Kim Kardashian Gives SKKN BY KIM Office Tour — Including Glam Rooms, Amphitheater and Photo Studio

Kim Kardashian created the space in collaboration with decorators Tommy Clements and Waldo Fernandez, and utilized Michèle Lamy from Rick Owens to create the furniture

Kim Kardashian is giving fans an inside look at a space crafted for her latest brand, SKKN BY KIM .

In a YouTube video shared Friday and titled "Welcome to my Office! Official SKKN BY KIM Office Tour," The Kardashians star, 41, gives a full tour of the skincare brand's office, which includes two glam rooms, two kitchens, two magazine walls, an amphitheater and a photo studio.

Kardashian starts the tour by acknowledging her decorators Tommy Clements and Waldo Fernandez. She also gives a shoutout to Michèle Lamy from Rick Owens, who helped with the furniture. "She did all the furniture and helped me come up with just everything that I would possibly need and love," Kardashian says of Lamy in the clip.

Continuing with the tour, the mom of four then shows off one of her "favorite things in the office" — an amphitheater.

"This came about because the space is so huge in here — I think it's like 40,000 square feet — but I wanted a cozy area not only for when the kids come and they can hang out and watch movies, but also if I had to show presentations or just look at something on a bigger scale," she explains.

In the room, Kardashian's priority was comfort, and she wanted a place where her employees and her family could just "chill." The room's centerpiece is a chocolate Rick Owens U-shaped bed/sofa. "I had seen one of these Rick Owens beds like this and I always loved it so sent Michèle a picture and was like, 'How do we make something like this for my office?' " Kardashian says.

Moving onto the first-floor kitchen, the "most-used room" is open and spacious. Featuring Vanessa Beecroft art on the walls, the space is used for events, meetings and just hanging out. "Fridges at the office – full of drinks," Kardashian says at one point.

In a waiting area, the SKIMS founder shows off her collection of books, all of which inspire her in some way. "Whether it's the Marilyn book that my mom got me after the Met [Gala] or these home furniture books, everything I love is in here," she says. (Kardashian famously wore Marilyn Monroe's famed "Happy Birthday Mr. President" dress to the 2022 Met Gala in May.)

Moving to the next area, Kardashian introduces what she calls the "model glam room." She explains, "We do so many photoshoots here that I wanted a space where if we're doing content, they'll be enough space for all of the models and, of course, some SKIMS robes and stuff for tailoring and a chill area."

The glam room then extends to a full photo studio. "It's been such a blessing to be able to have a photo studio in my office and be so close to home," Kardashian tells viewers watching.

The star then continues to her own "calm and quiet" glam room. In the nearby bathroom, the reality star points out a little chair at the end of the shower.

"Not sure who came up with this idea," she jokes. "Actually one fun fact — I have so much going on and I work all the time that there is a real purpose for the seat." Then explaining that some members of her team tend to take a seat while she's showering after a shoot to ask questions, show samples and take notes, Kardashian says, "This isn't the oddest thing that you will see."

Kardashian then shows off her showroom, which she describes as her "dream come true." She explains, "I always wanted my showroom to have half SKKN and half SKIMS, and have those be my two brands. And just visually everything just kind of blends."

For all of her fans and friends that didn't get items from her brands due to them being sold out or unavailable, Kardashian says they're all in the showroom, but jokes: "We have 24-hour security so don't even think about it."

She then brings fans inside the area's waiting room, which is filled with magazines of her and her entire family, an idea she copied from mom Kris Jenner . "Why not give people a little glimpse of who they're dealing with when they walk into my office?" she explains.

Moving on to the second floor, Kardashian then shows off the conference room area with a wall full of her magazine covers. "These walls make me so happy," she says. "These are all of my memories. I have a memory for each cover. Every cover is so special to me, I could tell you where I was, what I was doing, who I was with. So many amazing memories."

Kardashian then brings fans into her personal office, one that was heavily used when developing SKKN BY KIM's packaging. "So packaging is like my thing," she says. "I love concepts for photoshoots and I love packaging concepts and design."

Explaining that the final design of her skincare products are based to look like stone, Kardashian says that the first step to make that possible was to have the products made in actual stone to use as a comparison. "Is that not the cutest, coolest thing ever?" she asks, comparing the two of them.

Before leaving the room, Kardashian also shows off a present sister Kendall Jenner gave to her for Christmas — a box filled with inspirational quotes. "Things like that make me happy," she says.

Also on the second floor, Kardashian shows a second kitchen, a second magazine wall, more office spaces, extra product rooms and more.

By the end of the tour, Kardashian attempts to go back into her car, but fails to get it open. "I can never figure out how to open my car door," she says.

"Anyone know how to get into my car?" Kardashian then asks the room, before she is able to access entry into the vehicle. "If it was like the Scream movies I would have been dead by now," she jokes.

Kim Kardashian Gives Fans a Tour of Her SKKN by KIM Office: Inside the Showroom, Glam Room and More

All beige everything. Kim Kardashian just gave fans an inside look at her stunning SKKN by KIM offices which features 40,000 square feet of meticulously curated furniture and design fit for the media mogul’s taste.

“Hey guys! Welcome to the SKKN by Kim office,” the Keeping Up With the Kardashians alum, 41, shared via her YouTube channel on Friday, August 11. “I’m so excited. No one’s actually really seen my whole office. So, I’m going to give you guys a tour.”

Throughout the 13-minute video, the SKIMS founder took viewers through her open-concept kitchen, in-house amphitheater, and even a half-SKIMS, half-SKKN showroom.

“My whole office was kind of decorated by my decorators Tommy and Waldo. But we had Michelle from Rick Owens, she did all the furniture and helped me come up with just everything that I would possibly need and love for this big space,” Kim said as she passed through the lobby which features a gallery wall where all of her past magazine covers are framed and displayed. 

The Kardashians star’s platinum blonde locks hung down to her waist as she led viewers to “one of [her] favorite things in the office”: the amphitheater.

“This came about because the space was so huge in here … and I really love the high ceilings. But I wanted a cozy area, not only for when the kids come and they can hang out and watch movies, but also if I had to show presentations or just look at something on a bigger scale,” the mother of four said as she described her vision for the room.

“I wanted to be able to come in here and just honestly chill … Where I can just watch TV or movies and keep the kids entertained while I’m working and doing photoshoots,” she added, referring to her children North, Saint, Chicago and Psalm, whom she shares with ex-husband Kanye West .

And, because no Kardashian space would be complete without a “glam room,” the Selfish author headed there next. 

“I call it our ‘model glam room,’ because we do so many photoshoots here,” Kim said of the beauty room complete with three salon chairs, a “chill area” with a comfy couch and a separate section for tailoring. “I wanted a space where if we’re doing content for SKKN by Kim or SKIMS, we do all of our shoots here and there will be enough space for all of the models.”

Kim pointed out that her nude cover of W Magazine is “one of [her] favorites” even though she “hated it at the time.” 

“I cried so hard at the time for being so naked inside,” she said.

Kim took a page out of mom Kris Jenner ’s playbook as she offered stacks of her family’s magazines for guests to peruse while they wait.

The “model glam room” featured three salon chairs, a tailoring center and leads right into the photo studio.

Kim said she likes a “chill work environment” and even lets the staff work from home for Summer Fridays.

Office goals! Nearly two months after Kim Kardashian officially launched her SKKN by Kim beauty brand, she is giving fans an inside look at her workspace — and yes, there’s a glam room.

“Welcome to the SKKN by Kim office,” the beauty mogul, 41, said in a YouTube video posted on Friday, August 12. “I’m really excited. No one’s actually seen my whole office [yet], so I’m going to give you guys a tour.”

The nearly 40,000-square-foot space was designed by decorators Tommy Clements and Waldo Fernandez alongside Rick Owens ’ Michele Lamy . The trio worked with Kardashian to include everything she “would possibly need and love” in her work area, complete in her  now-signature minimalistic neutral hues .

The  Kardashians   star’s tour began in her “favorite” place : the amphitheater room. “This came about because the space was so huge in here,” she said. “And I really loved the high ceilings, but I wanted a cozy area, not only for when the kids come and they can hang out and watch movies , but also if I had to show presentations or just look at something on a bigger scale.”

The miniature movie theater room features a dark Rick Owens bed that Kardashian “always loved” so that she — and her family — can “chill” during hangout sessions or professional meetings.

Next, the Hulu personality hit up the “big” kitchen , which is frequently used to host her staff’s events. Alongside Donald Judd wooden tables, the walls were adorned with Vanessa Beecroft artwork.

The SKKN multilevel space also includes waiting areas — complete with coffee table books that inspire Kardashian — and a “model glam room.”

She noted: “We do so many photo shoots here that I wanted a space where if we’re doing content for SKKN by Kim or Skims , we do all our shoots here and there will be enough space for all of the models.”

The Skims founder’s glam space feeds directly into the in-house photo studio and her “super calm and quiet” personal glam area. As Kardashian eventually climbed the stairs up to the second story conference rooms, the walls are lined with her “memories” of every magazine cover she’s been featured on , including  The Hollywood Reporter ,  Sports Illustrated  and  Vogue .

“I mean, every cover is so special to me,” the reality TV star — who shares children North, 9, Saint, 6, Chicago, 4, and Psalm, 3, with ex-husband Kanye West — gushed in her Friday video. “I could tell you where I was, what I was doing [and] who I was with. .. Such good memories, so many amazing memories.”

She's Kim Kardashian ! The 43-year-old reality star hopped on a popular TikTok trend on Wednesday in order to showcase her over-the-top office for her SKKN brand. 

"I'm Kim Kardashian, of course I have all my magazine covers covering my walls," the mother of four shared, walking down a long hallway with all of her framed covers.  

Kim also showed off a mannequin with her "custom measurements," including her famous backside. The business woman's office also has her various beauty campaigns on a projected loop on a TV wall, featuring her enlarged face covering the span of the floor-to-ceiling space. 

Things got even more over-the-top in Kim's office, where she showed off 3-D models of "my brain and my plane." 

The silver model of the brain sat on Kim's desk as did a model of Kim's private "Kim Air" jet. 

She went on to show a tanning bed and a red light bed and a "product shrine" of all her SKKN products. 

"I'm Kim Kardashian, of course my whole office is custom Rick Owens," Kim added as the camera panned out to show the angular room filled with neutral wall colors and gray-and-black furniture. 

In addition to her own personal TikTok account, Kim also likes to have fun with her and Kanye West's 10-year-old daughter, North West, on their joint account.

The SKIMS creator gave a tour of her SKKN office as she wore a light grayish white wraparound coat, in the new eye-catching clip.

Kim Kardashian , 43, showed off an inside look of her SKNN office in her latest TikTok video, and it holds some pretty epic items. The reality star had her hair down and wore a soft cream-colored wraparound coat and white boots as she guided the camera around the location. She cheekily kept saying, “I’m Kim Kardashian, of course I…” before adding random things to the end of the sentence throughout the tour.

“I’m Kim Kardashian, of course I have all my magazine covers covering my walls,” she first said as she walked by framed photos of the memorable photos taken throughout the years. “I’m Kim Kardashian, of course I have my mannequin with my custom measurements in my glam room,” she also said before showing the headless mannequin, which wore a neutral tight top and white pants. “I’m Kim Kardashian, of course I have my beauty campaigns on loop on a big TV wall,” she continued before showing the wall.

The beauty went on to also show 3D models of her “brain” and her “plane” in her office, her tanning and red-light beds, a “product shrine,” lip liners in “15 different nudes,” and more. At one point, she had her coat off and just rocked her nude sleeveless bodysuit while talking to the camera.

Kim’s followers were quick to comment their opinions once the video went public. “This trend suits her the most,” one follower joked, while another called her “literally iconic.” A third wrote, “That’s how to introduce a product,” and a fourth shared, “love it all.”

Kim Kardashian has finally given fans a full office tour of her SKKN by Kim headquarters in a new YouTube video shared on Friday.

The 41-year-old businesswoman and billionaire toured the 40,000 square foot office space, which include a massive kitchen and amphitheater room.

Kim kicked off the tour with one of her favorite things in the office - her amphitheater room.

'One of my favorite things in the office. Basically our little amphitheater room and this came about because the space was so huge in here.'

Adding: 'I think it's like 40,000 square feet and I really love the high ceilings but I wanted a cozy area, not only for when the kids come and they can hang out and watch movies but also have to show presentations or just look at something on a bigger scale. I wanted to be able to come in and just honestly chill,' Kim said.

She went and sat on a bed on the higher level on seating in the amphitheater room and said that she's seen a Rick Owens bed and asked Michelle how she have one for her office.

Minimalist: 'So my whole office was decorated by my decorators Tommy and Waldo but we had Michelle from Rick Owens. She did all the furniture and helped me come up with. Just everything that I would possibly need and love for this big space'

She revealed her mom Kris Jenner got her a Marilyn Monroe book for her office after she wore Marilyn's dress at the Met Gala in May.

Kim next went to her glam room, which calls her 'model glam room' because they do a lot of photoshoots at the office space.

The massive glam room had Skims robes, things for tailoring and multiple seats for the models. She also showed the photo studio in the office.

Kim has her own private glam room for herself she called it 'calm and quiet'. and she revealed she likes to watch TV in there on her couch.

She reveals the chair in her shower is sometimes used while she is in the shower, revealing that her friend and publicist Tracy Romulus comes and sits there to discuss business as she showers.

Her showroom came next, with half of featuring Skims items and her SKKN items on display.

 Kim wanted to see all the packaging of her items, as well as Skims robes available there; other Skims items include swimwear and loungewear, which she said is always in stock at her showroom.

She joked that there is 24 hours security so no one can come take any stock from her showroom.

 She headed over to her personal office, located down the hall; she previously shared an Instagram stories on the office.

Kim Kardashian’s Office Looks Exactly Like You Would Expect It To Look

When Kim Kardashian said, “Get your fucking ass up and work,” she wasn’t speaking hypothetically. The reality star recently shared an inside look of her workspace on Instagram and now, Kardashian’s controversial statement suddenly makes more sense, because any employee of Kardashian literally has no choice but to stand up...and work.

“You guys, I love my office,” Kardashian says in videos shared to her Instagram Stories and later immortalized on the TikTok account @kardashianicon . Kardashian credited designers Tommy Clements and Waldo Fernandez for decorating the space, along with the help of Michele Lamy, while giving a brief tour. At the moment, the office is filled with the businesswoman’s latest venture, SKKN by Kim. The neutral packaging of the products actually fit right into the office, which features earthy tones, a natural stone coffee table, and a minimalist wooden desk. The space is beautiful, and pretty much exactly what one would expect from Kardashian, but there is one aspect of the office that has the Internet doing a double take—the seating.

At Kardashian’s desk sit two metal chairs, uniquely shaped like triangles so that instead of a backrest, the armrests simply meet at a peak. While aesthetically, they’re attractive, the idea of sitting in them is perplexing. Nothing about the set of chairs seems comfortable, and it makes one wonder if anyone has ever dared to take a rest in one of them. Of course, you don’t need to take a seat if you’re getting your ass up to work.

Kardashian’s chair on the other side of the desk, meanwhile, is unique in itself. Made completely of wood, this one does seem suitable for sitting, but again, not necessarily inviting. A wooden chair means no chance for any give, nowhere to slouch back and relax after your third Zoom meeting of the day. Has Kardashian ever been do an OfficeMax before? Has she heard of a nice ergonomic chair that supports back health? Yeah, a Herman Miller isn’t cute, but it sure is comfy.

Of course, Kardashian has shown that, when it comes to interior design, form beats function, so this office is very much expected from the reality star. Plus, there’s no denying that it is a beautiful, serene space, which is surely nice to escape to after a stressful meeting. Though, a more comfortable chair would arguably be nicer.

On Wednesday, the reality television star and business mogul uploaded a tour of her SKKN BY KIM headquarters to TikTok and showcased its over-the-top luxury features.

The 55-second video is in the style of a hugely popular TikTok format called the " of course " trend, which features creators giving insights into their lives based on a specific characteristic they identify with. Popular versions have shown DINK couples , siblings , and a pastor's daughter , who repeat the two words the trend is named after before introducing a trait about themselves.

Kardashian begins her video dressed in a white robe from her SKIMS collection. "I'm Kim Kardashian, of course, I have all my magazine covers covering my walls," she says, showing off a wall of framed magazine covers she has graced over the years.

Kardashian then steps into her office's "glam room," which has a "mannequin with my custom measurements" propped up in the corner.

Next up, Kardashian shows another room that features "a big TV wall" that plays her "beauty campaigns on loop."

Lying across her desk in her office in the next clip, Kardashian shows two items sitting in pride of place — a 3D model of her brain, and another of her private plane.

The mom-of-four then reveals that her office also has some pretty incredible amenities for her to enjoy between meetings and calls: a tanning bed and, next to it, a red light therapy bed.

The latter is used to treat inflammatory skin conditions such as psoriasis , though it is not an FDA-approved treatment. Kardashian discussed using the controversial treatment in an interview with People in 2017.

Before closing out the video, the "Kardashians" star also shows off her "product shrine" — a museum-like room that displays her SKKN BY KIM products — and shares that the office is "custom Rick Owens."

The upload received 8 million views and over 8,500 comments, many of which appeared to be impressed, but not at all surprised, by the elaborate office features.

Some questioned Kardashian's use of a tanning bed, while others praised the social media mogul for how well she pulled off the TikTok format, and used it to highlight her upcoming products.

"This trend suits her the most," one viewer wrote in a popular comment that received over 64,700 likes.

For all of its luxurious items, one viewer jokingly noted the lack of a jacuzzi in the office, in reference to a viral clip where Kardashian told her ex-husband Kanye West they didn't have one in their pool, and West reacted with mock shock.

Kardashian previously uploaded a video to YouTube in August 2022 showing off the interior of the space after it was completed. In that tour, she said the office is roughly 40,000 square feet. She also showed off its minimalistic open-plan kitchen, amphitheater room, and photo studio.

Kardashian launched SKKN BY KIM in June 2022. She said in a press release that being diagnosed with psoriasis was the "catalyst for my journey of skincare discoveries, inspiring me to learn more about my skin and how to care for it."

Psoriasis is an autoimmune disorder characterized by scaly patches of skin. It is fairly common, affecting about 3% of adults in the US — or almost eight million people.

There's nothing there!!

Well, if you're into that, I have some good news for you! Kim toured her SKIMS office, and it's just as dystopian as you'd expect!

Let's break this down...

In her office, kim has every single magazine cover she's ever been on..

She has a tanning bed...

...and also a red-light bed.

This is her "product shrine."

She has her commercials on giant screens on a loop.

Kim Kardashian’s Office Space Is as Minimalist & Neutral as You’d Expect

Kim Kardashian has released a YouTube video tour of her SKKN by KIM office space, and as is to be expected from the neutral-interiors enthusiast, everything is white, beige and earth-toned.

The office was designed by Tommy Clements and Waldo Fernandez, who Kardashian just refers to as “Tommy and Waldo,” since she’s so close with them (the designers have previously worked with the Kardashian family on other properties). However, this time she’s also enlisted the expertise of Michèle Lamy of Rick Owens, who she credits with curating the furniture and “[coming] up with everything that I would possibly need and love for this big space.”

The office is massive –  Architectural Digest approximates 40,000 square feet in size. To take up some of that space, Kardashian created a theatre room that features a floor-to-ceiling screen and oversized lounge space with tiered chocolate couches she says allow an area for her kids to enjoy.

Her favorite space is the open-plan kitchen, “I love seeing people having lunch, stopping and having a chat,” she explains. Several tables by Donald Judd feature in an otherwise all-beige kitchen area.

One very intriguing element is in Kardashian’s own office. The mogul has her own shower, which makes sense given her busy schedule. What makes less sense is the lone chair.

“I don’t know who put this in here,” Kardashian says before adding that sometimes, she will have her assistant sit as she showers and rattles off lists of things to do. She is a busy woman, after all.

One topic of controversy are the Jeanneret chairs in the conference room. According to Architectural Digest are collector’s items that were originally created for public buildings in Chandigarh, India in the 1950s — Kim Kardashian had them bleached so they worked within her office’s aesthetic. “It’s blasphemous that I did that if you know anything about furniture,” she says in the video, very aware of the scandal she may be causing among those in the know.

Still, they do look great — as does the whole office aesthetic. It’s clear Kardashian has been schooling herself on interiors and enlisted the best-of-the-best to design the space with her.

“It’s soothing, comfortable and clean. I love that,” she says.
