Last time my daughter went, she thought guide was very good. Many picture stops. Today, different guide, not many stops. The employees though were quite helpful.

I am so content with this adventure from today. John and Jack Thank you so much. John you were accommodating and graceful also a Cali native which I loved. Jack you gave us the tour while on the water took us to star island, fishers island and all I can say is Wow. The sandbar was fun next time I'll bring my little backpack with a snack Lol. Jack you had so many fun facts for all Miami We appreciate the education it's the more you know right! Best hour spent it's worth it, See you all next time.

Me and my family rented jet-skis for an hour and went on the water with an amazing tour guide! The guy at the front to check us in was just as nice and made everything easy for us to do. We all loved riding!

My daughter and I had an amazing time. We went for an hour and could have easily gone another. An hour was plenty of fun, but enjoyed it so much would have been cool to have booked two. In the hour we went around monument island, went by the mansions, by the shipyards, bridges and open water. Edgar was super friendly. We stay back about 300 feet, which is nice (allows you to get speed and hang on your own, but also feel safe in knowing where you're going, etc.), He looks back frequently to make sure you're good. When you get to a cool spot, he takes a pic for you, tells you about it in like 30 seconds, and you're back moving again! They are very thorough in explaining everything ahead, and Edgar did a great job explaining safety instructions (while I like to go fast, I like someone who is serious about safety by just explaining things like "don't turn too sharply when going fast", etc. Shows they are customer first. Will definitely go back and will do 2 hours next time!

Piss poor customer service from the OWNER Eduardo. We were blamed and also asked to pay additional fees for a miscommunication on his company's fault. We were yelled at, belittled and bullied by the owner. Absolutely ridiculous. The best part of the experience was our guide Juan. Actually, he should operate his own jet ski rental company but for now, Eduardo should at least make him manager after his 6 years of being there and for saving our vacation experience.

What an amazing experience, Tour guides and the managers were incredible. So much fun and what an amazing location for such a safe and enjoyable experience. Quite the adventure I did not realize how amazing the water is in Biscayne.

This was a great experience!!!! The company was very nice knowledgeable and plus for us that are not experienced they were patient. I would recommend them and it's worth the money.

Staff was great tour was longer than what we paid for which was awesome! 10/10 would recommend!

awful was here 1 month ago and the trainers are basically kids, very dangerous and not fun at all. I recommend you ask how old the trainer is going to be and how many years of experience they have. This is not a professional organization and the ratings on yelp are wrong
