The little thugs that work at night want to deny me gas and service because I am a disabled veteran with extreme medical conditions and can not wear a mask. According to California Civil Rights code 51 establishments are not allowed to refuse services to people because of disabilities.

Always really clean, easy access in and out. I appreciate the water and paper towels for windshield being readily available, always refilled and clean too, seems like a small thing, but the windshield gets so gross, and I like knowing I can scrub it down when I stop in. Good stop on the way.

I love Pilot travel centers. They are also associated with Flying J. They offer a good selection of drinks, snacks, finger foods and other items as well. If you are part of the rewards program you can get .03 cents off per gallon. You can also get free coffee after you buy several cups, I thinks it's buy nine get one free. Most locations have a fast food chain attached to them as well.

We stopped by the Pilot Travel Center on our drive from L.A. to Joshua Tree. We literally dropped in just to use the bathroom and buy Diet Coke. I wouldn't necessarily have to Yelp the place, except that the bathroom was amazing. No one likes using bathrooms in gas stations and rest stops. They're almost never very clean or comfortable. But this bathroom? Not only was it spotless, it had huge, beautiful stalls with wooden doors. Honest to goodness, my friend and I took a selfie in the mirror. The rest of the travel center was nice, too, though we didn't really linger. Looked like there was a good snack selection. I doubt you can go wrong with this place. Judging from the bathroom, I'd say that this is an establishment that takes pride in providing for travelers.

Love these places because they always have tons of things in their store for road snacks and the fuel is always reasonable in prices. If you have a pilot card or a CFN card you can pull in with the trucks an get fuel if you are pulling a trailer or 5th wheel it makes it so much easier to maneuver than out with the autos. Clean restrooms to boot!!

Bad experience with this pilot . The manager was rude unprofessional an incompetent. Because of her stuck here until the morning. Pilot needs to train there people a lot better than they do

Pilot is one of 2 gas stations at which I usually pump. It's generally less per gallon than others in and around Palm Springs. Seems the Pilot and Morongo gas station managers closely watch one anothers prices because they always seem to change based on what the other does. Less expensive gas is the perk here and it's located right off I-10. The downside is that this places gets really crowded, especially with travelers (imagine that! It is a travel center) and truckers. They also only have 1 pump on either side of their islands. These often are populated by inconsiderate jerks here who when done pumping gas, do not pull up to a regular parking spot and proceed to go into the attached fast food restaurant. There can be multiple cars just left completely unattended in front of gas pumps while you're waiting to pull up to fill up. Not saying this happens all the time, but it shouldn't at all.

Very clean and helpful people, especially Jason! We were driving from New Mexico and been in the road for almost 24hrs. The shower room has included with toilet, sink and bench. It was very exceptional for a gas station. Keep it up guys! God bless everyone :)

I like Pilot Travel Centers. The bathrooms aren't always spic-n-span but these locations offer so many conveniences besides gasoline and snacks. Sometimes there are the souvenirs one forgot to buy in town, etc. We use Pilots when we see them.

Three people shot to death near Pilot Travel Center in North Palm Springs

Three people were found dead with gunshot wounds near the Pilot Travel Center off N. Indian Canyon Dr. Sunday afternoon.

Two male victims were suffered gunshot wounds and were found in a white compact car near the intersection of N. Indian Canyon Dr. and Garnet Avenue.

Officers also found another man under the overpass with what appeared to be a self-inflicted gunshot wound.

At 4:35 p.m. the part of N. Indian Canyon Dr. to turn onto Garnet Avenue remained closed while an investigation was underway.

The reserve parking is blind side and night staff doesn't keep up on who needs to leave. The night manager (black shirt) seems ... to work a day job and doesn't want to work overnights. He also prioritizes the customer line over dealing with any problems inthe store such as soda being out. Today, some person from wendys was asked to come and clear the shower line, which resulted insomeone being put in the shower before me even though I was next.Chris was told he deleted my code and shower, to which hereplied "I did not, thank you". He came off as a know-it-all, and then tried to tell morgan how to fix the situation, eventhough she had already gone through the steps, and he was no help at all. It was like he could do no wrong, his attitude thatis. Morgan did everything she could to fix the situation. This store needs someone like Morgan to manage it. If she is not amanager, you should make her one, as they didn't listen to her when she said NOT to touch the showers. On top of it all,someone was being chewed out about not having a food card? Quick place to get fuel. Price was a little higher than the fuel plaza away from the interstate. You pay for proximity.

Worst station I?ve been, the gas machine said it pumped 17 gallons in my Toyota Camry (the tank is only 15.8 gallons capacity) ... and my car wasn?t pumped at all. The people here refuse to refund me and had me to call the manager. The manager Courtney neverpick up the phone call and emails, trying to avoid me as possible. I can?t do anything from side since I?m only the traveler tothis town. The station is sucks and I would never recommend you unless you want to loose money. Read more

The lot is a bit on the small side but drivers are always moving through and never had any problems finding aspot. Palm Springs police: No suspect at large after 3 found dead in related scenes near I-10

Three people were found dead near the Pilot Travel Center in North Palm Springs on Sunday afternoon, police said.

Officers received a call for a gunshot victim near North Indian Canyon Drive and Garnet Avenue about 1:15 p.m., the Palm Springs Police Department said in a news release Sunday. Police found two men dead in a white Toyota sedan and a third man, dead from apparent self-inflicted gunshot wounds, "just south of Interstate 10, near the Indian Canyon Drive overpass."

Officers didn't believe there were any outstanding suspects and said they believed the two scenes were related. Police said they withheld the names of the victims pending notification of next of kin by the Riverside County Coroner’s Office.

As of Monday morning, the names of those who died still had not been released and police had released no further information on the deaths.

Seven vehicles including Palm Springs police, the Riverside County Coroner’s office, Riverside County forensics as well as district attorney investigators were at the scene Sunday evening as the white sedan remained in the intersection.

The Wendy's restaurant and Pilot Travel Center remained open as officers spoke with people on the scene.
