Umrah is one in which the pilgrims are taken to the Holy lands and are provided with all services, which include the visa processing and ticketing as well.

The spiritual pilgrimage to Makkah and Madinah, remains to be a dream that is envisioned by every Muslim. Iqra Travels & Tours began their journey, by fulfilling this dream for many Sri Lankans. Groups of pilgrims are accompanied personally by the owners of the business, and groups are taken throughout the year.

Umrah is one in which the pilgrims are taken to the Holy lands and are provided with all services, which include the visa processing and ticketing as well. The Umrah groups are taken, two months following the Hajj pilgrimage. These groups are taken all year round, inclusive of Umrah in Ramadan as well. To enable and ease one to perform this journey according to one’s budget and income levels, there are two Packages namely; The Standard Package and The VIP Package .

REQUIREMENTS

• Vaccination Certificate: Final Vaccination Certificate proving that the passenger is fully vaccinated at least 14 days prior to travel from the following approved vaccines: A) Oxford AstraZeneca / Covishield. B) Pfizer BioNTech. C) Moderna
• Passport: Indian Passport valid for at least 6 months from the date of travel having minimum 2 blank pages.
• 4 White Background Photographs
• Passport should be machine readable and valid
• Original passport must be handed in along with 1 recently taken photo on white/ light grey background
• Evidence of a relationship between female pilgrims and their ‘mahram’ (partner/brother/father).*

• Round trip transfers in Groups
• Taxes - GST 5% & TCS 5%
• Room Service
• PCR test in India, to be done within 48 hours prior to departure.
• If you travel individually, you will bear the additional transportation charges as per your itinerary.
• Extra luggage other than mentioned on ticket would be paid by the pilgrim.
• No Zamzam in Airport (for now)

Booking Policy

• Rs 50,000 per pilgrim must be paid to confirm booking
• Balance amount must be settled two weeks before departure
• Pay by NEFT/RTGS or Cheque

Cancellation Policy

• 100% Cancellation Fee (NO REFUND) if booking is cancelled after visa stamping or if passenger is unable / restricted to travel due to any reason.
• IF INCASE PASSENGER IS DETECTED POSITIVE IN RT PCR TEST, THE GUEST WILL BE RESPONSIBLE & BEAR ALL EXPENSES OF ALL FURTHER RESERVATIONS AND BOOKINGS.
• We are not Responsible for any change in Govt Policies, Rules & Regulations which incase affect the package itinerary & cost
