Please allow 90 minutes for the stadium tour.

It is recommended you book at least 14 days in advance to get the best availability.

Tours run daily every 15 minutes and run between 10am and 4:30pm

Date exclusions

Not available to book on match days.

Close out dates: 25-26 th November, 9 th , 10 th , 23 rd -25 th , 30 th -31 st December.

Your voucher is valid for 12 Months from the date of issue.

Please note you must have booked and taken your experience before the expiry date.

• Under 5's get free entry. Please let the experience provider know how many under 5's there will be, when you make your booking so they can be booked in with the rest of your party.
• Under 16's must be accompanied by an adult.
• All bookings are subject to availability.
• Once booked and confirmed the package is non-refundable or transferable.
• There is a restricted bag policy at the Stadium. Bags larger than A4 (21cm wide x 30cm long) will not be permitted in.
• This is a cashless stadium.
• The M restaurant is open 7 days a week (except on match days), serving hot food from 11:00 to 15:00.
• Accessible toilets are available throughout the stadium.
• Lifts are available and lift operators will prioritise disabled guests, older guests and those who may be pregnant or have temporary injuries.
• Registered assistance animals are welcome at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.

What about Insurance?

The centres contracted with us hold public liability insurance. We also hold contingency liability cover. You will not be liable for accidental damage to equipment, except where damage has been caused as a result of recklessness or wilful negligence.

A cancellation indemnity, subject to terms, is included with every voucher.

What happens on the day?

Critically acclaimed across the globe, Tottenham Hotspur Stadium really is the world-famous home of the Spurs. At the beginning of your tour you will each receive a handheld multimedia guide to ensure you get the most from your exclusive experience.

Explore the inner sanctum of this multi award-winning venue. From the first team changing room, tunnel, and dugouts, to the media auditorium and historic memorabilia displays, you'll see it all first-hand including the gigantic NFL locker room!

Participant guidelines

• Minimum age: 16
• Toilets and accessible toilets are located inside the Tottenham Experience and on the Stadium Tour route- A changing places toilet is also located in the Tottenham Experience.
• The Bag Policy only permits certain bags to be brought into the stadium after they have been searched. Bags larger than A4 cannot be taken on a Stadium Tour.
• The Club is proud to be the world's first fully cashless Stadium. No cash is accepted for any purchase, please bring with you a cashless method of payment - debit and credit cards or mobile and wearable payment.
• No food and drink allowed during the tour, however new for 2020 – take a break in play with a stop-off at the M Cafe as you enjoy lunch and a cup of coffee, giving you extra time to enjoy the plush surroundings during your tour.
• The experience content, equipment used and restrictions may vary

Availability

The tours are available seven days a week but cannot be booked on event days or the day before certain event days.

We recommend you book at least six to eight weeks in advance to ensure that dates are available. All bookings are subject to availability.

Allow approximately 2 hours for the experience, the tour should take 1 hour 30 minutes to 2 hours

Stadium tour Tottenham Hotspur

The tour was fantastic- highly recommend it . We had a fabulous day. Booking it was a bit difficult as you have to put each person in individually and as we were going together it was time consuming and unnecessary. Other than that, really happy. Xxxxx

What a stadium. Best I’ve seen. I really liked fact that the guide gave introductions it could take as much time as you wanted to walk round. Staff were still available at each stage for questions and were so knowledgeable.

Excellent experience

Went to the Tottenham Tour with my partner and grandson, who are both Spurs fans. They enjoyed everything about this and their favourite part was coming through the tunnel and sitting in the players pitch side seats. Certainly a day to remember for us all.

Fantastic stadium tour (Tottenham Hotspur)

Took the Standard stadium tour. It's a fantastic, informative, well run, interesting, exciting, inciteful tour of one of the greatest sporting venues. Everything was spotless, even the day after a match day. It probably helped that Spurs are on a good run of form, under Big Ange, so my fellow tourers, were in bouyant moods, which made it even better.

The best Christmas present I’ve received

What an amazing experience. The stadium was just huge and so well thought out (in its design) and the way the tours were structured was also very impressive - despite the fact that there were a lot of people on every allocated tour, the fact that you were allowed to move around at your own pace and could ask staff (who were placed at every point of interest) any questions was just great. The whole experience was also enjoyed by my wife and son too, despite them having no interest in football.

Well run, good to learn more about the workings of the stadium and see where everything happens! Excellent tour guides - make sure you chat with them they have interesting stories and facts to relate. We went on a day that the pitch was prepared for NFL but still allowed as far as pitch side. Interesting perspective from ground level.

A lovely day

My 11y old had the time of his life- there was so much to see and marvel over, - the shopping Experience was remarkably cheaper than my previous visit with my other son to Old Trafford which was a relief! Having visited Wembley before, I think it would have been better for the your to be more guided at each step rather than the audiovisual guide but this is just my personal preference, my kids didn’t mind!

The Stadium excellent but did not like the tech handheld. Wearing large headphone and having to keep putting reading spex on to activate the audio from Device was cumbersome. Other Attractions use headphones with no HH, automatically invoke relevant audio when in range.
