Just arrive back from golfing in Turkey…

Just arrive back from golfing in Turkey booked through Kaden golf wow what a company fantastic, excellant advice before booking and follow up emails before departing UK. Picked up from antalya Airport in 5 star style drinks provided for the onward journey. Greeted by kaden golf rep on arrival we had Joe who was very informative and gave us all the paper work required for our upcoming golf games and pick up times. The hotel recommended by Kaden was perfect for our needs. The golf was great all in all a fantastic experience and a big thank you to all at Kaden golf. We'll be booking for next year soon

Brilliant golfing experience in Belek with Kaden Golf

We booked our golfing holiday for 8 to Belek through Kaden Golf. They were excellent from start to finish. Very competitive price and excellent customer service. Their operations team in Belek couldn’t have been better. Will book through them in future for sure.

Excellent first golf trip

This was our first golf trip to Turkey which we booked through Kaden Golf. The communication before we left was very good. The moment we landed in Turkey to the day we left, the service was exceptional. We were met at the airport and transferred to the hotel in a lovely mini bus with beers waiting. We stayed in the Sueno hotel with two golf courses with excellent facilities. Joe and his team looked after us throughout the trip answering any questions and giving us advice on where to eat and shop. Thank you for a wonderful golf trip and will definitely be back.

Fantastic service from Kaden

Fantastic agent. Everything arranged for our stay was more than I expected. Very happy. My husband became ill and had to be transferred to hospital. Deniz and his team supported us throughout, I can’t thank them enough for their help. Amazing people, Excellent service!

We have just returned from our third golf trip booked through Kaden, each year it astounds us how they are able to keep up with the high level of customer service. Deniz and his staff cannot do enough for you to make sure your trip is the best it can possibly be. Every member of staff is polite, very helpful and caring towards our needs. Superb company

So glad that we booked a holiday to the Cullinan with Deniz and the team. It was such a delight to be received at the airport with two smiling faces, flowers and a bottle of fizz. Any extras that we asked for the entire week were dealt with efficiently and to a high standard, such as impromptu rounds of golf at various courses and transport to them. This holiday didn’t start off as a golf trip, so we were pleasantly surprised at how easily some members of our party could be accommodated. Deniz and Joe were helpful, friendly and efficient. I would highly recommend Kaden as a golf operator and a general travel agent with extensive local knowledge. They sorted everything as a package for a better price than U.K. tour operators and we are about to book our 2024 holidays with Kaden now :)

Excellent company to book with

First time booking with Kaden Group having been recommended by family and friends and so glad that we did. 8 golfers arriving at airport were met by the driver who also presented us with beers, nice touch. All golf transfers were excellent and we just phoned the driver after our rounds and longest we had to wait to be picked up was 10 minutes, which was perfect. When booking the holiday the staff were very efficient and friendly and always answered our queries in good time. I would highly recommend using Kaden Group and look forward to using them again for 2024. All drivers were also first class and punctual.

Denis and his team at Kaden group are so easy to work with, the agreed package was a fantastic deal, with everything done, covering golf bookings, return shuttles from the hotel, and even club-hire (Taylormade M4s) making this trip super-convenient.. First time booking with Kaden and on…

First time booking with Kaden and on behalf of the 16 golfers on the 5T trophy tour, may I thank you for such a organised company making our trip that more enjoyable. The transport was always on time and just needed 15 mins notice for pick up from the courses on return. The VIP coaches were comfortable and smart with the free arrival drinks a nice touch. Special mention to Katya who seen to our every need, changing tee times and courses prior to our holiday. Excellent service…

Denis at Kaden group is so easy to work with, the golf package was a fantastic deal, he done everything He could but our golf Holiday was cancelled due to covid!! Communication has been excellent throughout, the refund was sorted out in days…. No problems at all. I will book through Denis again without hesitation. Excellent service.

Kaden travel group

Deniz & Katya made our holiday last year to the Calista a 1st class experience. All the way through from the booking experience, the meet and greet at the airport ,the transfer , the hotel nothing was overlooked they even went out of the way to arrange slim line tonic for us. The met up with us half way through to check if everything was ok and if we needed anything. Kaden travel really give you an amazing experience. We would highly recommend there services and we will use them again soon

8 blokes, 8 rooms, 8 rounds, 7 nights and 1 Kaden

8 of us had a week golf trip to Belek arranged through Kaden. It got moved due to covid but all the way through Kaden were keeping us abreast of things in Turkey and allowing us to change names etc when required. Even offered deposit refunds up until late in the day Deniz and Katya were superb at helping tailor the trip to us and then making changes on a number of occasions when we changed our minds! They even went the extra mile when 1 of our group left a pair of shoes at Lykia (30 mins from our hotel) and another left a bag at Titanic. Deniz personally collected both and brought them to us. Always quick to respond to emails and Whatsapp even if just to say they are busy and will get specific answers asap. 100% talking to them if/when return to Belek.

I travelled with Kaden late last year…

I travelled with Kaden late last year and couldn’t recommend them highly enough. Given everything was up in the air with Covid, they made it their mission to be extremely flexible, all whilst remaining responsive and friendly. The golf courses recommended were really good and the logistics seamless. All the transfers were on time and well kept. I plan to organise another golf trip this year and will be using Kaden without a doubt.

Kaden Golf Untrustworthy & Ignorant, avoid at all costs

I booked our golf holiday with Kaden Golf, the booking process went according to plan, Deniz was quick to reply to email etc. Can I just say at this point they were not the cheapest but did offer "free" a box of pro v1s as part of the deal so I agreed. On arrival at the hotel as a token of my appreciation for booking our holiday I took out a presentation box of scotch single malt whisky and 2 matching glasses box set. and specifically asked the driver to give this to Deniz & Katya. We had our holiday and returned home, I thought it was quite strange that Deniz had not messaged me a thanks, for the gift but hey ho. Fast forward to this year I booked with golfturkey.com who were much cheaper than Kaden Golf and an excellent service. When Deniz asked why I didn't ask Kaden to quote I explained about the whisky and would have expected a thank you. Deniz informed me that his Kaden Golf driver stole the whisky and he never received it!!!! I am sure many of you will know Deniz runs the "Golf In Turkey" group on facebook, he refers to always running an "open book" well when he put a "special promotion" on last week I simply pointed out to him tht golfturkey.com are offering the identical deal cheaper, his response was to simply block me from the group and ignore my emails and messages on messenger!!!!! Is that Deniz meaning of an "open book"? Looks to me like very controlling and coercive behaviour? To me an "open book" is a company who advertises their package prices on their website like Bilyana Golf or Golf Turkey or Your Golf Travel, Kaden Golf do not advertise prices, but when you get a quote and point out their rival is cheaper they then price match???? As far as I am concerned with my experience, I would highly recommend that you use golfturkey.com for best value and service or any other provider with a better attitude than Deniz. This account is 100% factual and do not be surprised if Kaden Golf remove this accurate feedback.

Fabulous Company

I have used Kaden for many non golf trips. Always prompt at replying to emails. Easy booking with just £50 deposit pp. Transfers included with Fizz and Flowers and lovely transport bus and drivers There's always a member of Kaden staff to greet us at the hotel, most recently by Joe who was very helpful. Fantastic company to deal with who offer that personal touch. Have recommended to friends who have booked again with them. Well done Kaden

Great company, great holiday.

Last November was the 1st time we had booked with the Kaden Group and we weren’t disappointed, right from being collected from the Airport, to being welcomed at the hotel, the service was excellent. Golf in Belek

I wanted to say how fantastic you made the golf part of our holiday in Belek. From meeting you at Bunkered live last year to the booking process and the communication after has been very good. The four rounds we played were excellently planned and saving a few buggy issues everything went really well. The transfer drivers who collected us and returned us to our villa were very polite and super helpful. The golf course you suggested were perfect for all four of us from a 7 to a 28 handicap, the staff at the courses knew we were coming in all instances. Even when I reached out for a restaurant suggestion the response was instant and we really enjoyed our meal at Arma restaurant in the Oldtown. It’s a bit daunting to book a holiday like this but you made the process simple. Thanks to you and all your staff for making such a great holiday, please feel free to use this review as you like.

Belek trip with Kaden

This is the second time this year I have used Kaden golf, and on both occasions the service the staff have provided has been of the highest quality. On our most recent trip to Antalya my girlfriend and I were treated like royalty from the moment we met our transfer driver at the airport, where we were greeted with bubbles, and then when we met the rep at the hotel he had flowers for my girlfriend who was celebrating her birthday. They had also arranged for the hotel to have more bubbles, balloons and chocolates in our room. Thanks for everything Katya Denis and all your team at Kaden, I could not recommend you guys highly enough

Absolutely amazing firm

Absolutely amazing firm. Deniz and katya have been an absolute pleasure to work with. With turkey still a no travel zone we was refunded within 1 day of cancellation. Would highly recommend this firm and will defo be booking with kaden in the very near future.

On holiday in Belek & wanted to book golf

On holiday in Belek, Turkey with 2 days left and decided it would be nice for my husband and father-in-law to have a round of golf before we left. Tried the hotel reception but was so difficult (with broken English) and was given expensive options. I asked for help on a Facebook group and was given Deniz’ details. Couldn’t have had better service. He was answering my messages Monday evening and the following morning they were playing golf! Perfect English, extremely helpful, very efficient. Advised best value for money, sorted out club hire and transfers to/from hotel. Would highly recommend and will definitely use again when we are back in Turkey in October - thank you Deniz!

Where has Kaden been all this time?

I’ve booked holidays to Turkey for a while though and every time I’ve had a great time in the hotels, but I’ve always had an issue with tour companies. Now that I found Kaden, I dont have that problem anymore. Their level of customer service is outstanding! Its such a pleasure to speak to the guys at the office about potential holidays in Turkey as they know what they’re talking about. We had a trip booked for 12 people, all golfers, for February 2020. That didn’t happen, so we got our refund within days. We were silly really, we didn’t need the money in our accounts as we booked up a week later for November, using the same deposits! I recommend this company due to their customer care. amazing.

I have used Kaden Group of travel a few times now and I have never had no issues. I booked through them last October 2020 staying at the Maxx royal. They went above and beyond to help us and reassure us when our return flight was cancelled. We ended up staying over 5 weeks at the Maxx Royal and they got us great rates each time. We feel like they are our friends, not just someone you book a holiday with. I highly recommend this company. You are in very safe hands and they are amazing friendly and very kind people, who want you to enjoy every minute of your holiday.

Very pleased with the experience

Really pleased I went with Kaden Group instead of the mainstream operators. The service was very personal, every question answered within 24 hours and the price was a little cheaper.
