STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

We also travelled as part of the World Rugby Cruise, promoted as the trip of a lifetime for rugby fans, with the list of failures beginning at boarding and continuing all the way through to returning home, the main complaint being no transport to see the matches paid for, with them being played over 2 hours away, this is the only reason the trip was booked and our money paid, add to that, drinks package cancellations, lack of promised entertainment, and the lies told and promises made to placate us was unbelievable. By far the worst travel company we have encountered, and we holiday and cruise fairly regularly. Cannot state enough, please Buyer Beware, as their follow up and customer care is non existent, and at best dismissive and rude

Utter chaos!

Can’t complain about the ship but the organisation from infinity sports travel was utter chaos, appears to be run by untrained children! we would never use this company again, the carnage at the airport on the Monday after having been dumped there 9 hrs before our flight finally took off was totally unacceptable. Extremely stressful for all who were unfortunate enough to have booked with infinity. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!

Thank you for a wonderful experience

Went for the cruise but ended up being hooked on Rugby!! Enjoyed the cruise and food and thank you to all for making my 1st cruise a wonderful experience. Some fellow travellers had some issues (Transfers, long delays), but this were beyond the control of Infinity travel (flight being transferred back to London due t safety). This resulted in queues at cruise liner check in. Clear communication and presence of a rep at key times would have removed all the issues

Although our flight to Marseille was delayed having returned back to Heathrow and rescheduled by BA we managed to get to Marseille and were efficiently transferred to the Epic Cruise liner. Understandably there was a queue at check in but it was worth the wait. Cannot fault the catering for all tastes and Al La Carte dinner package was excellent. Thoroughly enjoyed watching the Rugby and Ryder Cup on the big screens. All in all a relaxing cruise. Good bars and entertainment on board.

Very poor customer service and organisation

Booked package 4&6 in June for RWC as son had bought us tickets for Wales, England and Italy games for my retirement. Payment was seamless and not cheap. After that so many problems, flight codes were incorrect, didn’t receive NCL login details, emails and tele messages unanswered. Embarkation dates incorrect, drinks package cancelled 24hrs prior to boarding- was advised would be reimbursed, this has not happened. Initially denied entry to ship as embarkation dates wrong. No coaches for Wales Game. Hotel in Nice poorer than a Travelodge, transfers not arranged advised to sort ourselves and reclaim. Promises not lived up to. Ruined our trip of a lifetime.

Very angry fans. I fully duplicate the last 10 reviews…

I fully duplicate the words in the last 10 reviews given on this site without listing them. NO WORDS other than, Unacceptable,Total Shambles, Unprofessional, Total Letdown and the list goes on.... Our drinks upgrade contract was not given to us even though it was granted. Due to this discrepancy it costs us twice the money!!! We were sent from pillar to post, passing the buck with no response or results!!! It's not even worth trying for rembercement, it's promises that they can't keep. For sure we won't be using this company again. First and last indefinite. Definitely NOT recommended!!

No flight details provided until 7 days before, options given were a return flight 24hours later than expected or a connection in Eindhoven. Neither acceptable or what we thought we were getting in the package. Now to add insult to injury ‘all inclusive package’ has had the drinks aspect removed. Again not what we booked. Refused a refund and see no option but to take legal action. Customer service abysmal. Avoid this company.

Incredible experience!

From the impressive Social media coverage ahead of our time on board and throughout to all of the exciting events and entertainment, it really was an incredible experience from start to finish! We really felt the staff went above and beyond for us. The Legends Dinner was splendid - we wish we could do it all again. Epic Failure

We travelled to France specifically to watch the rugby World Cup. Infinity travel were totally inept and as a result we did not get to the game. Despite them issuing a statement saying that they were in contact with everyone affected they have failed to make any contact and have not responded to any emails we have sent. This company is a total shambles and ruined what should have been a wonderful experience. ABTA need to get involved here.

Fantastic Events

Brilliant trip with infinity sports travel. The rugby events they put on were fantastic, Andy Nicol was brilliant - you don’t get this sort of thing at a hotel. There were a few teething problems with match transfers and check in but once these were sorted it was an amazing experience. We especially loved the Legends dinner.

Epic Rugby Cruise

A fantastic concept. We had a smooth check from the airport to the cruise ship, seamless transfers to the games both Wales Vs Argentina and England Vs Fiji. The food was amazing , the music on the pool deck was unforgettable. The staff were attentive and professional. We would travel with Infinity Sports again in the future and look forward to future sporting events.

Rugby Cruise

Having been on 2 trips with Infinity, I can only praise the staff. We had a great time on the Ibiza cruise & an outstanding experience at the rugby World Cup quarter finals in Marseille staying both times on NCL Norwegian Epic. Will definitely look to travel with these guys again.

World Cup Cruise

Currently on their rugby World Cup cruise and it’s been a nightmare. Happily took our money but no detail leading up to the trip, wrong names on booking, can’t call, don't respond to emails, coach to Wales game didn’t show up, messed up drinks package……more I could add but all very poor. Offered an “upgrade” package for the issues but been here two days and upgrade has not happened 🤦🏻‍♂️ Really nice people and I think well intentioned, but completely out of their depth and zero organisation.

Amazing weekend

This was a genuinely unique experince - staying on a cruise ship, with transfers and tickets to both of the quarter finals. Having rugby players on board who were accessible was an added bonus. My favourite was the gala dinner. Both our children had a fabulous weekend awat at the Rugby, with great seats and very convenient transfers. I would definitely recommend infinity sports to anyone looking for a fun packed sports event.

Great staff, once in a lifetime experience

Great staff, amazing experience Lovely staff and wonderful experience. Me and my family really enjoyed it. It was my first time on a cruise and watching an international rugby match. There was such good entertainment on the ship organised by the infinity team, the game was epic and all my transfers were sorted. They do not answer emails asking for…

They do not answer emails asking for refunds or giving feedback. Really disappointing as there were some good points on our trip. When we came home we were in two minds whether to book qtr final due to lack of reply it will be a no. Complete lack of professionaliam and organisation Updated review 16/10- had some hope when an email from Guest Services told us to send an emailed to accounts. Finally I thought someone is listening. 10 days later still no reply. Utterly frustrating

We were at the RugbyWorldCup and happy

I was at the RugbyWorldCup with them in Marsella, and with my group ( 50 pax) we had a very nice experience. Well organized, and the crew vas very helpful with everybody. A lot of information, entertainment and transfers to stadium all included. First day there was a some tension waiting for buses with people who’s not too much patient. But everyone reached the match on time and with the Argentinian victory the tension changed into celebration. Muchas gracias again

I am still batling with IST for my Epic…

I am still battling with IST for my Epic by NCL cruise departing from Marseille on Sep 25! They still didn't send my name to NCL despite the numerous manifests filled and sent. IST doesn't care about their clients, they never pick up the phone or answer emails. Every body I talked to is complaining about their poor organisation. At this time, I won't be able to board the cruise, when I settled the full payment. Their attitude is absolutely scandalous. Ref: IST1924

Amazing experience

Had an unforgettable holiday. Really enjoyed and would recommend to anyone. Everyone was so friendly and I could see they tried their hardest to make my trip special.
