to give Swifties a proper scouse welcome.”

Gelsenkirchen, Germany

Gelsenkirchen in Germany paid tribute to Swift by renaming itself “Swiftkirchen” ahead of her three shows there in July 2024. The idea was first put forward by a young local fan named Aleshanee Westhoff, who symbolically erected the city’s first official sign showing off the name change.

Ed Sheeran joins Taylor Swift at Wembley Stadium: Follow live updates from London

LONDON — Welcome to the live blog for the Eras Tour in London!

Taylor Swift returns to the stage for the final stop on the European leg of the Eras Tour after a suspected terror plot was thwarted in Vienna. Security measures are tight at Wembley Stadium. Fans with floor tickets were not allowed to camp overnight in the hopes of getting a spot closer to the stage, and Swifties can no longer "Taylor-gate" outside of the stadium if they don't have tickets.

As the Taylor Swift reporter for the USA TODAY Network, I’ll be your host for the evening keeping you updated on all the happenings from inside Wembley Stadium. Since taking the Taylor Swift reporter job in November, I’ve watched the show 69 times in person or on grainy livestreams (equivalent to 230 hours or nine and a half days). Confetti falls to the floor

And that’s a wrap on Thursday night in Wembley. Swift has four more shows in London. “The Alchemy” is ushering fans out as cleanups begin. Many fans are scurrying to pick up colorful confetti representing Swift’s various eras.

The credits for the cast and crew are projecting on the back screen.

During year one, the background song was “You’re On Your Own Kid” from “Midnights.”

Karma is the guy on the...

We are in the final song of the night.

Swift wore the glistening sky-blue T-shirt during “Anti-Hero,” the dark blue one-piece during "Midnight Rain" and is now grooving in the magenta fur coat to wrap up night one in Wembley Stadium.

She has sang "Karma (Travis' Version)" 13 times for the 13 shows he's attended as her boyfriend where she swaps out "Karma is the guy on the screen" with "Karma is the guy on the Chiefs." And while she will sing the former tonight, the audience will most likely scream the latter.

Ed Sheeran joins Eras Tour stage

Swift welcomed special guest Ed Sheeran to join her onstage for a mashup of their songs "Everything Has Changed" and "End Game" on acoustic guitar. The British singer-songwriter appeared on the original album recordings of the songs that appeared on "Red (Taylor's Version)" and "Reputation," respectively.

For the surprise set, the singer had something up her sleeveless blue dress. She began strumming her guitar singing “Everything Has Changed” from “Red (Taylor’s Version).”

The audience gasped. Some Swifties whispered, “Is Ed here?”

The song is a duet between Swift and her longtime friend Ed Sheeran.

“I just feel like something’s missing,” Swift said, and the decibel level in the stadium rocketed off the charts. “Good thing Ed Sheeran is here.”

He appeared on the center platform.

After harmonizing, the two mashed in “End Game,” another duet they sing on Swift’s sixth album “Reputation.” They finished with Ed Sheeran’s “Thinking Out Loud.”

The crowd belted the song.

As they both strummed at the end, they gave each other a big hug and raised their guitars in the air. Swift kissed the top of Ed Sheeran’s head and then ruffled his red locks.

“This is my best friend, he is like a second brother to me,” Swift said, mentioning Sheeran is on tour and probably tired. She asked the crowd to make some noise and the noise felt like it might break the sound barrier.

The shock that surged through the stadium with Ed Sheeran as a surprise guest couldn’t be matched but Swift delivered a sweet mashup on the piano between “King of My Heart” from “Reputation” and “The Alchemy” from “The Tortured Poets Department.” The watches glowed bright green.Where’s the trophy? That was an epic surprise set for night one in Wembley!

Here comes the 'Tayoomba'

She was tame, she was gentle. But now Swift is on the Roomba-esque machine. The maddening and shiny contraption allows her to belt high notes while chasing her dancers.

During the last few shows in Germany and Warsaw, Poland, Swift added a shriek after the second-to-last line, "So who's afraid of little old me?" She did it again in London on Thursday.

A cool effect that always gets fans excited is the final filtered shot on the back screen where Swift looks like a dead-eyed glowing soul. She always tilts her head to the side. She told Post Malone in her "Fortnight" behind-the-scenes video, "Nothing says crazy like a slight tilt to the head."

Wembley screams 'LON-DON' during 'Blank Space' chant

When Swift performed "Blank Space," one of her most famous songs and one of Travis Kelce's favorites, the crowd played its part. Between lines of the bridge, stadiums shout the names of their city while Swift sings, "Boys only want love if it's torture." This ritual started during Swift's stint in Sydney, Australia, because of the 1989 World Tour movie shot there in 2015. During the song, Swift grabbed an iron golf club and struck a metal pole sticking out of the stage: boom, boom. She paused and did it again: boom, boom. But this time sang "Syd-ney." Wait for the signal and I'll meet you after dawn

The lightning in the stadium sounded and Swift sauntered to meet her dancers dressed in green cloaks at the back of the stage. Holding glass, light-up orbs they recited the "Willow" chant. This is when fans blow up balloons and use cell phone lights to make them glow.

The Wembley Stadium listed balloons as one of the items not allowed inside, but a few hundred fans made orbs anyway.

Wembley gives Swift 3-minute standing ovation

When she pulled her inner ears out after "Champagne Problems," the audience lost it. She smiled and clutched her hands to her chest.

“If any of us — me, the dancers or the band — have a bad day again, we are going to replay that little memory in our minds,” she said to the crowd. 

Swift gets emotional during 'Folkmore' era

After finishing "Cardigan," Swift addressed the crowd.

"I just have to be honest with you guys now that I’ve calmed down a little bit," she said. "The first time I saw this crowd when I came out from backstage ... my whole mind went blank."

She described the feeling as a "love system overload."

"I can't believe that 92,000 people are being this loving and caring and generous to us all at once," she said. "It's just wonderful what you do for us. ... All of us are going to miss it so much when we don't get to do it anymore. Feelings and emotions that I didn’t think about before talking about in front of 92,000 people."

If you happen to have 10 minutes to spare...

Swift’s dancers exit the stage following “I Knew You Were Trouble” as Swift slings her guitar over her shoulder and heads to center stage alone. The Eras Tour's guitar hangs in anticipation of playing Swift's heartbreaking ballad from the “Red” era.

If not for the rerecording of her fourth era, Swifties may have never heard “All Too Well (10-Minute Version).” The singer stated in an interview that the original song had been edited down to five minutes. Fans implored her to release the lengthier version and she did as a vault song to “Red (Taylor’s Version).” The song skyrocketed on the charts, unseating “American Pie” by Don McLean as the longest No. 1 hit in Billboard’s Hot 100 chart history.

“We were lucky enough to play Wembley stadium back in June, were any of you there?” she asked Thursday to get a loud cheer response. “Thanks for coming back, you guys.”She asks if anyone is new. An even louder roar erupts.

Swift has performed the 10 minute and 13 second song 127 times. In total, that’s 1,298 minutes or 22 hours. At the end, white confetti will fall to the ground to represent snow referenced in the heartbreak anthem.

What did Kam say?

A fan-favorite for livestreamers is to log on and see what dancer Kameron Saunders is going to say during the bridge of “We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together."

When Swift performed 53 shows across America, he said “Like Ever” as a response to Swift saying, “So he calls me up and he’s like, ‘I still love you,' and I mean this is exhausting, like we are never getting back together.” But for her international shows he mixed up the expression catering it to the culture and language of each international city.

On Thursday in London, Saunders said, “Are you mad?”

The coveted '22' hat

Taylor Swift emerged for her “Red” era in her "A Lot Going On at the Moment" shirt. Swift has six custom-made shirts including: “We are never getting back together like ever,” “Who’s Taylor Swift anyway? Ew,” “This is not Taylor’s Version,” “I bet you think about me” and “I knew U were trouble.”

Different than her other tours, there are no meet-and-greets or secret fan rooms, so the closest a mere mortal can get to the superstar is being the one chosen as the “22" hat recipient. Swift’s team makes the selection moments before the concert begins and usually invites that person to the VIP tent area. At the conclusion of the “Fearless” era, her team will bring the lucky fan down to the end of the catwalk.

Swift autographs the brim of the black fedora designed by milliner Gladys Tamez. 

“I’ve been like so, so humble and so grateful to do this,” Tamez said in April, “because I’ve worked with her team for a long time and then to have this moment, I was excited.”

Tonight Swift has chosen the 127th member of the exclusive "22" fedora club .

Idris Elba attends Eras Tour

Actor Idris Elba attended Thursday's show. It's only appropriate since he iconically introduced "London Boy" on the "Lover" album. Before the beat drops he says, "We can go drivin' in, on my scooter / Uh, you know, just 'round London."

During Swift's June residency at Wembley, an abundance of A listers attended including Prince William and two of his children,  Sir Paul McCartney,  Jon Bon Jovi, Hugh Grant, Cate Blanchett, Mila Kunis, Ashton Kutcher, Phoebe Waller-Bridge, Travis Kelce, Jason Kelce, Kylie Kelce and Swift's parents Scott and Andrea.

The last European shows of the Eras Tour

"What an absolute honor and what a delight and a thrill it is to say these words to you: London, welcome to the Eras Tour!" Swift told Wembley Stadium. “I stand here on this stage knowing that I’m about to play the first show of the last stop of the European leg of the Eras Tour, and the way that you’ve chosen to welcome us, 92,000 of you and screaming the words. Thank you so much from the bottom of our hearts.” 

Swift thanked her opening acts, starting with Sofia Isella.

“It’s crazy to me that it’s coming to an end,” Swift says of touring Europe with her opening act Paramore. 

The show begins

Oh hi! Taylor Swift returns to the stage to perform her “Lover set.” This is the singer’s first appearance since her team canceled three shows in Vienna because of a thwarted terrorist plot. She glimmers in her blue and pink bodysuit.

The 34-year-old has five “Lover” bodysuit variations: tangerine, gold and blue, purple, pink, and blue and pink.

“Well fancy meeting you here at Wembley Stadium," she says, pointing to the restricted view section and tracing the arena. The 92,000 fans let out an ear-shattering roar.“OK well that was amazing. I’m really feeling like immediately that has gone to my head. You’ve got me feeling really, really powerful," she says as she puts on a silver jacket before singing "The Man."

Cue the Eras Tour overture

The backdrop screen to the Eras Tour just shifted to a countdown clock starting at 2:24. Leslie Gore’s “You Don’t Own Me” fills the stadium.

When the tour first started in March of 2023, fans were surprised Swift began her set with “Miss Americana & the Heartbreak Prince,” but the opener makes sense due to the lines “it’s been a long time coming” and “it’s you and me, that’s my whole world." Because of the coronavirus pandemic, Swift had to cancel her Loverfest stadium show in 2021 and hadn’t toured since the Reputation Stadium Tour in 2018. 

After her first football stadium concert series and before the start of the Eras Tour, she released four new eras: “Lover,” “Folklore,” “Evermore” and “Midnights.” For the Eras Tour, she combined her 10 eras into a three-plus-hour show.

When Swift released “The Tortured Poets Department” in April — under the veil of secrecy — she and her dancers flew a little over a week early to Paris to rehearse an updated show. The crowd lost it when they saw the new version on May 9.

Standby: We're 'In Ha Mood'

The Ice Spice beat dropped. Swifties are trained to run back from the bathroom or concession stands as soon as they hear "In Ha Mood" begin playing. It means Taylor Swift will appear in about 10 minutes. 

The dancers and band will make their way to the stage. Taylor Swift is hidden in a “cleaning cart” at the end of the cast walking up the ramp. Her cart is being pushed by production workers who will stop the cart right before a set of stairs that take Swift to the main platform. 

“Applause” by Lady Gaga will play next. As the song blares across an anxious and excited audience, dancers will put pink and ombre parachute flaps on their backs and line up behind the main stage door.

The crowd eagerly awaited the start of the show as the "Bejeweled" behind-the-scenes video played indicating Swift was about to embark on a three-plus-hour show era-by-era. Here is her 46-song setlist:

The rousing opening act energized Wembley as Williams lay on the ground in the center spotlight and belted the end of “Ain’t It Fun.” London was overcast, with the open-roofed arena sitting at 73 degrees. The floor was packed with every inch covered by Swifties and the rest of the stadium filled to 60%. Swift will take the stage in about 30 minutes.

'Ain't it fun' that Paramore is here?

Hayley Williams, Taylor York and Zac Farro have been the opening act for Taylor Swift on the European leg of the  Eras Tour . The trio have dazzled for 43 shows across Europe. They will wrap their involvement on Tuesday and make their way back to Nashville, Tennessee, where they're based.

Right before leaving for Paris in May, Paramore was dubbed the Global Ambassadors for Record Store Day, a title Swift held in 2022. They surprised fans at Grimey's record store in Nashville.

Swift's final opening act for the remaining North America shows will be Gracie Abrams.

Is Travis Kelce coming back to Eras Tour?

It's not likely Swift's boyfriend will be at the shows in England. The Kansas City Chiefs tight end has his final training camp practice on Thursday before the Chiefs' preseason home game on Saturday against the Detroit Lions. Although Swift could make the following preseason home game on Aug. 22 as the Chiefs take on the Chicago Bears.

Who could forget Travis Kelce breaking the internet the last time Swift performed in Wembley by appearing on stage to carry her after her symbolic crash to the ground from "The Smallest Man Who Ever Lived." He attempted to revive her alongside backup dancers Jan Ravnik and Kameron Saunders so she could sing, "I Can Do It With a Broken Heart."

Sofia Isella set list

“This is the most insane view I’ve ever seen in my entire life,” opening act Sofia Isella told Wembley Stadium.

Her set list included:

• “Cacao and Cocaine”
• “Everybody Supports Women”
• “Unattractive”
• “I Looked the Future in the Eyes, It's Mine”

Isella played six songs in her 25-minute set.

Similar to inviting three artists to open before Paramore in June, Swift has invited five singers to share the stage in Wembley Stadium. Up first is Sofia Isella , a 19-year-old classically trained violinist, songwriter, producer and singer. The rising star was born in Beverly Hills, California, but lives in Australia.

When Swift let the cat out of the bag on Aug. 5, Isella shared a message on Instagram: "Someone I’ve never met has changed my life even more than she already has just through her writing alone. Your fearlessness in continuing to push yourself and win again and again is the most joyful thing to watch, Taylor. Thank you."

The acts that will open the rest of the Wembley dates are:

Doors are open

It's official. Wembley Stadium has just opened the doors to allow VIP guests into the arena. The general admission sections will open in about thirty minutes. Thousands of Swifties are pouring in.

Lining up at 4 a.m.

Amy Willow of Brighton, United Kingdom, rode up on the overnight train with her two best friends hoping to get in line for Thursday night's Eras Tour show. The early morning wake up call landing her at Wembley Stadium at 4 a.m. was a good call. She ended up being first in line.

"I was like, 'Oh my God, there's going to be like a queue of a hundred people,'" she says four hours before general admission doors open. "Crickets, literal crickets. There was no one here. It was amazing."

Wembley Stadium tells fans without a ticket: Don't come

The stadium that seats 89,000 fans told anyone without an Eras Tour ticket not to come. Additional ticket checks have been added around the stadium and fans will need to show proof of passes before entering the general vicinity.

Wembley Stadium's website  also implemented stricter security measures including no overnight camping and no  "Taylor-gating,"  where devoted fans without tickets congregate outside of a stadium to listen to the live concert and engage in dancing and friendship bracelet trading. The stadium is not allowing anyone to stand outside any entrance or on the Olympics Steps at the front. Non-ticketholders will be "moved on."

Paramore Thanks Taylor Swift for Asking Band to Join Eras Tour: 'We Loved Playing for the Swifties'

Paramore has performed as an Eras Tour opening act for various shows since its kickoff on March 17, 2023

The Eras Tour was a fun time for Paramore .

The pop/rock band served as an opening act for many shows on Taylor Swift 's Eras Tour and posted to Instagram after their final show on Aug. 20 in England to express gratitude to the "Karma" musician and her fans.

" @TaylorSwift , Thank you for asking us to be a part of such an incredible moment in your life and career," wrote the band, featuring vocalist Hayley Williams , guitarist Taylor York and drummer Zac Farro, alongside a photo of them with Swift, 34.

"We loved playing for the Swifties, we loved watching you tell your life story through this show," continued Paramore. "And we truly fell in love with your whole crew."

The band's statement concluded, "Congrats on one more leg of this giant, history making tour. We love you!"

Paramore first opened for the Eras Tour at its March 17, 2023, kickoff date at State Farm Stadium in Glendale, Arizona. They returned its European leg starting in May 2024, performing at dozens of shows in cities including Stockholm, Madrid, Dublin, Amsterdam, Zürich, Munich and more before the latest round of concerts at London's Wembley Stadium.

During the run, Williams, 35, joined Swift on stage at the June 22 show at Wembley Stadium for a surprise performance of their Speak Now vault track, "Castles Crumbling."

“In the process of re-recording, I was really trying to reach out to artists that I'm such a fan of, or in the case of one of the albums, specifically on  Speak Now,  I reached out to artists who have been so influential in my music, in my writing, who I looked up to,” Swift teased before bringing out Williams.

The "Fortnight" singer added, "I asked an artist who I was such a huge fan of to be on one of the songs, and she said yes. London, we are so lucky because when I asked Hayley Williams to come to this show, she said yes."

Swift and Williams first met when they were both up for the best new artist Grammy in 2008. "Not long after we became friends, she knew I felt awkward going to my ex’s wedding, so she tagged along with me, made it fun, and then we ditched the reception to go to the Cheesecake Factory," Williams told PEOPLE in December.

Ever since then, the pair has remained friends. "She recently called when I was going through a rough time, just to listen and crack jokes and give me solid advice that of course sounded like perfectly formed lyrics," the Paramore member said at the time. "She's funny as s--- and so fun."

Currently, the Eras Tour is set to continue through Dec. 8 with its second North American leg featuring Gracie Abrams as the opening act.

Taylor Swift is coming to the Bay Area for the Eras Tour – her first stadium concert series since the 2018 Reputation Tour. Whether you already have your ticket secured, are still looking for a ticket or just want to know what’s going on, here is everything you need to know in preparation for the concert.

When and where is Taylor Swift performing?

Taylor Swift will be performing at Levi’s Stadium in Santa Clara on July 28 and 29, with opening acts HAIM and Gracie Abrams. The show starts at 6:30 on both nights and is expected to end around 11 p.m. Stadium gates open at 4:30 p.m.

I don’t have a ticket for the concert. Can I still get one?

Yes, but they’re not cheap. At the time of publication, the lowest prices were around $1,014 on Seatgeek for a spot that’s behind the stage – and that’s before fees are tacked on. You can also purchase tickets on StubHub or Vivid Seats  for similar prices.

It is also possible that ticket prices might drop as the date for the shows approach. In Seattle, tickets went from $1,200 on July 17, to $701 on July 22, the day of her show, according to the New York Post .

When purchasing tickets from resellers, proceed with caution. To ensure a smooth transaction, make sure you triple-check all of the details before purchasing. Your ticket should include your seat location, event date, event location and desired price point. If you did not receive confirmation about your ticket purchase or are having trouble accessing your ticket, contact your site’s customer service. I see people selling tickets on social media for cheaper. Can I purchase one there?

Again, proceed with caution. While it may be tempting to purchase a ticket for $500 from someone on social media, it is likely that the person selling that ticket is a scammer and there is no customer service should something go wrong.

The Better Business Bureau (BBB) has put out warnings about scammers as Taylor Swift’s Eras Tour concert nears. One Bay Area resident reported losing $250 after getting scammed through the “Sunnyvale Facebook Moms Group.” The scammer claimed to be a mother and even showed the victim a screenshot of a ticket from Ticketmaster to appear more believable.

How do I get to the concert?

This statement may sound obvious, but we’ll say it anyway: expect traffic. Lots of it.

Parking passes for the concert are sold out , but some are being offered on StubHub. If you’re unable to secure a parking pass for Levi’s, then you can also try nearby lots. Parking lots open at 2 p.m. Similar to other events at Levi’s, Tasman Dr. between Great America Parkway and Lick Mill Boulevard will be closed beginning Friday morning and reopen on Sunday.

If you plan on taking a rideshare app, Levi’s Stadium website says that the designated drop-off area is “curbside on Great American Parkway, between Tasman Dr. and Old Glory Lane.” Rideshare pick-up area for the conclusion of the event is in Red Lot 7.

There will be Parent Pick-Up and Drop-Off zones available both nights of the concert. Parent drop-off will be located on Great America Parkway by Tasman Dr. and Old Glory Lane. Parent pick-up starts at 10 p.m. on Patrick Henry Dr. Levi’s Stadium has also provided a QR-code you can scan for more information.

Public transit may be your best friend for getting to this concert, though ridership will likely increase. VTA said it will provide 30% more capacity for the two concert nights than they do for other Levi’s Stadium events. The largest crowds are expected to come from people transferring from BART in Milpitas to VTA’s Orange Line, and Caltrain in Mountain View transferring to the same VTA line. Both Caltrain and BART are running late night trains to accommodate concertgoers, but BART’s late night train will make only limited stops.

The Capitol Corridor train will also be running special services for the concert. The train will arrive at the concert at 5:05 p.m. on Friday and at 5:37 p.m. on Saturday. It will leave at 11:59 p.m. on both days. Should the show run late, the train will NOT wait for late passengers, so plan accordingly. This train offers transportation for those located in Auburn, Rocklin, Roseville, Sacramento, Davis, Suisun/Fairfield, Martinez, Richmond, Berkeley, Emeryville, Oakland, Hayward, Santa Clara, Fremont/Centerville and San Jose.

If you’re coming from Stockton, Lathrop/Manteca, Tracy, Vasco, Livermore, Pleasanton or Fremont, consider taking the ACE train .

What can I bring with me to the stadium?

Levi’s will only allow clear bags that are no bigger than 12 inches by 6 inches by 12 inches into the stadium, and clutches no larger than 4.5 inches by 6.5 inches.

As for what items you can bring with you into the stadium, Levi’s permits the following:

• Binoculars shorter than 6 inches
• Plastic water bottles that can be sealed (glass water bottles are prohibited)
• Cameras with 3 inch lenses or shorter (selfie sticks, tripods, lights and monopods are all prohibited)
• Diaper bags (if you have a child with you)
• Friendship bracelets (yes, despite an earlier statement from Levi’s Stadium banning friendship bracelets, they are allowed after all )

Items such as battery packs, glow sticks, light-up costumes, signs over 11 inches by 17 inches, banners, whistles or any noise makers are prohibited. See the full list of prohibited items at levisstadium.com/bagpolicy.

Where can I get ‘Eras Tour’ merchandise?

You can buy merchandise online or in-person, but do note that some items are exclusive to the in-person booths and will not be available online.

There will also be an Early Merch Day truck selling Eras Tour gear outside the stadium beginning Thursday, July 27 from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. The truck is open to everyone and will be located in Red Lot 1 at Levi’s Stadium. The parking lot will open at 8 a.m., but stadium officials recommend taking public transit since parking will be limited. Fans will not be allowed to line up before 8 a.m.

On the day of the concert, merchandise sales will begin at 2 p.m. and will stay open until the end of the show. You can go to Red Lot 1 or inside the stadium to buy merchandise if you have a ticket.

Can I stand outside the stadium on the day of the concert?

You’ve probably seen Swifties standing outside concert venues en masse. Well, don’t expect the same for this concert. Levi’s Stadium is prohibiting tailgating for this concert and will not have any designated viewing areas.

On Night 1 of the US Open, Andy Roddick Was Honored at the USTA Foundation’s Annual Gala

On the debut night of the 2024 US Open, the USTA Foundation hosted its 23rd annual Opening Night Gala from the gleaming aerie of Arthur Ashe Stadium’s President’s Suite (if new to tennis geography: Arthur Ashe is the flagship arena at the Billie Jean King National Tennis Center in Queens, New York, where the US Open is held).

The event drew the likes of Vera Wang, Alec Baldwin, Anna Wintour, Lin-Manuel Miranda, and many more, who enjoyed a quick cocktail half-hour before a seated dinner and fundraising auction ahead of the evening’s first contest: Sloane Stephens versus Clara Burel (Stephens, a former US Open champion, would win her first set handily before ultimately losing the match).

The Annual Gala serves as a charity event for the USTA Foundation, which supports underprivileged youth country-wide through tennis and education programs. Since 2015, the group has bestowed something called the Serving Up Dreams Award, which goes to an individual or individuals who embody the values of dedicated service aligned with the Foundation’s mission. 2024’s recipient? Andy Roddick, whose eponymous organization carries out similar youth-centric philanthropic efforts.

“We started off with a tennis clinic in the year 2000,” says Roddick, sitting at ease in one of the President’s Suite’s corners. “And now, we serve 50,000 kids a day in central Texas.” He adds, humbly: “In the house of Arthur and the center of Billie, to get this honor in this place, amongst these giant names… I’m happy with it personally, but I am happier for our staff, our team, and our kids.”

Roddick is the most recent American man to win a Grand Slam–the US Open, back in 2003. He has remained deeply involved with the sport, his foundation notwithstanding; Roddick runs a popular podcast called “Served” and has stayed a tennis celebrity even across the era of those that followed him (think: Roger Federer, Rafael Nadal, Novak Djokovic). He’s as close as anyone to the sport’s evolution, which has had a zenith year in 2024–and plenty of spillover into pop culture ( Challengers , et al.)

“I think when it looked like we were eventually going to lose Roger and Serena to retirement, Venus too, and I don’t know if we’ll see Rafa again, I was kind of concerned that there would be a vacuum of interest. When you lose your biggest stars, it is a logical thought. But… I was completely wrong. The COVID-era bump in participation is now manifesting in fandom. And it seems like every week, there’s a new doc on the streamers. Tennis’s story is getting told more and more.”

He laughs briefly. “Here I am talking about storytelling, and Lin-Manuel Miranda is right out there. I might throw up. I’m star-struck.”

David Scharf, USTA Foundation’s Secretary, and Officer of the Board, echoes Roddick’s sentiment regarding popular interest; where there was a fear around the fading of the greats, many have found that the youth aren’t bothered. They’re looking at their contemporaries.

“Kids are relating to tennis in a new way,” he says. “They see Coco Gauff, Frances Tiafoe, Sloane Stephens, Carlos Alcaraz. These are the players inspiring the youth to pick up a racquet. We try to help to make that happen.”

Roddick is encouraged by the state of US pro tennis, too. Right now marks the first time since 1997 that there are five American men in the top twenty.

“What I like in this group is that there’s a healthy jealousy. There’s a belief system. If Tommy Paul goes and makes a semis somewhere, Taylor Fritz says, ‘yeah, I can do that too.’ We’ve seen this kind of leveling up, together. In our best eras, we see this at play.”

He adds: “Not to mention, there are also five American women in the top 20 on the WTA Tour. This isn’t as new of a scenario, but, to say the US has 25% of the top 40 players on earth, in a global sport? I think that’s pretty great.”
