I always buy my foreign travel money at Hays Travel Ryde IOW and find the young man there( sorry don’t know his name) very polite , pleasant and very very helpful.

Excellent service at hays branch Wallsend. Took the four generation of my family to Portugal, 13 of us in total, hays. Did everything, we had a great holiday thanks to hays, plus all the adults got hays travel card, was best thing we did, only problem I had was my card had no name on it so some places won't except it, can't seem to get my name on.

But still found it very useful, am of with brother in law this week to plan are 6 week holiday in Canada, and yes Hays is my choice again. Thanks all hays staff at Wallsend,

Never used a money card before, have always used travellers cheques, but because the process was explained to me thoroughly I found it straight forward to register, login proceedure helped me keep a careful eye on what I was spending and found it so much easier and safer than carrying large amounts of cash. Fantastic staff in Hays Travel Washington.

Wouldn't go anywhere else. Service is way above the rest. There is a TUI, Ramsden and Dawsons in the Galleries centre but always come to Hays as get the best service with a smile and the best rates. Thank you Tracy and Lizzie.

September Holiday

Rob, the gentleman who handled the holiday took alot of time to discuss what type of holiday would suit our needs and interests. He also took a lot of time discussing various other resorts apart from the one chosen which was Vrsar in Croatia, which we feel will be very enjoyable . Recently booked a holiday to Mexico for next year. The young lady Nadine (Taunton branch) who completed the booking was informative of the hotel, the surrounding area, what you can do once there, flights. Nothing was to much trouble which made the booking enjoyable & as a customer I was confident I had booked the right hotel for my needs with the information given. Thank you

Trying to book a holiday with a friend…

Trying to book a holiday with a friend who is totally different to myself. We both like different things. We went to Hayes travel at crystal peaks Sheffield where we have been before. David the member of staff there was absolutely fantastic nothing was too much trouble for him. He checked a number of holidays and was so professional. He has the patience of a Saint. He found 2 holidays which we booked. I would recommend David and Hayes travel to anyone. David is a fantastic credit to your company

Genuine and honest guidance on all aspects of our potential holiday. After 30 minutes of advice and guidance we had booked our holiday and arranged our travel finance. Excellent knowledge and customer service

Hays Wombwell are now a part of my holiday experience and have been for 4 years. The team are great and enthusiastic about finding you the right holiday. Today I went in to book a short hotel stay and Ian was great. I spoke with Richard, he's booked moat of my hols. He'd remembered there's a particular destination I'd like and he let me know that it was more accessible. We had a quick nosey, he got me just what I wanted, excellent customer service and knowledge.

Hi good service from Hays in Oldham…

Hi good service from Hays in Oldham town centre again, Caitlin was lovely and helped me find a holiday for myself in August,nothing was to much trouble. Only downside was I had a voucher from Jet2 from a previous holiday, but couldn't use it as was told its for 2 people travelling only. As a lone traveller I feel that its time we shouldn't be discriminated from certain offers etc,as there are a lot of people now on their own for many different reasons. However I'm very happy with Hays in Oldham and will carry on booking with them.

Charlotte Hopkin is so knowledgeable and extremely helpful and patient booking my two week holiday. And she even brought her laptop to my home to book it! Now that service is second to none will definitely be recommending her to all my friends and family.

Booking Agent went above and beyond

I recently booked à 9 night holiday to las America's in Tenerife through Hays travel the Dunoon Branch. Thankfully Fiona was a wonderful booking agent who got me exactly what I was looking for, she also got the best price available, and she explained everything I would need to do as it's my first holiday without friends and family. Fiona checked us in and gave me all the paperwork I would need. Also Fiona is calling me a week before I go to arrange changing our money to euros as we would get a better exchange rate with hays as we booked our holiday there , thanks Fiona she made sure I'm all clued up and ready to go . I will definitely be booking through Hays travel Dunoon Branch again. Looking forward to a great holiday.

Would definitely recommend

Just called in when passing for a chat & some ideas - no intention of booking just then. Weren't fussed over where we went, just the timings, airport & quality of hotel. Alice spent time listening to our wish list & came up with some good ideas. Ended up booking a holiday there and then.Would definitely use again as much less hassle than doing it yourself online.

As they always do, the members of the Keynsham team, headed by Manager Colin Curtis gave us the very best of attention. Helen has been monitoring Lapland 2025 Christmas experiences for us for some time and was 'ready to go' with our exact requirements once the packages were launched. We will be a party of 10, so it was very important to get things right for us. Colin has been taking an interest and supporting the booking; so between the two of them, we are very confident that our money will be well spent; and the experience everything we need it to be. We had our 'live wire' 2-year-old grandson with us and every member of the team made us welcome and comfortable. Thank you team!

Today I went in to book a short hotel stay and Ian was great. I spoke with Richard, he's booked moat of my hols. He'd remembered there's a particular destination I'd like and he let me know that it was more accessible. We had a quick nosey, he got me just what I wanted, excellent customer service and knowledge.

Hi good service from Hays in Oldham town centre again, Caitlin was lovely and helped me find a holiday for myself in August,nothing was to much trouble. Only downside was I had a voucher from Jet2 from a previous holiday, but couldn't use it as was told its for 2 people travelling only. As a lone traveller I feel that its time we shouldn't be discriminated from certain offers etc,as there are a lot of people now on their own for many different reasons. However I'm very happy with Hays in Oldham and will carry on booking with them.

Booking Agent went above and beyond

I recently booked à 9 night holiday to las America's in Tenerife through Hays travel the Dunoon Branch. Thankfully Fiona was a wonderful booking agent who got me exactly what I was looking for, she also got the best price available, and she explained everything I would need to do as it's my first holiday without friends and family. Fiona checked us in and gave me all the paperwork I would need. Also Fiona is calling me a week before I go to arrange changing our money to euros as we would get a better exchange rate with hays as we booked our holiday there , thanks Fiona she made sure I'm all clued up and ready to go . I will definitely be booking through Hays travel Dunoon Branch again. Looking forward to a great holiday.

Just called in when passing for a chat & some ideas - no intention of booking just then. Weren't fussed over where we went, just the timings, airport & quality of hotel. Alice spent time listening to our wish list & came up with some good ideas. Ended up booking a holiday there and then.Would definitely use again as much less hassle than doing it yourself online.

As they always do, the members of the Keynsham team, headed by Manager Colin Curtis gave us the very best of attention. Helen has been monitoring Lapland 2025 Christmas experiences for us for some time and was 'ready to go' with our exact requirements once the packages were launched. We will be a party of 10, so it was very important to get things right for us. Colin has been taking an interest and supporting the booking; so between the two of them, we are very confident that our money will be well spent; and the experience everything we need it to be. We had our 'live wire' 2-year-old grandson with us and every member of the team made us welcome and comfortable. Thank you team!

Rob, the gentleman who handled the holiday took alot of time to discuss what type of holiday would suit our needs and interests. Trying to book a holiday with a friend who is totally different to myself. We both like different things. We went to Hayes travel at crystal peaks Sheffield where we have been before. David the member of staff there was absolutely fantastic nothing was too much trouble for him. He checked a number of holidays and was so professional. He has the patience of a Saint. She checked two airports and two travel companies to offer us the best travel times, available rooms etc. She also said that she would sort out my special assistance needs (will be taking my wheelchair) but this might take a day or two. What a difference a different branch of same company makes

I'd had a really bad experience in another Hays shop and Jacqui listened to what I wanted from my holiday. She gave me options and didn't pressurise me. I went away to weigh up the options and returned 2 days later to book. Jacqui went through the details carefully again. I would return to hook with Jacqui.
