Cannot say enough good things wonderful things about my Vagabond tour.

Our guides Tim and Brendan were both amazing. The sights and activities planned were great.

The bus was comfortable, and our group was fabulous.

This was my first group tour and I am already looking to when I can book another through Vagabond.

TripAdvisor Rating

Just completed the 7 day World Tour with Paddy, who was great. He shared stories and history and facts along the way.

His driving was amazing and we all were so glad we did this tour rather than trying to drive ourselves.

The hotels were all really cute. And it was just the right mix of scheduled activities and reservations and free time.

I would highly recommend the company. And Paddy

If you are considering a small-group tour of Ireland, look no further.

Ireland was such a stunningly beautiful country, with cultural and historical roots that go so much deeper than I ever imagined, and Vagabond Tours was the perfect way to get the experience I wanted.

The 7-day world tour was a perfect blend of culture, history, and nature outings.

I absolutely recommend this tour company.

What Small Group Tours of Ireland Visit The Skellig Islands?

Only guests on the 12 Day Vagabond Giant Irish Adventure Tour get to land on Skellig Michael.

The following Vagabond & Driftwood tour itineraries can take a boat trip around both Skellig Islands:

Is My Small Group Tour of Ireland Clockwise or Counter-Clockwise?

Our most popular small group tours travel around Ireland in two directions; clockwise and counter-clockwise.

Apart from the direction, the itineraries are identical; both versions feature the same hotels, activities, guides, vehicles and pick-up/drop-off point in Dublin.

What Is A Boat Trip To The Skellig Islands Like?

Whether you're planning to land on Skellig Michael or simply cruise around both Skellig Islands, the boats you travel on will be similar in size and structure.

The boats are roughly 9 metres / 30 feet long. Though powerful, they are open-decked vessels with little or no protection for our guests from rain, waves and spray.

When & Where Do Vagabond/Driftwood Tours Depart From?

All of our tours leave from our pick-up/drop-off point at the Grand Canal Hotel in Dublin .

Our pick-up times from the Grand Canal Hotel vary by tour:

Who Guides The Tours?

All of our tours are fully guided by our team of expert driver guides.

We call them VagaGuides .

What Activities Have Weight Limits?

We always put guest safety first on Vagabond Cultural Adventures.

For this reason, when engaging in kayaking and horseback-riding activities, the following personal weight limits apply:

🐴 Horseback-Riding

Male weight limit: 238lbs / 17 stone / 108kg

Female weight limit: 225lbs / 16 stone / 102kg

Per person Double Kayak weight limit: 110kg / 17.5 stone / 245lbs

Total Double Kayak weight limit for 2 guests: 190kg / 30 stone / 420lbs

Per person Single Kayak weight limit: 92kg / 14.5 stone / 200lbs.

Are There Any Luggage Restrictions?

Owing to the compact nature of our small-group tour vehicles , we operate a strict limit of one piece of luggage per person.

Your single piece of luggage should measure no longer than 30” (75cm) along its longest side. This 30” (75cm) includes any wheels that may protrude from the luggage.

What Day Do Tours Return To Dublin?

To help you plan your return flights, here are the days and times that our tours return to Dublin.

The return point for all tours is Dublin's Grand Canal Hotel

What Tours Visit Dingle?

Dingle is one of our favourite small towns in Ireland. We know you'll love it too!

The following 8 tour itineraries stop in Dingle.

Where Can I Do Laundry On Tour?

Serviced laundry facilities are available on tours that stay 2 nights in the following towns:

  • 🧺 Dingle - Check which tours visit Dingle

Do All Hotels Provide Separate Bathrooms?

Yes, all hotel rooms on Vagabond and Driftwood Tours of Ireland are ensuite.

Expect your own separate bathroom with toilet, sink and shower and/or bath.

Can I Access My Bag While On Tour?

It's difficult to access your main luggage or suitcase while on tour. Luggage is securely packed in our tour vehicles. As a result, it's not easy for your driver guide to access individual items of baggage during the day.

However, you can easily access your luggage at each hotel. So that you have your travel essentials close at hand, we recommend bringing a daypack, or backpack, that you can keep beside you in the tour vehicle.

Which Small Group Tours Visit The Wild Atlantic Way?

The Wild Atlantic Way is one of our favourite routes to tour.

Here are all of the small-group tour itineraries that explore the Wild Atlantic Way.

A hot shower after a mountain hike. A real fire. A pint. We assure you that wherever you stay with us, you’ll love it.

We put great effort into selecting accommodation on Vagabond tours. No large, impersonal hotels here! Your tour will overnight in locally-owned establishments (in some cases for generations). Receive a heartfelt welcome, often from the hoteliers themselves.

7 Day Treasure Ireland Tour - Vagabond Tours of Ireland

vagabond 7 day world tour of ireland

This Driftwood small group 7 Day Treasure Ireland Tour covers the south west and west of Ireland. This tour has a perfect blend of breathtaking scenery, history and culture. There are visits to some of Ireland's greatest stately homes and gardens, free times to wander and explore the local communities you visit, excursions to a whiskey distillery, excellent accommodation, food, Irish pubs and much, much more.

The tour will take you to some of Ireland's best known tourist spots like the Blarney Stone, the Ring of Kerry and the Cliffs of Moher but will also, because our groups and vehicles are smaller, take you right away from the beaten track and show you our favourite hidden corners of Ireland.

Firstly, the tour heads south west, through the green heart of Ireland and counties Kildare, Tipperary and Limerick to counties Cork and Kerry. Spending the next four to five days exploring the fabulous south west of Ireland and its varied peninsulas before weaving their way from County Kerry across the great River Shannon into County Clare.

Once there you have the limestone lunar landscape of the Burren to explore, you will have some of the very best traditional Irish music to enjoy in the pubs, you have the cliffs to marvel at and there is also the option of a day trip to the world famous Aran islands (you visit the islands while the tour bus drives around Galway Bay to pick you up on the other side).

Last, but certainly not least, is the wild and rugged Connemara region, a remote and beautiful area which has a special place in the hearts of the Irish people. Nowhere quite typifies old fashioned Ireland like Connemara and so it makes a fitting location for the last night of the tour. The tour then heads back to Dublin either via Galway City or through Cong in County Mayo (depending on whether you went to the Aran islands the day before), stopping in Kilbeggan on the way for a bit of whiskey tasting to round of an unforgettable week.

vagabond 7 day world tour of ireland

My partner and I did this tour at the end of June 2008. We had a wonderful time. The driver/guide was the very agreeable, delightful, knowledgeable Mark D.

The accomodation was exceptional, the entertainment too. Activities great and we specially loved the walks. We were kept busy (8.15 am calls for breakfast!) and we were a fairly active

group. Optional activities like horse riding seemed a bit costly so we two gave most of these a miss choosing instead to spend up on dinners!

We both loved our week, made some good friends, saw places in Ireland you'd never see on a conventional tour. recommended!

Best wishes

vagabond 7 day world tour of ireland

I just got back from this tour, and highly recommend it. Apart from the popular tourist attractions such as the Blarney Stone and the Cliffs of Moher, we didn't cross paths with any other tour bus during the entire 7 days. We hiked, kayaked, played on the beach, surfed - rain or shine. We were also fortunate that the seas calmed down enough to make it out to Skellig Island, which is something very few tour operators offer. The best thing about the tour is that there was no feeling of being shuttled from one tourist trap to another. I don't think I've ever felt so relaxed and carefree on vacation. The accommodations were also excellent (rustic beauty from the outside, but modern comfort inside).

The only drawbacks I can think of is that the mode of transport, a rugged 4x4 Land Rover which does the job getting us off the beaten path, is not always that comfortable, and depending on where you sit, can be hard to hear the guide speaking. We didn't spend too much time sitting in the Land Rover, so it wasn't that big a deal. Plus, there was always music playing, and there was nothing more exhilarating than racing around the coast and countryside to the stirring rhythms of the Irish fiddle.

Thanks to Rob, Mark and Sam for taking us around your beautiful country.

irishford, i would be very careful taking either one of these posters word for a recommendation about vagabond....one of them joined in april, has 3 posts and one of them is about vagabond....the second poster just joined and has no other posts....

pretty strange.....i think they are both plants to advertise without paying to buy an ad.....so unless you get some recommendations for real members of trip advisor, by that i mean folks who have been on here quite a while and you can trust their posts and recommendations.....

Oma14: can't speak for others, but I am not a plant to advertise for Vagabond. I literally just came back from the 7 day tour and have never posted in the past because I haven't felt compelled to do so before. I have used Tripadvisor for many years to get recommendations but this was the first trip I thought was worth writing about, especially if the forum question was asking about the exact tour that I just took.

' class=

I just came back from the 7 Day World Tour as well with janechen57. We are not "Vagabond ad plants" involved in guerilla advertising tactics. That's a bit conspiracy theory, no? It's just that 6 of us took the tour, had the time of our lives, and thought we would pass it along to others, since that seems to be the purpose of this site.

We were 6 people in our mid to late 20's who are fairly active and interested in seeing more than just the tourist traps. The tour did not feel like a cheesy coach tour and was seriously one of the most relaxing and fun vacations I've ever had. The itinerary isn't really fixed because things sometimes depend on the weather. But things never felt unorganized - our guides always came up with something fun to do. Our tour guides were also great at gauging people's interest in different activities. On a couple of occasions one van would take people to do something more active (like sea kayaking or surfing) while the other van would take other to do something more low key (like a light hike or shopping in town). My only disappointment was that we didn't get to have a beach bbq on the last night and instead had dinner in a restaurant where the band played "you are my sunshine" on an accordion. The music was horrible only because the music the previous night in Doolen was so incredible. I would recommend this tour to anyone.

My mom, sis and I are booked on the To the Edge of the World 5 day tour leaving next Sunday. I am extremely excited, and was glad to read some recent reviews. I will post a review and some pics when I get back reporting my experience on this tour.

Rob here (Global MD of Vagabond),

Thanks guys for your review, much appreciated.

Oma14, you are right to keep an eye out for false posts but these are genuine I can assure you. Janechen was in my canoe when we went sea-kayaking with seals off the Beara peninsula, until that is, someone tipped us out. Actually I think it was TK who did it.

Sliverrain54, have a fantastic trip. Mark D is your driver and he is great, although he does have a habit of singing Ricky Martin songs. He is Ricky's biggest fan.

But back to the subject at hand - I really enjoyed my time in Ireland with Vagabond and am amazed at how the same tour worked equally well for the mid 20s/early 30s crowd there for the party/Guinness in every town AND for the young family looking for a fun vacation for 2 parents and 2 teenagers AND for the various mom/daughter and dad/son teams spending some quality time together AND, even, for a newly married couple (AND all of them of different nationalities!!). We all somehow managed to have a lovely unforgettable experience together without much drama for 7(!) days. As a city girl that does not own a pair of hiking boots (only super cute green sneakers, as the lovingly teasing tour guides Mark, Sam and Rob can attest!), I love going on vacation to places that take you far far away from the high heels, hair dryers and mascara life - this tour did just that and I loved every minute of it! I really enjoyed hiking through the rain (seriously, every. Single. Day!) in castle ruins (don’t miss the gorgeous gardens around the Blarney Castle ALMOST more fun than the silliness of getting to kiss the stone!), seeing the zillions of crazy birds on the way to the Skellig Islands with an awesome Captain who will remind you of ALLL the pairs out there - 6,000 i think? (and who very efficiently went fishing while we toured the island and very generously offered up for lunch to his slightly seasick passengers - beware the REALLY bumpy boat ride out there!), the waterfalls and sheep you will see everywhere (but will not tire of), and getting to go surfing -in full wetsuits - in the rain and freezing water!! (yes, this was really fun!) - these are the experiences I tell my family and friends about now and I am sure will for years to come. They are all jealous!

And while my overall recommendation is definitely 2 thumbs up, I do have some constructive criticism (so you know I'm a real person - ha!) The horseback riding on the beach was a little dinky for those of us who had the fantasy of galloping wildly on a deserted beach (instead this was more of a pleading your horse (Chester in my case) to focus and plod along in a straight line behind the other 10 in front of it at a pace even my 6 mo old nephew could beat) - if you go with Vagabond, I'd skip this activity. I was a bit frustrated by the lack of a "set" schedule which meant it was hard to plan whether you should wear jeans or shorts or a bathing suit on any given morning - so if you are like me and have some issues with the whole being free and flexible about the schedule thing, I'd try to see this as some therapy for your problem like I did but you may also be frustrated with this part like me. Also, this tour has you going all day long from a pretty punctual 8:30am to about 6pm, so you if are looking to chill and not have to jump from place to place all the time,(and quickly since there's only like 10pple per vehicle!) this may not be the tour for you. I wish I had had more time to peruse the little towns we stayed in (ok, really the shops, who are we kidding?) but we usually left too early/got in too late to do much too much damage with the credit cards!

Finally, great job picking hotels (Gougane Barra's and Doolin's are in a tight race for my fave by far!) and in providing dining and entertainment options. While it was not luxurious for the most part, I never felt like I was roughing it too much which was just fine by me. Excellent trip!

Good luck with your search!!!

irishford, be careful...i do not believe any of these folks....just doesn't happen like this except when it is an ad for something and they are too cheap to pay for it......

I have to agree with Oma 100% on this one.

Irishford - I'd be inclined to wait for Silverrain54's review before I booked anything.

When 3 or 4 first time posters show up all at once, to give glowing reviews of the same travel company, it sets off alarm bells for me.

Doesn't it seem at least a little bit unusual, that someone from Australia, and someone from Washington, whose travel experiences were 2 months apart, would independently post about the same subject within 14 hours of each other? (I suppose it might be an amazing conincidence.)

As to DCKittyKat disparaging Oma because of her regular posts.....

I put MUCH more stock in the posts of someone who makes an effort and posts regularly (for whatever their own personal reasons are) than I do someone who shows up suddenly, posts a glowing review of a travel company, and then is never heard from again.

Without members like Oma, Tripadvisor would have died a quick death years ago. Oma, though I don't always agree with you, thank you for your efforts.

I would take these reviews with a very large grain of salt.

I agree with you both, and thats why I used a PM. I don't want to clutter up TA either.

That phone number, which I did think about leaving out, but I said it was putting the email in its entirety is a company phone number anyway. Maybe I shouldn't have put it in right enough.

Silverrain also said she was on the 5 day tour next week (southern) in an earlier post thats how I know.

Anyway I promise to shut up now.

You know, the first time I was called a hack and an "ad plant," I shrugged it off as - gee, it sure is nice that non-TripAdvisor employees are trolling the forums to prevent fraud and abuse. The second time and beyond, I take personal offense to. As a first time poster, what will you have me do? I now have this unfortunate thread attached to my account name, and now whenever I decide to post, some "good samaritan" will look up my previous posts and see this - thus discounting any future review I might make, and warn people to discount my post as bogus. Or, would you have me change my screen name, thus making me a first time poster again the next time I decide to make a review - which, according to some of you, automatically makes my post suspicious? To say that I have better things to do with my time than all this is an understatement. But you all have not only smeared Vagabond's good name, but mine as well, and for that I cannot let slide.

As for Rob 1) soliciting our review and 2) being unethical about posting our info - that is absurd. Get the facts before you make allegations. Rob, as owner of the company, was also our tour guide for a few days. So he's not just someone I booked with through cyberspace. After the first accusation that I was an ad plant, I gave him my permission to post whatever information he needed to get the message across to protect his and his company's reputation.

As for the stars aligning just so that two first time posters from different continents posted within hours of each other - there really is no conspiracy theory there; I don't know who the person is from Australia.

Short of telling you all my life story - I went with 5 good friends from law school to celebrate the end of a long and tedious summer studying for the bar exam to let loose and relax - this trip with Vagabond let us do exactly that - and that is why we felt compelled to write such a glowing review. END OF STORY.

' class=

Oma, Irishfan, Joebaba, others and myself are not TA employees, just ordinary people who post here to help others.

Just as you are entitled to post your opinion, so is everybody else.

Public Forum.

But its interesting that there are a number of people who have a similar theme to all of their (very few) posts.

From a forensic perspective, this would show strong support for an agenda. As a law student, I'm sure you are aware of this.

Well, as one interested in statistics and conspiracy theories, you might be aware of Occam's Razor, which states that the explanation of any phenomenon should make as few assumptions as possible, and that all other things being equal, the simplest solution is the best. So you all are entitled to hypothesizing and making accusations on this forum, but the simple story is the one that myself, TK and DCKittyCat posed. If you couldn't figure it out by our previous posts, the three of us are friends, and we went on the trip together - hence the simultaneous posting about the same trip. I really don't see how this is so hard to believe.

It is a public forum, and that is why it is irresponsible to launch these attacks on a company's name without getting the details first. I never said you were TripAdvisor employees - I doubt TripAdvisor would still be in business if they frustrated all first time posters this way.

Anyway, for those of you interested in Vagabond beyond just making false accusations (whether entitled to or not), let me know. I'd be happy to share with you my photos and stories.

Ahhhh - NOW I believe you!

vagabond 7 day world tour of ireland

I find it insulting that posters would repeatedly question our honesty and integrity after each of us have taken the time to post our personal experiences onto tripadvisor. It is understandable to take the posts with a grain of salt and I think anyone who uses this site does so. However, it is not understandable to mount repeated attacks even after people offer proof of their experiences. Nor do I find it necessary for us to offer proof beyond a reasonable doubt on Tripadvisor to avoid being called a hack.

Unfortunately, it is people who insult posters that ruin the experience on Tripadvisor for others. When I want to read about a hotel, restaurant or tour, it is not helpful for me to know that some random poster thinks, without proof or reason, that the previous poster is a fake. It is distracting, insulting, juvenile and obnoxious. It is pretty absurd that I need to be cross-examined in order to post my experiences on vacation.

I would be happy to be contacted directly about my experience with Vagabond, which was excellent. Rob was our tour guide for part of the trip and he did not solicit our posts on Tripadvisor. Instead, crazy as it might sound, 5 friends and I had a good time on the trip and decided to write about it. Yes, it sounds statistically insane and improbable, but it is true.

I am sure someone out there will think this is again some sort of vast and complex ad plant orchestrated across continents and time zones - perhaps the CIA is behind it all. Or there is someone who thinks the statistical probability of a few people posting on the same topic within a certain time period is the same as being struck by a comet. For those of you out there, I do not think there is much more any of us can say to convince you. I feel like even if we post photos, there's always the chance that they have been photoshopped or that it is just Vagabond employees posing, right?

For the rest of you out there, as Jane said, it is simply that we had a really good time with Vagabond and decided to write about it. It is a shame that a vacation we were excited to write about has spiraled into a forum where posters show up simply to insult our honesty and we have to spend time defending ourselves. And as for why we posted again after we were insulted...well, if someone calls me or one of my friends a hack, I am going to respond.

For anyone going on a Vagabond tour or thinking about it, I hope this string does not reflect badly on them. I checked out Tripadvisor forums on Vagabond before I went on the tour and was impressed to see Rob respond to posters' concerns. To me, it shows that he actually does care about his customers. Rob and the other tour guides on our tour really went out of their way to ensure we had a good time and it was honestly a great vacation after 2 months of studying for the bar. End of story.

Methinks the lady doth protest too much.

End of Story.

You know I was just having a discussion with my husband the other night about how amazing it is that there are people "out there" who have nothing better to do with their lives than to critique & judge people, places, experiences etc. that they themselves have never met or had any personal contact with. I wish I had that incredible skill because I would use that attribute to win the lottery, predict the future, stop the wars etc.etc. Please share your secret!

"Keep this thought - Whenever bitterness is the sheer motivation of someone's thoughts aimed at others, it usually backfires and brings unexpected popularity, however negative it may be to the recipient who usually ends up benefiting from all the publicity."

Deep thoughts indeed...will you give us a translation in the morning? :)

Hi. My name is Tanyata, I am 19, my statistics are 38-22-36 and I entered the Miss Borris in Ossary contest because I want to save the whales, save the planet and bring about world peace...

Oh sorry. My secret? I actually post on other topics than just one tour company. Click on my name to get my profile. You might actually learn something.

And as for nothing better to do, I wish, I so wish. I'm sure that know my background here are laughing out loud, lol!!

Now, got to get back to the grindstone. Whales to save, statistics to work on. Have a good day.

Vagabond - 5 Day Edge of the World Tour

My wife and I wanted to take our adult children on a Family Vacation (7 people). I quickly became overwhelmed trying to research renting a van, driving on the left, driving a manual transmission with my left hand, finding accommodations for 7 people, and activities. We are an outdoor family and have road tripped across the US several times. I was so excited to find Vagabond Tours. They took all the stress out of the trip planning. I called and spoke with Dee several times and she was very helpful. The travel blog answered all my questions prior to the trip so that we were prepared. My wife and I are 50 years old, our children range in age from 19 to 27 years old. Dave was our tour guide on the trip and was awesome, friendly, and helpful. He provided history and facts about the land as we traveled. The accommodations were perfect. Dave provided options for each day with back-up plans just in case of weather. We hiked every day and saw places that I am sure none of our family and friends ever saw in Ireland. When we filled out our pre-trip survey, we mentioned we wanted to visit Tullamore D.E.W. distillery. Dave was able to work it into the trip for us. We were able to get out and explore places there were breathtaking. We were worried about the Bike tour in Killarney National Park, we enjoy biking but are not enthusiasts. The bike tour was self-guided and you have an option to rent eBikes. This was perfect for our group. It rained so hard that we soaked through our rain gear. Dave took care of us and found a place for us to change clothes and shoes. The hotel that night dried our clothes in their tumble dryer. The hotels and Vagabond worked perfectly together to ensure we were taken care of. I would highly recommend booking with Vagabond Tours. It lived up to every expectation we had and then some.

The Vagabond/Driftwood 11 day tour was amazing. Andrew our guide did a FANTASTIC job. Andrew kept us of informed of where we were going and when. The places he took us was right on to give us a sense of what the old and new Ireland was/is like. The hotels were first class, and the food was excellent. Driftwood paid for our breakfast so that helped in the AM prior to our 9:00 AM takeoff for the day. We paid for snacks and dinners. We made 12 new friends on the van. 100% would go back with Vagabond/Driftwood tours when we go again. Anywhere you go if asked what tour if asked which tour you are on the response is always, they do an excellent tour. Thanks again Vagabond/Driftwood Dave & Mary M

The 11-day Discover Ireland Driftwood tour with our guide, Jason, was amazing! We started as seven separate couples and a tour leader and became 15 great friends. Jason’s knowledge of Irish history and culture was phenomenal, and he was able to help us understand the context of the places we were visiting. He organized our relaxed, daily schedule in such a way that we were able to arrive at popular sites before the large buses showed up, and we were able to experience these amazing attractions without the press of hundreds of other tourists. Jason’s commentary of interesting information kept our quest for all things Irish rolling. The boutique hotels that the tour visited were unique and the included breakfasts were amazing. Whoever said that Irish food was boring hasn’t been to Ireland in quite a while. Throughout the entire tour, we found the local Irish people to be extremely welcoming and hospitable. We definitely recommend Vagabond Tours for anyone who wants to experience some of the very best of Ireland. We look forward to visiting Ireland again with Vagabond Driftwood Tours!

We could not have asked for a better company to deal with in planning a tour of Ireland. Their website provides all the information one could possibly need to know in a clear, user-friendly and fun way. All arrangements and all questions were dealt with quickly and efficiently. A very positive impression was created right from the start. We did the 11 day Driftwood Tour at the end of June and it was all we wished for and more. Ireland is a gorgeous country that is utterly irresistible. The other key parts of one’s experience are the itinerary and the guide. We covered so much of the island in those 11 days and enjoyed every bit of it. Our guide, Jason, was extremely knowledgeable, and a great communicator. He handled 14 people so well, with a gentle sense of humour. He made the trip fun and interesting and informative. I can’t say enough good things about our experience with Vagabond and Driftwood Tours, and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again or to recommend them.

We're delighted that our website was informative, user-friendly, easy to navigate. We believe in providing all the necessary information and resources to our travelers, ensuring that they have a clear understanding of our tours and what to expect. It's wonderful to know that our website left a positive impression and set the stage for a great experience. The 11 Day Discover Ireland Tour is an amazing way to see and experience the beauty of Ireland. We design our itineraries to make sure our guests get the most out of their tour by being able to see the various sights and key points. We take huge pride in our guides who all play a pivotal role on every tour for our guests. Jason is an amazing guide and is so passionate about sharing his knowledge of Ireland. Thanks again for your kind words and recommendation!

My mother and I had a spectacular time on our 8 day Wild Rover Tour with Vagabond. Danny, our guide, was so knowledgeable, funny, and helpful. Every day was well planned, filled with a range of activities, and we saw so much more than we could have on our own! We stayed at beautiful and unique properties and ate amazing food. We HIGHLY recommend Vagabond to anyone considering a trip to Ireland.

Thank you for recommending Vagabond Tours to anyone considering a trip to Ireland. We always look forward to seeing new faces! Your endorsement means the world to us. We would be absolutely thrilled to welcome you back on another adventure in the future.

Our family had the trip of a lifetime with Vagabond Tours! There is no better way to see and experience the beauty of Ireland than through this small group tour. We not only hit the classic “must see” destinations, such as the Cliffs of Moher and the Blarney Stone, but our guide frequently took us off the beaten path for new and exciting adventures. Highlights for us included the cliffs in Kilkee, the sheepdog demonstration, and the stay in Gougane Barra. While the views were incredible, it really was the people that made this tour top class. Our fellow adventurers became a family by the end of the trip, and our vaga-guide Danny was simply the best. He provided local insight into our tour, handled all of the logistics (meal reservations/lodging) , and even more importantly, turned our group of vagabonds into a family of adventurers. If you’re looking for an active tour with great views, cultural highlights, and incredible people (and plenty of coffee and bathroom stops), this is the tour for you. You and your family will cherish the memories made with Danny and Vagabond Tours. I know that we all will!
