Unlike some airline rewards programs, VIFP Club points don’t expire . So, if you earn 24 points with the program, you’ll always have those points. Even when you take a few years between cruises, you’ll keep the same points balance and status level.
VIFP Club points are exclusive to Carnival Cruise Line and don’t cross over to other brands within the Carnival Corporation family, such as Princess Cruises or Holland America Line.
Note: Some charter sailings and non-revenue fares don’t earn points.
Carnival Cruise Lines VIP Club Tiers and Benefits
There are five different status levels within the club.
- Blue : Your first sailing
- Red : Your second sailing to 24 points
- Gold : 25 to 74 points
- Platinum : 75 to 199 points
- Diamond : 200 points or more
Your status level depends on the number of points you accumulate. The more points you have, the higher your tier.
Each tier has a color represented as the background of your Sail & Sign card.
Carnival is one of the only cruise lines that award passengers with membership status before they take their first cruise. All you have to do is sign up, and you’ll begin receiving perks as a Blue-tier member.
The Blue tier doesn’t have many perks worth getting excited about. But, being a part of the club is a nice feeling.
Unlike other cruise line loyalty programs, Carnival Cruise Line doesn’t provide a free cruise to the highest tier members. It’s a bit disheartening, but the Diamond level perks are still worth the wait.
Blue: First Sailing
- Receive members-only offers, promotions, and discounts

Red: 2nd Sailing – 24 Points
- Receives all Blue VIFP perks

Gold: 25 – 74 Points

Carnival’s VIFP Club FAQs
Do vifp club points expire, or does the status level drop.
Unlike some loyalty programs, your VIFP Club Points never expire. So, if you earn 36 points with the program and achieve gold tier status, you’ll still have 36 points when you take your next cruise, even if it’s several years later.
What if I Reach a New Status Level During a Cruise?
If you achieve a higher tier status during a cruise, you will enjoy the benefits of that tier for the whole trip.
For instance, if you start a 7-night cruise with 23 points at Red-level status and earn enough points to reach Gold status by the end of the cruise, you’ll enjoy Gold-level perks for the entire duration. In this scenario, although you board as a Red member, you’re upgraded to Gold status right from the start, allowing you to enjoy Gold privileges a cruise earlier.

With millions of passengers sailing the cruise line each year, Carnival’s VIFP Club lists as one of the most popular loyalty programs in the industry. No matter your status, the program offers perks to being a member. And with it being free to join, why wouldn’t you take advantage?

What Exactly Is the VIFP Club?
The VIFP Club is the loyalty program for Carnival Cruise Line . (VIFP stands for Very Important Fun Person.) As a member of the program, passengers earn points for each day that they cruise with Carnival. The more a person cruises, the more points they earn, which leads to a higher status level in the VIFP Club.
With higher status, a passenger earns perks and rewards, including everything from special fares to freebies on the ship to expedited boarding and much more.
Why Should I Join the VIFP Club?
When it comes to Carnival’s loyalty program, there is really no reason not to join. Membership is completely free and can only benefit you by providing rewards. It’s also simple to sign up as all you have to do is cruise and you’ll automatically be a member and earn points.
Since you are going to be cruising anyway (which is exactly how you earn points toward higher status), not being a part of the VIFP Club doesn’t make much sense.
How Do I Sign Up for the VIFP Club?
You can sign-up to register as a VIFP member on Carnival’s website , whether you’ve taken cruises in the past or never sailed before. It is free to join and takes just seconds to sign up. As well, you can get an account when you book your first cruise. Having trouble signing up? You can also call Carnival at 1-888-227-6482 to register.
How Do I Earn Points?
Earning points is simple. For each night that you cruise, you earn one point. So a seven-night cruise earns you seven points. Take a three-night trip? That’s three points. Over time the points you earn add together to increase your status in the program.
In addition, you may see other opportunities to earn points, possibly without taking a cruise. According to the VIFP Club’s terms and conditions, Carnival may “offer opportunities to earn extra VIFP Points through participation in different promotions, contests or sweepstakes.”
The most common and reliable way to earn by far, however, is to sail on the cruise line.
Do I Earn Points for Booked Cruises?
No, points are earned for sailed nights only . So if you sailed a seven-day cruise last summer and have a five-day cruise booked for next year, then you will only have seven points as a member, not 12.
Do I Earn More Points for Spending More on a Room?
While you might think you’d earn higher status for spending more money on your cruise, that’s not the case. Whether you a sailing in an interior cabin or a top-of-the-line suite, they both earn you one point per day for your VIFP status.
That’s not to say that Carnival couldn’t do something like award double points to suite guests as an incentive to book a higher-grade cabin. For now at least, even if you book the cheapest room on the ship or the best cabin available, you’ll earn the same points just like everybody else aboard.
Do VIFP Club Points Expire or Does the Status Level Drop?
At least right now, VIFP Club points don’t expire. So if you earn 25 points within the program but then don’t sail for a few years, you’ll still have the same point level and status as before. This is different than loyalty programs like with airlines where the points you earn often “drop off” after a length of time. If you’ve earned Gold status, then you don’t have to worry about being dropped back to Red status just because you don’t sail for a while.
So even if you are only an occasional cruiser or only sail Carnival sometimes, there’s still a reason to be a member and rack up those rewards.
What Status Levels Are There in the Carnival VIFP Club?
Within the club, there are five different status levels for passengers to earn. Each is known by a color, which is shown as the background of your Sail & Sign card. (Around the ship, you might see people showing off their status with their card in a lanyard!)
- Blue (First Sailing) : This status is earned on a person’s first cruise. It’s where everyone starts.
- Red (Second Sailing-24 Points) : Earned from a second Carnival sailing through 24 points.
- Gold (25-74 Points) : Gold membership is awarded to those with 25-74 points in the VIFP Club.
- Platinum (75-199 Points) : The second-highest status, Platinum is awarded for 75-199 points.
- Diamond (200+ Points) : Have more than 200 nights sailed? That earns Carnival’s highest status of Diamond level.
What Are the VIFP Club Benefits?
As you would expect, different membership levels provide different benefits. The higher your status, the more benefits you earn.
The good news is that no matter your status there are benefits to enjoy. You don’t have to be a Diamond member to get a freebie.
Perks and rewards range from a free bottle of water in your room to priority check-in/boarding, Carnival souvenir gifts, collectible pins, priority debarkation, and priority reservations.
Do I Get Special Fares for Being a Member?
Yes. As a VIFP member, you will often see pricing that is different from the headline prices advertised to the general public.
One thing to watch, however, is that we have personally seen rates actually be higher with the VIFP number entered than when searching without. While we are far from Diamond members, it was strange to see the higher rates. That’s why we would suggest searching with and without the club number entered, just to be sure you’re getting the best rate.
What If I Reach a New Status During a Cruise?
Say you have 20 nights sailed, giving you Red status in the VIFP Club, but you are embarking on a seven-night cruise. At the end of the cruise, you’ll have 27 points, enough to be granted Gold status.
In this case, Carnival grants passengers the higher status at the start of the cruise. So while you board with 20 points, you’ll still be given the Gold status at the start of the trip, giving you extra benefits.
According to Carnival’s website:
“Notwithstanding the foregoing, in the event a Member books a Cruise in which such Member will attain the necessary VIFP Points to reach a new Level during or by the end of such Cruise (a “Crossover Cruise”), CCL may, in its sole discretion, offer such Member the Benefits offered to Members of the higher Level during the Crossover Cruise.”
What If I Have a Past Cruise Without Points?
Typically points are automatically applied to your account within 14 days of the end of the trip. Passengers normally don’t have to do anything.
There might be times where points don’t apply automatically or there might be cruises you took in the past that haven’t been added. In that case, you can login into your Carnival account. From there, click on “Claim Past cruises” and scroll down to “Missing a Cruise?”. Click “Request Past Cruise,” enter your information about your missing cruise, and it will be reviewed to add the trip to your VIFP profile.
Is Carnival’s VIFP Club Worth Joining?
As we’ve explained here , most loyalty programs aren’t anything to get too excited about unless 1) you cruise often (multiple times a year) and 2) you sail the same line every time.
This is because the benefits that have the most value don’t really kick un until the highest tiers of the programs, no matter the cruise line.
To us, the VIFP loyalty program doesn’t offer a ton of benefits until reaching Platinum status, which is reached only after 75 nights of sailing. Even so, there are some benefits to joining at lower levels. For instance, even Red status members receive a complimentary bottle of water in the cabin that would otherwise be a charge.
But given that it’s free to join, there’s no real reason not to sign up. At the very least you can get a few freebies, while passengers that sail Carnival regularly can see some even bigger perks.
So in our opinion, it’s definitely worth joining Carnival’s VIFP Club. We don’t see a downside. Just don’t expect any rewards too big unless you sail with them a lot.

Once I have earned enough points, I can redeem them for rewards such as free drinks, specialty dining, and even a free cruise.
It’s important to note that points expire after 24 months, so it’s best to use them before they expire.

Membership in The VIFP Club (the “Club”) is limited to individuals. No corporate or group memberships are permitted. Limit one (1) Club membership per person.
2. How to Participate
To participate in the Club, enroll online (the “Site”) and set up a Club account (an “Account”) in accordance with the on-screen instructions. CCL guests who enroll in the Club are referred to herein as “Members”.
3. General Conditions
The Club is sponsored and administered by Carnival Cruise Line, a division of Carnival Corporation (“CCL”). Membership in the Club is subject to these VIFP Club Terms and Conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”). CCL reserves the right to alter or modify the Club at any time in CCL’s sole discretion without notice to Members, including without limitation, the right to add, modify, delete or otherwise change any provision of the Terms and Conditions or any aspect of the Club, including without limitation, any procedure, the Levels, the number of VIFP Points required for any Level, the method of earning VIFP Points, and the Benefits, each as defined below. CCL further reserves the right to terminate the Club at any time without notice to Members. Since any changes will be posted on this page, Members should check this page regularly. Continued membership in the Club following any changes to these Terms and Conditions constitutes acceptance of such changes. CCL reserves the right to audit any Member’s Account at any time. CCL reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to discontinue participation for any Member who acts or is reasonably suspected of acting in any manner which is inconsistent with or violates these Terms and Conditions or any portion of the Club. CCL’s decisions and interpretations of these Terms and Conditions shall be within CCL’s sole discretion and are final and binding. Members are responsible for remaining knowledgeable as to the Terms and Conditions. CCL is not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate transmission of information regarding the Club, or problems related to any of the equipment or programming associated with the Club.
4. Earn VIFP Points
Members in good standing will receive one (1) VIFP Point for each day cruised (each a “Day”) on a cruise operated by CCL (a “Cruise”), based on published length of sailing. VIFP Points are rewarded for Days actually sailed by a Member on a Cruise, not for reserved Days in the future. VIFP Points may not be awarded for certain charters and/or non-revenue fares, as reasonably determined by CCL. Except as otherwise stated herein, VIFP Points are credited to a Member’s Account within fourteen (14) days of completing a Cruise. Members can check their VIFP Point balance by logging into their Account on the Site. CCL may, from time to time at its sole discretion, offer opportunities to earn extra VIFP Points through participation in different promotions, contests or sweepstakes. Members will be deemed a certain “Level” in the Club depending on the number of the VIFP Points earned. The following number of VIFP Points must be earned to be awarded the corresponding Level. A Member will be a deemed a “Blue” Level Member upon Member's registration for the Club and such Member will be deemed a “Red” Level Member once the Member embarks on a second Cruise. All VIFP Points earnings after the second Cruise are based on the number of Days a Member sails on eligible Cruises.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, in the event a Member books a Cruise in which such Member will attain the necessary VIFP Points to reach a new Level during or by the end of such Cruise (a “Crossover Cruise”), CCL may, in its sole discretion, offer such Member the Benefits offered to Members of the higher Level during the Crossover Cruise.
5. Club Benefits
Members who achieve a certain Level are entitled to certain benefits (“Benefits”) during each Cruise. Benefits are subject to change at any time without notice to Members. Except for any termination reasons mentioned above, once the Member has reached a certain Level, the Member may maintain such Level while taking Cruises with CCL.

Neither CCL, nor its parent, subsidiaries or affiliated companies will be responsible for any loss, injury or damage of any kind incurred by Member or anyone else in connection with Member’s participation in the Club. CCL SHALL NOT BE LIABLE TO ANY MEMBER OR OTHER PERSON FOR ANY DIRECT, COMPENSATORY, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, WHETHER IN AN ACTION IN CONTRACT OR TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STRICT LIABILITY, WARRANTY, STATUTORY RIGHTS OR ANY OTHER BASIS ARISING OUT OF, OR CONNECTED WITH, THE CLUB, OR ANY BENEFITS, EVEN IF CCL HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES OR IF SUCH DAMAGES WERE FORESEEABLE. IN THE EVENT ANY OF THE FOREGOING LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY ARE VOID OR NOT EFFECTIVE, MEMBER AGREES THAT THE TOTAL LIABILITY OF CCL SHALL IN NO CASE EXCEED $25.
7. Questions or Complaints
The Club is administered by Carnival Cruise Line, a division of Carnival Corporation. If Members have any questions or complaints regarding the Club, please contact CCL directly at 1.888.227.6482.
8. Miscellaneous
- Unless otherwise expressly stated herein, VIFP Points and Benefits may not be assigned, sold or otherwise transferred by the Member, by operation of law or otherwise.
- VIFP Points have no cash value.
- The Club is subject to all applicable laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law.
- By participating in the Club, Members consent to and authorize CCL to collect information about the Member in accordance with the terms of the Privacy Notice.
- All interpretations of these Terms and Conditions as well as questions or disputes regarding participation in the Club, VIFP Points, or Benefits shall be resolved by CCL in its sole discretion.
- Accumulated VIFP Points are not Member’s property and may be revoked, cancelled, limited or modified at any time.
- These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire understanding between CCL and Member with respect to the Club, and supersede any and all prior communications, whether written or oral.
- Disputes/Choice of Law: Except where prohibited, each Member agrees that: (i) all issues and questions concerning the Club shall be governed by Florida law without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law of any jurisdiction; (ii) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action at law or in equity arising out of or relating to the Club shall be (1) resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; and (2) filed only in the state or federal courts situated in Miami, Florida and hereby consents and submits to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purposes of litigating any such disputes, claims or causes of action; (iii) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, but in no event attorneys' fees; and (iv) under no circumstances will any Member be permitted to obtain awards for and hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental, special, consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased.
- While CCL will use its best efforts to ensure accuracy of Club information, printing errors occasionally occur. CCL reserves the right to correct such errors at any time in its sole discretion.

Carnival cruise packing list: What to pack for a cruise, Fun Ship style
You've booked your first Carnival cruise, and you're ready to start planning for it. A good way to begin is to create your packing list to ensure you don't leave something important behind. In addition to items you should pack for every cruise , you'll want to bring along a few Carnival-specific must-haves.
We put together a Carnival Cruise Line packing list that includes everything you need to sail on a "Fun Ship." Here's what to pack for a Carnival cruise.

Matching t-shirts, what to pack for a carnival cruise.
I realize that you technically won't "pack" this, but you'll want to include this on your packing list. My family has relied on this app before and during every Carnival cruise we've ever taken — it works on every ship in the line's fleet. It's a fantastic way to keep track of your cruise and stay connected once you're on board.
Once you've booked your cruise, you can use the Carnival Hub app to check in for your sailing. You can also book shore excursions, plan ship activities, book spa treatments and make restaurant reservations, among other things.
When you're on board, just put your phone in airplane mode to access the ship's Wi-Fi (either through Carnival's free plan or purchase a more robust package). I recommend buying the chat feature for the app. For an extra $5, you can chat with those in your party while you're on board.
The app is available via Google Play or the Apple app store. You can also access it from Carnival's website .

For embarkation day, extended pool time and port excursion days, you'll need a good day bag or backpack.
On embarkation day, the porters will take your large bags and deliver them to your cabin door. You might not receive your luggage until after sailaway that evening. For this reason, you'll want to pack all the items you must have on hand for your first afternoon on the ship. This includes cruise documents, medications and a swimsuit (so you can enjoy the Serenity adult-only retreat or get a good soaking at the WaterWorks water park before your cabin is ready).
The bag will also prove invaluable on port excursion days. It can hold your wallet, camera and excursion-specific items like sunscreen, snorkeling gear and a change of clothes.
All cruise passengers must present their passport (or government-issued photo ID for round-trip cruises from Carnival's many U.S. embarkation ports) and boarding pass. Ensure your boarding documents are easily accessible when you arrive at the cruise terminal for a smooth check-in. Keep your passport or another form of ID (birth certificate and driver's license) with you in your carry-on bag.

Plan ahead for what you might need on port-day excursions. If your itinerary includes warm-weather beach destinations in the Caribbean, Mexico or Hawaii, water sports like kayaking and snorkeling might be on your schedule. Consider packing a dry bag for your camera, cellphone and wallet. A waterproof case for your phone is also a good idea.
Heading to Alaska? Pack a good selection of outdoor clothing (think fleece jackets, hiking shoes and a raincoat or parka).
Comfortable walking shoes are necessary if you plan to spend port days walking along the cobblestone streets of San Juan, Puerto Rico, or Copenhagen, Denmark.

Medicines and supplements
If you or anyone in your party takes prescription medications, or regular vitamins or supplements, pack them in a day bag or your carry-on bag. You might not need them on embarkation day, but you don't want to take the chance of losing them and not having them for your entire cruise.
I also recommend creating a personalized first-aid kit that contains your preferred pain relievers, antacids, bandages and anti-nausea medicine or ginger candy (if you're prone to motion sickness). Carnival's onboard shops do sell common over-the-counter medicines you might need during your cruise, but they'll cost you a lot more than they do at your local pharmacy.
If you take prescription medication, bring enough for the length of your sailing and a few extra days, just in case your trip is extended for any reason.

Power strip and adapter
If you're sailing on an older Carnival vessel, you will find fewer power outlets than you will on the line's newest Excel Class ships. (I struggled with this during my cruise on Carnival Sunshine , the line's oldest ship.) If you think you'll need more outlets, pack a power strip. Just make sure it isn't one with a surge protector — those are banned on cruise ships , as are extension cords.
Also, consider packing a couple of plug adapters for European-style outlets. You'll likely have one or two in your cabin. If you're like our family and pack every conceivable electronic device when you cruise, the adapters will help you make the most of any outlets that would otherwise go unused.
One of my favorite cruise cabin features is that the walls are made of metal, making them magnet-friendly. Given the relatively small space you have to work with, magnetic wall hooks are a game changer in keeping your cabin orderly. I use them to hang my Carnival Sail & Sign keycard, wet bathing suits, hats and, on the rare occasions I actually work out during my vacation, my sweaty gym clothes.
You can also toss a couple of refrigerator magnets in your suitcase (or use the Carnival-branded one you bought as a souvenir) to hang up your daily Carnival Fun Times newsletter for easy access.

Decorations for your cruise cabin door
Carnival cruisers often like to decorate their cabin door to mark a special occasion like a birthday, an anniversary or a family reunion. If you're sailing during Christmas or Halloween, why not jazz up your door with snowflakes or pumpkins?
Personalizing your door is also a fun way to make it easier to distinguish your cabin from the others after a few cocktails at the Alchemy Bar.
For safety reasons, follow the line's guidelines and restrictions for decorating your cabin door. All decorations should be made from fire-retardant materials. Only use Command Strips or magnets (your cabin door is metal, too) to affix your decorations; no glue or tape is allowed.
Also, make sure you remove your decorations when you leave. You don't want to add extra work for your cabin steward during an already chaotic disembarkation day.
Carnival makes the most of its "Fun Ship" moniker with engaging theme parties on every sailing.
If yours is a three- or four-night itinerary, pack your leg warmers and neon accessories for the '80s Rock 'n' Glow Deck Party.
Taking a five- or six-night Carnival cruise vacation? Don't forget to add your favorite white outfit and a few superhero-themed items for the ship's White Hot Night and Superhero Music Party.
If you're sailing on Carnival Venezia , you can attend one of Carnival's newest theme parties, the Festa Italiana. It showcases the vessel's Italian roots — the ship was formerly Costa Venezia for the line's Italian sister brand, Costa Cruises. The celebration features traditional Italian music, dancing, Italian finger foods and activities like a gelato eating contest. Pack your favorite green, white and red attire to showcase the colors of Italy's flag or bring a vibrant Venetian Carnival mask.
Additionally, during Elegant Night, you can level up your cruise attire. You can decide how fancy you want to be, but typical attire can include dress slacks, dress shirts, a suit and tie, a tuxedo, a cocktail dress, a pantsuit or an evening gown.
The length of your cruise will determine the number of Elegant Nights you'll need to pack for. Three- to five-night sailings feature one Elegant Night, and six-night or longer sailings schedule two.
Celebrating a milestone or traveling with a group? Show off your special occasion with matching T-shirts. They are always popular on Carnival ships, and you'll see tons of groups in color-coordinated outfits.
Matching T-shirts are a great way to spot members of your group in a crowd. They're also a fun way to share your enthusiasm with other cruisers. You'll likely hear more than one "Congratulations!"
And who knows? Perhaps a "Bride-to-be" or "It's my birthday" shirt will earn you a free glass of Champagne from another passenger.
You don't want to lose your Sign & Sail keycard, which serves as your onboard charge card and your shipboard ID. But you also don't need to carry a wallet or purse on board because you won't need any cash or credit cards while you're sailing on a Carnival cruise ship.
Lanyards are a fantastic way to keep track of your cruise card. You can opt for a Carnival-branded lanyard or show off your individuality with one that matches your style. From rhinestone-studded to solid-color minimalist lanyards, there's a style for every cruiser.

Does the specific color of the luggage tag mean anything?

Our luggage tag is green this year, I remember last years cruise it was blue, are they different based on decks or is it just something that is the same throughout the sailing?
Basically what Im wondering is does the color aid the bag getting to the room in any way? Because my colored printer is being stubborn and I got it to print out one but we need like 5 more so would be easier to print them in black/white but if the color aids the luggage getting to room (Deck 7 is green, etc) then I will find a way to print them in color somewhere else. Thanks.

It's not necessary to print tags in color and it says so on the tags. We had purple tags and FTTF and we did not print in color and our bags were at our door about 20 min after boarding.
Used to be that each deck had a color for the baggage tag. But, I recently saw a post saying that the color now indicates the ship and not the deck. I am not sure which it is, but I expect a lot of folks print their tags on b&w printers and their luggage gets to them just like the color printed ones.
Last year I printed the tags in black and white and they made it to our room just fine. This year hubs printed them in color and they are pink. :D It does say right on the tag that they DO NOT need to be printed in color. Hope that helps.

I know on Celebrity, different decks and areas are different colors. I don't know about Carnival now days.
We had been on the Conquest and Valor, both times in the same room 7389 and our tags were yellow. Mom had a room on 8th floor, hers were brown I think. Don't remember what ours were when we were on the 9th floor. Maybe green? But these were all the "old school" tags. You know when they mailed them to you and they had elastic bands on the end?
If it makes any difference, I'm on the Glory in May 2nd floor aft, and mine is purple.

Before you were able to print them at home the tags were color coded for the location of your cabin. I belive that still holds however if you print them in black and white it many slow up their arrivale at your cabin. As a person will have to sort them by reading.
Doesn't look like I really have any good pictures of the room. But I can tell you, the bathroom, couch, and bed are on the right. You would be able to open the balcony divider with room 7393, just not 7385 because of the door.
Location was great unless you have kids that got to Camp Carnival and you have to check them in and out. My boys were young and they always wanted to stay for the late night party. We're not night owls, so I would be in bed and make DH go get them :p. The hallways seem longer the more tired you are.
But other than that, it was fine. I think you will like it. Tell my old room I say "Hi!" I'll keep looking to see if I can find a pic.
^^ Yep. Back in October we ended up with an 'extra' bag outside our cabin. When we checked it, we saw that it was intended for the same room, but one deck up. The baggage tag had been printed in black and white. A colored tag might have gotten it to the correct deck sooner. (We notified a porter and away it went.)

Location was great unless you have kids that got to Camp Carnival and you have to check them in and out. My boys were young and they always wanted to stay for the late night party. We're not night owls, so I would be in bed and make DH go get them :p. The hallways seem longer the more tired you are. But other than that, it was fine. I think you will like it. Tell my old room I say "Hi!" I'll keep looking to see if I can find a pic.

I've never printed the tags out in black and white.....but the tags always seem to print as a different color than what's on the screen anyway, even if I have brand new ink cartridges in the printer.

Just curious, not that it really matters to me, but we have 20 cruising days (currently Red status), but we are taking a 5 day cruise in April. Looks like we will hit Gold during that cruise. Will we get Red sign and Sail cards or Gold?
Used to be that each deck had a color for the baggage tag. But, I recently saw a post saying that the color now indicates the ship and not the deck. I am not sure which it is, but I expect a lot of folks print their tags on b&w printers and their luggage gets to them just like the color printed ones.
