We were travelling as a group of 12 for the 3 day bus tour covering Philadelphia, Washington D.C, Niagara Falls and the Corning Glass Museum. Our tour guide Steven was amazing and explained everything clearly both in English and Mandarin. The accommodation for the two nights was perfect and exceeded our expectations. Saw many brilliant sights all for a very reasonable price. Would definitely recommend to others

Yo yo was amazing

Yo yo was amazing Her code of content and care is outstanding She always enquiries each and everyone whether they are comfortable in the journey throughout. She made us feel like a family trip I would love to travel more with you guys especially yo yo (juan lin )

The trip was well organised and punctual.There was always a quick response and a helpful reply for any question .The hotels were better than expected ,my only uncomfortable sense was Amsterdam hotel which was really too far from the center station.

Disappointed - I was used to fill up a bus with Chinese participants.

I went on a tour from San Francisco to Lake Tahoe, Yosemite, the Canyons ending up in Las Vegas. The tour had only 5-star reviews (but only 5 of them). You do not know when you book who the operator is. It turns out it was Ctours, apparently a company that primarily caters to Chinese. So I ended up in a group with 95% Chinese participants and a guide that spoke very bad English and who would guide in Chinese for 5 minutes and then give two sentences in English. Sometimes, he forgot to give the information in English. I asked for a program with estimated times for the various sites so that I could prepare myself and just have a little visibility of the tour. That was not possible. Very amateurish. I was told that Tours4fun is also Chinese, and it was my impression that many of the tours they propose are with Ctours as a operator. The positive reviews are probably from Chinese participants. Check reviews on Ctours before you book. Would like to emphasize that most of the Chinese participants were very friendly. But all conversations and socializing was just done in Chinese - so I was isolated. They should not have accepted my booking or at least given me a fair warning before accepting it.

Disappointed and Misled – Not Worth the Money

I had a very frustrating experience with tours4fun. I booked a tour that was marketed as a “Premium Adventure” with exclusive access to certain attractions and high-end services. However, what I actually received was far from what was promised. It quickly became clear that the title and description of the tour were designed to deceive customers into thinking they were getting a luxury experience when, in reality, the tour was no different from a basic group outing you could get for half the price. The company clearly misled us by using inflated titles like “VIP Access” and “Premium Experience,” which, in my case, meant nothing more than standing in the same lines as everyone else and getting the same services as a standard tour package. I ended up paying significantly more than I should have for a tour that did not deliver on its promises. What’s worse is that when I contacted customer service to express my concerns, they were dismissive and offered no compensation or even an apology for the misleading advertising. This feels like a deliberate attempt to misguide customers into paying more for something that simply wasn’t worth it. I would strongly advise anyone considering this company to be cautious, as their misleading marketing tactics are a clear way to charge more for subpar experiences. Definitely not a company I will be booking with again.

Family of 3 on a great trip!

Our family of three had a great experience on the New York-Philadelphia-Niagara Falls tour in August. It’s great for families, couples and single travelers too. We loved the bus ride, locations we visited, explanations and clean hotel stays. The tour guide, Jack, was very patient and helpful every step of the way. The tour itself is pricey but all worth it as it covers so many activities, some meals and stays at decent/good hotels that it really is worth it. Doing it all on our own wouldn’t have been nearly as easy and fun.

Very nice tour to Yale, Harvard, and Boston

I could enjoy Yale, Harvard, and Boston in two days. We could also see colored leaves at Yale campus. Lobster meal at the market in Boston was very delicious and it was the most impressive. Thank you tour guide, Catherine.

Ahh Spain !!

Our tour guide Mickey was very friendly - always looking after your interest. Bus driver, Domingo, was excellent, the rides were smooth and uneventful. We were on board at Barcelona and tour ended at Madrid. 5 days, quite hectic - a lot of miles traveled. But everything went on time, without any hitches. However, it is a quick view of the historical places, not enough time at each location for detailed viewing. One thing that disappointed us - a few of the hotels were very sub-standard and lacked basic amenities. Overall it was a memorable trip.

Our tour leader Carmen has made our trip memorable. She has taken care of all our needs, very kind, and lovely person. I love our 3-day trip although it only gave us little time to explore each location. If I'm going for another trip with them, I will probably choose a 4-day or 5-day trip around Ontario and Quebec.

Transportation need improvement

Everything should be ok except transport services Accommodation and toure arrangements & guid very good Very worst thing transport bus we start flushing to niayagar back to return change the bus 5 busses, carry my luggage always and transfer timeline very rude the guid and driver, when come back drop up flushing that bus driver and vehicle very bad behaviour and worst driving .

Not recommend for non-mandarin speaker

English was not a main language, but Mandarin. Not all tour guides are fluent in English causing mis-communication sometimes. Not recommend for non- Mandarin speakers. Got rushes from tour guide although we were still within the time allowed. Could not enjoy as much as we could. Seats on the bus were quite tight and not quite comfortable for a long journey. No cup holders while we must have some meals on bus ( due to tour schedule). Except the above the tour was valued for money.

A delightful experience, 100% recommended

This was the first time I planned to take a solo trip abroad. Was slightly apprehensive of the group and everything related to the tour. However, I am so glad I took this trip (7 days across UK). Multiple cities were covered in a short timespan without draining/ exhausting people. There were no deviations / hidden elements from the itinerary given on the website. The tour guide Andy went above and beyond to make this experience unforgettable.

I did the 3 day tour from New York to…

I did the 3 day tour from New York to Niagara Falls in October with my family and friend. We reached the pick up point in Flushing early...but guess what...there was someone there to greet us. The entire trip and experience was great. Our tour guide Jason was the best, very helpful and knowledgable. We all had a great time. I would definitely recommend this tour.

Amazing 3 day East coast touring fun!!

We booked our trip from UK on a 3-day trip to Niagara. Not sure of what to expect we were apprehensive about the bus ride, hotel, food etc. We were greeted by the lovely Henry Lin on the day& made at ease. The tour bus was large and comfortable (Could do with some good cleaning though.)Henry was the most amazing tour guide we could ask for. He was super descriptive with good information and tips about where to buy food, other important things we should know about. His little hat and umbrella makes him unmissable and his cheerful smile makes him friendly & approachable. The schedule was tight as expected becoz you have so much to see and enjoy. Overall it was a fantastic well organised trip, great places to see with amazing views and we loved the fall season. Hotels were budget friendly and ok for the price. Carry food and water. Henry is an asset to your company. He left the bus on the way to New Jersey and we all actually missed his chatter on the bus ride. Thank you Henry and Jupiter legends. Keep it up. Recommended guys 👍

Great and Concise

The knowledge of the guide and the well organized trip helped make the experience great. The overnight stays were decent. However, better choice of food places especially with vegan/vegetarian choices would make the experience better. Also restructuring to allow more time at Grand Canyon would help.

Fiendly & FUN

We made friends easily with everyone even though we all didn't speak the same language. Everyone looked after each other and shared experiences. Fall colors were just spectacular! Wished the driver slowed down a little more when we saw something in Yellowstone so everyone on the bus could take a picture as it was hard to find what people saw. Accommodations were fine.
