Quick and Timely Service

Quick and Timely Service I tried to book an Umrah in Ramadan but was getting so disheartened by the charges that I almost gave up. Then I contact to Hajar Travels and from the start to the finish of the booking, Hubaiba took so much time in explaining and directing my options to suit best i.e. In terms of distance to the Haram, location, and so forth. Hubaiba offered a very competitive price and I appreciate it the total transparency with the transactions, and the subsequent email confirmation with the details of the hotels and the transports. I will use the service again and again in the future. Highly recomneded.

Trip to Makkah 2024

We recently traveled with Hajar Travels to Mecca, Medina, and Turkey, and it was a remarkable experience. Our tour guide Shazim Iftikhar did an outstanding job arranging everything with incredible attention to detail. The trip was perfectly planned, from the spiritual moments in Mecca and Medina to the rich cultural experiences in Turkey. The small amenities and additional tour guides along the way made everything more enjoyable and seamless. Highly recommend Hajar Travels for a well-organized and unforgettable journey! Please ask for Shazim Iftikhar

I definitely recommend them!

I can’t say enough good things about Hajar Travels. Mohamed Taqi was incredibly pleasant to work with, and his attentiveness throughout my trip was much appreciated. The hotels were impeccably clean, the food was delicious, and the transportation was seamless. I truly enjoyed the sightseeing experiences in both Medina and Mecca. A special mention to Brother Miraj, who went above and beyond to help us find transportation for our second Umrah. The entire team was just outstanding. Inshallah, I look forward to traveling with you again in the future.

First time experience with Hajar travels.

This is the first time I got an umrah package with Hajar travels. The experience is truly awesome. I see a constant follow up with me in visa, ticket and hotel bookings. The response was always quick whenever I needed help and Muhammad Taqi was always there for help. The hotel experience was great with nice and spacious rooms with continental breakfast free of charge. The distance from Haram was hardly few mins walk. The ziyarats and traveling from Makkah to Madinah was provided always on time. They sent us confirmation a day before as a heads up and always showed up on time. The transport was provided exclusively for us and not in buses. Hyundai Staria was provided for travel which was very comfortable and spacious. The support was 24/7 when we were in Saudi in case of any help. I would highly recommend Hajar travels to whomever wants to plan a perfect umrah trip.

Excellent Umrah Service

Alhumdulillah Our family had a wonderful Umrah. Thanks to Hajar travels and special one to Brother Mohammed Taqi for his continuous coordination through out the process till the completion of Umrah. Hotels provided were in close proximity to Haram(less than 2 min walk) and services provided by hotels were excellent including breakfast. Ground transport was always on time and an additional local contact provided to avoid time-zone conflicts was very useful. Everything was well organized and will surely connect with Hajar travels for future travels. Highly recommended. Jazakhallah khair....

I and my family had a wonderful…

I and my family had a wonderful experience during our umrah trip. I choose Hajar after my initial conversation with brother Qasim. he explained everything from Start to end and did a wonderful job. we had one green card holder with Afghan passport and was not issued an e-visa. Qasim brother called us on a Saturday (non-working Day) to ensure he got visa on arrival. everything was perfect from a-z. The hotels we stay at were really nice close to shopping center, restaurant and Mosque in (Medina and Makkah). The transportation and our tour-guide were wonderful. i have recommended them to other people already. i will rebook and recommend them forever. again Thank you Qasim for the wonderful service

Thank you brother Qasim

Thank you brother Qasim. A group of 8 of us went for Umrah. Some also joined from Pakistan. Alhamdulillah brother Qasim served us all according to our needs. Everyone got the hotel they wanted despite Ramadan Kareem. Called late at night according to US time but connected immediately. They would give us some numbers in Saudi Arabia so that we can contact them if needed. Alhamdulillah we didn't need to contact anyone. Because everything was done perfectly by brother Qasim. JazakAllah

Excellent and Relaxed Experience

We worked with brother Shazim for 10 days umrah packages. He was in contact with us during the trip and was easy to get in touch if we had any questions. The transportation company was on time with pick and drop. We were provided our confirmation number and had easy check in for our hotels. Our hotels were excellent, Movenpick Madina and Swissotel Mecca. Both are in very close distance to Holy Mosques We will definitely recommend using this company.

5 Stars Services, No Doubt.

My wife and I had an amazing experience with Hajartravels and Mohammad Taqi who coordinated our travel! The customer service was top-notch, and the service exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality and excellent service for Umrah. Mohammad was very helpful.

Lack of clearity and fairness in accounts

I can sum up the whole experience dealing with Hajar Travel that they're not clear in their accounts. They bump up the prices for Umrah package at last min asking for more money,. When I checked in detail they actually doubled charged for taxes and over priced the hotel booking compared to the same hotel of the web. When I asked for refund they created all those excuses to substrate. Money is not a problem but I am very disappointed with the level of honesty and fairness in their dealings.

Brother Qasim was a delight to work with

Hajar travels was an absolute delight to work with. Brother Qasim was great to communicate with. This was a true 5 star experience. Everything they promised, they delivered. We were a family group of 21, and each and every member had nothing but praises for them. I highly recommend brother Qasim, and Hajar Travels to everyone who’s wanting to perform Umrah/Hajj.

Date of experience : March 14, 2024

The communication was almost perfect

The communication was almost perfect, I like to thank Shazim Iftikhar who was there for me from the beginning. This was my first Umra with my 16 years old twins I was very nervous but everything went as planned Alhamdulillah. We had transportations and guides which was very helpful. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because some of our guides did not speak/understand English but we had google translate. I definitely recommend this travel company and Shazim Iftikhar.

Hajar Travels delivered as promised!

Hajar Travels delivered as promised. A great, well organized Umrah tour. Hubaiba Farooq was our contact person and she worked very hard to accommodate the needs of our group of six and made the tour happen. The price of the tour was competitive with great hotels both in Medina and Makkah. Hubaiba worked out the itenenary to our complete satisfaction. Hubaiba is very responsive and communicated with us at every step. She even followed up during our travels to ensure our comfort and to address any concerns if we had any. Highly recommended to all looking for great, reliable Umrah tour services.

The site is not only a station but also a factory comprising approximately 70 buildings, including a locomotive garage, ticket office and a hotel. 10 km north of Zahle:

  • Contact Niha municipality ( +961 8 951 154 )  (8 am to 2 pm).

In the middle of the village of Niha lies a colossal Roman temple of the Syro-Phoenician God Hadaranes; the God of thunder, lightning, and rain, adjacent to a much smaller, non-restored temple, dedicated to Atargatis, Goddess of fertility.

5 km north of Zahle:

  • Contact Zahle municipality ( +961 8 800 252 )  (8 am to 2 pm).

One of the oldest villages in Bekaa, Furzol enchants hikers and adventurers with its magnificent caves. But before checking these out, take a look at the foundation walls — big stone blocks with carvings and inscriptions, which remain of a Roman temple. The caves, partially natural and partially man-made, are located just outside the town in the Wadi el-Habis, or Valley of the Hermit as the villagers call it. Numerous sanctuaries carved into the rock face, dating back to Roman and Byzantine times, can be explored by adventure seekers. And at the base of the caves are cafes and terraces where visitors can rest and have a bite.

Southeast of Zahle:

  • Contact Anjar municipality ( +961 8 620 791 ) (8 am to 2 pm).

Anjar represents one epoch and civilization: the Umayyad. It lies amid the richest agricultural land in Lebanon and is strategically located at intersecting trade routes. It is essentially the only example of an inland commercial center. Some monuments at the site have been restored, and today, it comprises a mosque, three palaces, a residential area and a public bath.

Tour Zahle’s park and enjoy the city’s vibes. Walking along the Berdawni River can also be a great idea. Even though Berdawni is mostly linked to unique food experiences, there’s a beautiful energy, especially during the festive period.

Traditionally, it used to take hours and hours to make authentic ice cream; the milk had to be boiled and then cooled down before mixing and beating with crushed ice and spices to add flavor. It was three generations ago that the Khalaf and Abou Sleiman families started producing such traditional Arabic ice cream with miskeh, sahlab, and milk curd, otherwise known as ashta, the most famous ice-cream flavor in the country.  Today, they still serve this authentic, hand-made ice cream in their shop in Zahle. 7. ARCHITECTURE

  • Contact Zahle municipality ( +961 8 800 252 )

It is by wandering around Zahle that you can discover the charm of the city. The Geha House is a restored 17th-century house. Although a private home today, you can still appreciate its courtyard, garden and galleries. The house has a 1,400-meter-long underground tunnel that leads to St. Elias church and monastery (Al Tuwak). The monastery was built in 1755, while the church, also known as Al Moukhallasiah, was built in 1720 and was the second church built in Zahle, the oldest being Sayedit Zalzaly, built-in 1700 and standing at the heart of the city.

In the oldest part of the city, you can walk down the Souk al Blatt (or tiled market) where ancient travelers to and from Syria, Baghdad and Palestine used to trade their goods. Toward the east, you will find Housh El Zarani, a marketplace that used to bring together craftsmen, shops and caravansaries. It was an important commercial center for the trading of goods. Close to it is the monastery of Our Lady of Zahle, built-in 1720. Featuring the largest bell tower in Lebanon, it is revered for its magnificent icon of the Virgin Mary, a present from the King of Prussia. There is also a spectacular viewing platform that overlooks the city and is crowned with a 10-meter tall bronze statue of the Virgin Mary. Visible from nearly every spot in the city, this religious site is visited by people from all religions as it is among the top five pilgrimage destinations in Lebanon.
