Amazing people, Excellent service!

We have just returned from our third golf trip booked through Kaden, each year it astounds us how they are able to keep up with the high level of customer service. Deniz and his staff cannot do enough for you to make sure your trip is the best it can possibly be. Every member of staff is polite, very helpful and caring towards our needs. On top of all this they keep their prices competitive and fair. I will definitely be booking with Kaden again for next year

Brilliant golfing experience in Belek with Kaden Golf

We booked our golfing holiday for 8 to Belek through Kaden Golf. They were excellent from start to finish. Very competitive price and excellent customer service. Their operations team in Belek couldn’t have been better. Will book through them in future for sure.

Just arrive back from golfing in Turkey…

Just arrive back from golfing in Turkey booked through Kaden golf wow what a company fantastic, excellant advice before booking and follow up emails before departing UK. Picked up from antalya Airport in 5 star style drinks provided for the onward journey. Greeted by kaden golf rep on arrival we had Joe who was very informative and gave us all the paper work required for our upcoming golf games and pick up times. The hotel recommended by Kaden was perfect for our needs. The golf was great all in all a fantastic experience and a big thank you to all at Kaden golf. We'll be booking for next year soon

Excellent first golf trip

This was our first golf trip to Turkey which we booked through Kaden Golf. The communication before we left was very good. The moment we landed in Turkey to the day we left, the service was exceptional. We were met at the airport and transferred to the hotel in a lovely mini bus with beers waiting. We stayed in the Sueno hotel with two golf courses with excellent facilities. Joe and his team looked after us throughout the trip answering any questions and giving us advice on where to eat and shop. Thank you for a wonderful golf trip and will definitely be back.

Fantastic service from Kaden

Fantastic agent. Everything arranged for our stay was more than I expected. Very happy. My husband became ill and had to be transferred to hospital. Deniz and his team supported us throughout, I can’t thank them enough for their help. This demonstrated to me they have expertise, knowledge and infrastructure to manage complex challenges that sometimes you can’t predict. Well done Kaden you are amazing!

I have used Kaden now for two…

I have used Kaden now for two consecutive years having used others and been happy with them, but there is something about this team. Sometimes it’s hard to put into words how you feel about things, but let’s try. Omg, an absolutely fantastic time from start to finish. Everything ran like clockwork, just brilliant. Started assembling numbers for next year already.

Superb company

So glad that we booked a holiday to the Cullinan with Deniz and the team. It was such a delight to be received at the airport with two smiling faces, flowers and a bottle of fizz. Any extras that we asked for the entire week were dealt with efficiently and to a high standard, such as impromptu rounds of golf at various courses and transport to them. This holiday didn’t start off as a golf trip, so we were pleasantly surprised at how easily some members of our party could be accommodated. Deniz and Joe were helpful, friendly and efficient. I would highly recommend Kaden as a golf operator and a general travel agent with extensive local knowledge. They sorted everything as a package for a better price than U.K. tour operators and we are about to book our 2024 holidays with Kaden now :)

Wow amazing, from start to finish Kaden delivered an amazing golf trip for myself and my 7 friends. Played Lykia links, Kaya Palazzo & Cullinan night golf, all 3 courses unreal top I’ve played out of the UK. Couldnt recommend Kaden anymore, effortless.

First time booking with Kaden and on…

First time booking with Kaden and on behalf of the 16 golfers on the 5T trophy tour, may I thank you for such a organised company making our trip that more enjoyable. The transport was always on time and just needed 15 mins notice for pick up from the courses on return. The VIP coaches were comfortable and smart with the free arrival drinks a nice touch. Special mention to Katya who seen to our every need, changing tee times and courses prior to our holiday. Your rates are fair and worth every penny we will 100% be booking with you next year and hopefully many more years to come. Thank you once again Kaden great job🏌🏽⛳️

Excellent company to book with

First time booking with Kaden Group having been recommended by family and friends and so glad that we did. 8 golfers arriving at airport were met by the driver who also presented us with beers, nice touch. All golf transfers were excellent and we just phoned the driver after our rounds and longest we had to wait to be picked up was 10 minutes, which was perfect. When booking the holiday the staff were very efficient and friendly and always answered our queries in good time. I would highly recommend using Kaden Group and look forward to using them again for 2024. All drivers were also first class and punctual.

Denis and his team at Kaden group are so easy to work with, the agreed package was a fantastic deal, with everything done, covering golf bookings, return shuttles from the hotel, and even club-hire (Taylormade M4s) making this trip super-convenient.. Kaden Golf Untrustworthy & Ignorant, avoid at all costs

I booked our golf holiday with Kaden Golf, the booking process went according to plan, Deniz was quick to reply to email etc. Can I just say at this point they were not the cheapest but did offer "free" a box of pro v1s as part of the deal so I agreed. On arrival at the hotel as a token of my appreciation for booking our holiday I took out a presentation box of scotch single malt whisky and 2 matching glasses box set. and specifically asked the driver to give this to Deniz & Katya. We had our holiday and returned home, I thought it was quite strange that Deniz had not messaged me a thanks, for the gift but hey ho. Fast forward to this year I booked with golfturkey.com who were much cheaper than Kaden Golf and an excellent service. When Deniz asked why I didn't ask Kaden to quote I explained about the whisky and would have expected a thank you. Deniz informed me that his Kaden Golf driver stole the whisky and he never received it!!!! I am sure many of you will know Deniz runs the "Golf In Turkey" group on facebook, he refers to always running an "open book" well when he put a "special promotion" on last week I simply pointed out to him tht golfturkey.com are offering the identical deal cheaper, his response was to simply block me from the group and ignore my emails and messages on messenger!!!!! Is that Deniz meaning of an "open book"? Looks to me like very controlling and coercive behaviour? To me an "open book" is a company who advertises their package prices on their website like Bilyana Golf or Golf Turkey or Your Golf Travel, Kaden Golf do not advertise prices, but when you get a quote and point out their rival is cheaper they then price match???? As far as I am concerned with my experience, I would highly recommend that you use golfturkey.com for best value and service or any other provider with a better attitude than Deniz. This account is 100% factual and do not be surprised if Kaden Golf remove this accurate feedback.

Again my experience booking a golf group trip with Kaden Travel has been exceptional. First class service!! I have used many travel agents before but I would strongly recommend dealing with Deniz and Katya if you want a friendly and efficient team to look after your needs from start to finish.

Excellent service…

Denis at Kaden group is so easy to work with, the golf package was a fantastic deal, he done everything He could but our golf Holiday was cancelled due to covid!! Communication has been excellent throughout, the refund was sorted out in days…. No problems at all. I will book through Denis again without hesitation. Excellent service.

8 blokes, 8 rooms, 8 rounds, 7 nights and 1 Kaden

8 of us had a week golf trip to Belek arranged through Kaden. It got moved due to covid but all the way through Kaden were keeping us abreast of things in Turkey and allowing us to change names etc when required. Even offered deposit refunds up until late in the day Deniz and Katya were superb at helping tailor the trip to us and then making changes on a number of occasions when we changed our minds! They even went the extra mile when 1 of our group left a pair of shoes at Lykia (30 mins from our hotel) and another left a bag at Titanic. Deniz personally collected both and brought them to us. Always quick to respond to emails and Whatsapp even if just to say they are busy and will get specific answers asap. 100% talking to them if/when return to Belek.

Deniz & Katya made our holiday last year to the Calista a 1st class experience. All the way through from the booking experience, the meet and greet at the airport ,the transfer , the hotel nothing was overlooked they even went out of the way to arrange slim line tonic for us. The met up with us half way through to check if everything was ok and if we needed anything. Kaden travel really give you an amazing experience. We would highly recommend there services and we will use them again soon

British mum, 38, dies after flying to Turkey for 'mummy MOT' surgery to 'change her life'

Her heartbroken sister has slammed the istanbul clinic as a “pop-up butcher shop that needs shutting down”.

A British mum of two has died after flying to Turkey for cosmetic surgery she hoped would change her life.

Hairdresser Kaydell Brown, 38, from Sheffield, paid £5,400 for a Brazilian butt lift, a tummy tuck and a boob job, the Mirror reports. Her devastated sister Leanne, 40, who was due to have the same surgery, has spoken of her shock and disbelief, slamming the Istanbul clinic as a “pop-up butcher shop that needs shutting down”.

It comes as 28 Brits have died after having cosmetic surgery in Turkey since 2019, according to the Foreign Office. Kaydell Brown, who had just turned 38, had flown to Istanbul for a “mummy MOT”. The hairdresser’s operation involved a Brazilian butt lift, a tummy tuck and breast surgery.

Sister Leanne, 40, who was at the clinic with Kaydell, said in an exclusive interview with ITV News that shortly after medics informed her about her sister dying she was handed an envelope of cash as a refund and was booked on the next flight out. She said: “It’s like, ‘Sorry she’s dead, here’s your plane ticket’.”

Leanne wants to warn others of the dangers and said the clinic “needs shutting down”. She said Kaydell hoped the surgery would get her life “back on track” after she had put on a lot of weight due to breaking her ankle.

The sisters decided they would both have the same surgery at the clinic in Istanbul. Leanne said they worked hard to each find the £5,400 for the procedure, flights and accommodation. The cost at home would have been about £15,000.

The pair were in high spirits as they walked through arrivals at the airport in Turkey. Leanne said: “She was really happy. She was excited. We were smiling, having a laugh and she just wanted to get there and get it done.”

Two days later at ClinicExpert, Kaydell went down to theatre in the morning for the operation, which was expected to take five hours. But 10 hours later, at 7.20pm, the surgery she thought would change her life had claimed it.

Leanne, who was due to be operated on next by the same surgeon, was informed by medics that her sister had died in the recovery room. Staff said they tried to wake Kaydell up after surgery and some fat must have travelled to her lungs.

Devastated Leanne, one of Kaydell’s two sisters, recalled how doctors broke the heartbreaking news to her. She told ITV: “She went in for surgery about 9.30am and that was the last time I saw her.

“They told me that evening that she didn’t make it. I couldn’t believe it. I was still in a room waiting for her to come back. I had asked a few times how long she was going to be, and they kept saying, ‘She’s coming’.

“And then I got a knock on the door and three people walked in and said, ‘Can you come with us please?’. They started trying to say, ‘You know there are complications with surgery’, and I said, ‘Has my sister died?’. And he said, ‘I’m sorry but yes’.

“They passed me an envelope and said, ‘This is your money back and this is your sister’s money back and this is your flight’.”

Leanne said she was refused permission to see her sister’s body. The next day, Leanne was back at the airport – dazed, alone and fighting back tears as she headed home.

Kaydell’s body was returned to Britain three days later, with parts of her heart missing. A pathologist in the UK has examined some of her body tissue, and an inquest into the death was opened in Sheffield on Friday.

Coroner Marilyn Whittle said: “We are still making inquiries into the death. We need more information.”

She adjourned the inquest until February 28 for a case management review, but told the family she hopes it can be heard before that date. Ms Whittle added: “I hope we can get the answers we need for you.”

Leanne told the Mirror after the hearing: “Things can’t be hidden any more and they know what happened now, it’s just gathering that evidence.” It is thought Kaydell’s death on March 26 was due to fat in her bloodstream making its way to her lungs.

Her two sons, aged 12 and 16, are now living with their dad. Leanne described Kaydell, from Sheffield, as “loving and caring”. She added the cosmetic surgery “meant a lot” to Kaydell who “didn’t feel herself” after putting on the weight.

"Leanne said: “She broke her ankle, it really got her down, she had to have it fused. So she put on weight and was in pain.

“So she thought the ‘mummy MOT’ would give her a confidence boost and get her back on track. She didn’t feel attractive and this was going to sort her out… get her life back. She wanted to get her old self back. She was more than excited.”

Leanne said the family have been left with many questions, adding: “When they returned her body, they kept pieces of her heart and her intestines.” When approached by the Mirror and ITV about Kaydell’s death, clinic bosses said the “cause can only be identified by the coroner’s office” but their “deduction” pointed to a “fat emboli blocking a lung blood vessel”.

They said this is a globally accepted complication in liposuction surgery. They added: “Complications are [the] undesirable and unexpected result of an operation… They are not malpractices. We are very sad for Kaydell’s loss, but we also have nothing we need to hide.”

When asked why portions of her organs were missing, they said the body was handed over “untouched”, adding: “A government doctor examined the body at our operation theatre and identified no missing organs.”

They suggested it is “highly possible” the government coroner’s office removed the organ parts “in the process of determining the cause of death”. The firm added: “ClinicExpert has been performing aesthetic surgeries for Turkish and international patients [for] 13 years.

“It performed slightly over 23,000 aesthetic surgeries. Unfortunately, we lost two aesthetic surgery patients in 13 years.

“Two is a very big number for us, and for the loved ones of patients. But two over 23,000 is 0.000087 mortality rate.

“This rate is far below the international averages in most developed countries and most advanced hospitals. Our medical director and medical board reviewed the case. We didn’t conclude any malpractice in Kaydell’s loss.”

They said the surgeon who did the operation is now working elsewhere. The British government said: “Our sympathies are with the family of Kaydell Brown.

“The UK government has been actively engaging with the Turkish government on how to support the safety of patients who... travel to Turkey for medical treatment. We urge anyone considering a cosmetic procedure abroad to research the treatment, the qualifications of their clinician and the regulations in the country they are travelling to.”

Leanne said of her sister: “I miss talking to her. She was the funny one. She was talented and a good mum.”
