Cancellation Policy & Payment Terms

• If the Guest decides to cancel the tour for any reason whatsoever then s/he shall give a written application to the Company within specified time limit along with original receipt issued by the Company. Such cancellation will attract cancellation charges stated hereunder.
• Cancellation charges will be calculated on gross tour cost and the cancellation charges shall depend on date of departure and date of cancellation
• Cancellation charges for any type of transport ticket are applicable as per the rules of the concerned authority.
• Air tickets issued on special fares are NON REFUNDABLE and Guest shall bear cancellation charges.
• Any refund payable to the Guest will be paid after the Company receives refund from the respective authorities. The Company deducts processing charges from the refund to be paid to the Guest.

Payment Terms

• Airlines/Room up-gradation and complimentary will not be entertained during the tour unless if specified at the time of booking.
• There is no refund for any services not utilized during the tour.
• Security deposit is required either in cash or credit card by hotels which is refundable provided no room incidentals are incurred. This security deposit is not included in this quote and must be paid by the guests/corporate directly to the hotel when checking in.

• 24.The package tour tariff includes only accommodation and transportation costs, the other charges like food, entrance tickets, etc.. should be borne by tourists themselves.
• 25.Passengers booked the tickets through online can now Cancel/Modify the tickets through their login from KSTDC website by logging in to your account.
• 26.In case of any cancellation/ modifications to be done for the tickets booked for Tirupathi package, the details to be mailed to [email protected] within 05:30pm on working days before 7 days of date of journey.

Special Terms and Condition for Tirupathi Packages

• Piligrims are mandatory to produce either the vaccination certificate(2doses) or Covid-19 negative certificate obtained with in 73hrs prior to date of darshan at the time of availing special entry darshan.
• Piligrims to be noted that due to the new guidelines imposed from Tirupathi Tirumala Darshana there will be no cancellations or any modifications allowed before 7 days of departure.
• Piligrims to be noted that the data of the tickets booked for Tirupathi darshana is pushed to Tirumala Tirupathi Devastham(TTD) server 7 days in advance before the date of journey, there will be no any modifcations/ cancellations allowed for any unforeseen circumstances (like sudden death of family member, any accidentalissues , etc..)
• Rule of Cancellation : Cancellation from the proposed date before 7 days of departure10% cancellation charges is applicable. No cancellations or any modifications allowed before 7 days of departure.

Day 1 : arrival at madurai.

Welcome to Tamil Nadu Pilgrimage tour. Upon your arrival at Madurai airport, you will be received and transferred to the hotel. This 40 meters high statue is one of the most popular places to visit in Kanyakumari. It is dedicated to the memory of Valluvar, who was a famous Tamil poet and philosopher. Located on a small island, it is a place to find complete serenity.

Best Time to Visit in Kerala and Kanyakumari

Summer season.

In Kerala, the summer season lasts from March to May, when the hot and humid weather makes it impossible to enjoy a day of sightseeing in most parts of Kerala. Places on higher elevation, such as Munnar, still see some cool weather and pleasant days.

In Kanyakumari, the summer season starts from March and lasts till May. Although the temperature remains within 20°C - 35°C, the humidity ensures that sightseeing becomes a nuisance.

Winter Season

The winter season in Kerala is from October to February, when the rains have stopped and the sun has become mellow. Places with high humidity, like Alleppey are cool as well, thereby attracting the most tourists this time of the year. This is actually the high season for Kerala.

The winter season in Kanyakumari lasts from December to February, with average temperatures of 17°C - 32°C. This is a good time to visit Kanyakumari, with most pilgrims starting their trip in the winters itself to save themselves from the burning sun and stifling humidity.

Monsoon Season

The monsoon season in Kerala starts from June and lasts till the end of August, sometimes spilling into September as well. The torrential rainfall that hits most of Kerala sometimes leave a devastating effect on the state. This is not a very good time to visit Kerala, but if armed with a trusty weather report, it is a good idea to make use of the low prices for packages and accommodation.

Kanyakumari witnesses its monsoon season from the month of June to September, when rains lash out at the city, but intermittently. It cannot be said to be the best time to visit Kanyakumari, but can be said to be a good time to spend a couple of days for pilgrimage purposes.

How to Reach Kerala?

If wondering how to reach Kerala, then you would be glad to know that this state is very well connected to most parts of the country through flights, railways and roadways. For those looking to travel to Kerala by air, the main airports are in Kochi, Calicut and Trivandrum. All three of these are international airports, although they provide access to a limited number of international destinations for now. But almost all the major cities of India are well connected to these airports.

If looking to travel to Kerala by train, then you are in luck. With plenty of railways stations located all across the state, getting to most parts of Kerala by train isn’t much of a problem. There are direct trains available, as well as connecting ones for the more remote towns. Getting around Kerala via roads is the best way to explore the state, since the highways are in good condition, and the roads actually connect the most remote parts of the state as well.

If you are planning to visit Kanyakumari via flights, then it would interest you to know that there are no airports in Kanyakumari. The nearest airport is in Trivandrum. After landing here, you can hire a taxi or get on a bus to reach your destination in Kanyakumari.

This station is connected to almost all major Indian cities, thereby ensuring good connectivity. Overall travel experience was good. We booked with Shri Anandpur Travels and the executive there Ms. Rekha Verma helped a lot and explained eveything but there was no call from travel triangle at any time. The travel agent called 2-3 times during the trip to ask for any inconvenience. Travel triangle charged 300 per person but the service was just to connect to vendors. Neither they helped in payment nor explaining any terms.

Kerela Trip for 7days & 6 nights in Sept,24. Well managed trip. Very supportive response from Driver Sahal and Soni from Kerela Expedition. Soni was always availble to support us and clearing all doubts from day 1 to till the end of the trip. This was our 1st trip managed/package offered by Kerela Expedition (Soni) and we were delighted to get the level of support from Soni & Driver Sahal. Deshashan Hotel was very good in Varkala and also their room service. Neelkanta hotel at Kovalam beach was also good but we were expecting bigger room than what was provided to us. Food was good. The only negative thing on this trip was that we could not enjoy Varkala Beach water activity as it was closed and we were not able to explore Varkala.

Overall experience was good mainly because of the cab driver who was really cooperative and punctual. But there were few things that needs to be improved. 1. When a hotel is recommended the distance from hotel to place of visit should be mentioned. We had no idea that Spice Lap Thekkady was more than 25 kms away from Thekkady. 2. While booking the trip with travel triangle, the agents have told us that our driver would be experienced and he will guide us for all the sightseeing places. But our driver was a 19-year-old boy with some language barrier. Though he was a good driver, he has got good driving skills, he was humble but he was not knowing about the sightseeing places to visit except Munnar. We spent a lot of time in searching the places to visit which was not expected. Travel triangle poc and agent poc were supposed get in touch with us while we were in the journey, as per their commitment, but it did not happen. Travel triangle agent did not bother to reply us over a mail, we tried calling her but no luck. First day of our journey, in Cochin, we waited for 45 mins in the lobby area just because our booking was not confirmed. After I asked the agent, she replied - "Sir you were the one who wanted a hotel in Cochin. I told you in the beginning itself that you should take any of our hotels in Cochin." Is it mandatory to choose the hotel from the list agent has? If we would have booked the hotels from their list then we would have got better service? All the hotels we searched were really good, I would recommend my friend's. Our journey was good, we have gathered a lot of good memories from Kerala.

Except Hotel, everything is good. The photos of hotel shown in website are far different from the real ones. The resort is full of stinky smell without even a air freshener in a room. The bed is completely damaged and we felt like resting on a cardboard. The walls of the Resort are filled with moss & the view from the window is horrible.
