We Will Rock You is a jukebox musical based on the songs of British rock band Queen with a book by Ben Elton. The musical tells the story of a group of Bohemians who struggle to restore the free exchange of thought and fashion, and live music in a distant future where everyone dresses, thinks and acts the same. 

This outstanding musical returns to the London Coliseum for a limited time and to avoid disappointment we recommend booking your tickets early.

The worldwide smash-hit We Will Rock You by Queen and Ben Elton returns to London, this-coming Summer for an unmissable 12-week season. Seen by 17 million people across 28 countries, this musical spectacular plays to its biggest audience yet. Taking to the same iconic stage at the London Coliseum that saw Freddie Mercury’s 1979 Royal Ballet performance, this event will go down in musical theatre history.

Featuring 24 of Queen’s biggest hits, including We Are The Champions, Bohemian Rhapsody, Radio Ga Ga and Don’t Stop Me Now, and Ben Elton’s hilarious futuristic comedy writing combined, comes a show that boasts the scale and spectacle that marked the band’s legendary live performances.

This global phenomenon remains one of the most spectacular musicals to grace the stage, and dazzles all the senses in breath-taking style.

In the 28 years I have been running the trips, I must have taken the most people to see We Will Rock You. With Queen’s music as popular as ever, this is a wonderful opportunity to revisit the show, or for those that weren’t with us when it all began, perhaps a first time to witness all the hits.

Cast announcements have just begun with Brenda Edwards revealed to be playing Killer Queen whilst Lee Mead takes the role of Khashoggi.

Krystal Chance is a songwriter/Vocalist/producer/Actor and Music Educator from Toronto. Krystal is formally trained in Voice by the Ontario Conservatory of Music and is currently the Vocal Program Director at The Conservatory of Music and the Arts. Krystle has appeared in many theatre productions. You may have seen her play; the Killer Queen in We Will Rock You, Mary in Obeah Opera, The Lion in The Wizard of Oz, Medda Larkin in Newsies, and Effie White in Dream.

SAM COULSON

English guitar virtuoso Sam Coulson has toured the world multiple times as a member of British Prog Rock band ASIA. Sam has also worked along side Paul Gilbert, Guthrie Govan, Tony MacApline and Walter Trout. Sam has enjoyed a successful solo career releasing two instrumental records plus being an artist with JamTrackCentral. Sam has been a fixture of the YouTube guitar scene since 2006.

SCOTT HENDERSON

Scott Henderson is a songwriter, producer and vocal coach. He founded the R&B vocal group The EarthTONES (5 top-20 hits, 2 Juno nominations, and toured much of the world). His main project, funk/soul band Souls in Rhythm, has toured much of Canada, and has shared the bill with many renowned artists. Scott is the music director for the Calgary Stampede’s Grandstand Show, and co-runs The SHOW , an elite vocal and dance performing arts company.

LISA JACOBS

Multi-instrumentalist Lisa Jacobs declares the bass guitar her most beloved. Playing her first blues festival at age 12, she has gone on to write, record and perform with a variety of artists, including Jann Arden (a personal highlight).

Lisa is currently the music director and bassist for platinum recording artist, Jocelyn Alice. Their song “Bound To You” went gold in 2018. In addition to performing, Lisa has a degree in music therapy, creating music with people with varied abilities.

KYLE MCKEARNEY

Kyle McKearney has toured extensively as front man of the Canadian pop success, “The New Electric” and of the alt rock band “Krowns”. Kyle has written 4 songs that have sat in the top 20 on the Canadian Billboard charts. Toured with Nick Carter, Shawn Hook, Pop Evil, My Darkest Days and more. Wrote “Christmas In Love” with Roger Taylor of Queen.

CHAD MELCHERT

Chad Melchert is one of Canada’s most sought after live and session drummers. While calling the Edmonton area home he has toured all over the world and played with artists of all genres. Chad was crowned CCMA (Canadian Country Music Awards) Drummer of the Year in 2012, 2014, 2015, 2016 and 2019. A top call session musician Chad currently also fills his schedule with teaching, freelancing and drumming for Gord Bamford.
