It was very cold because the air conditioner was on high power, and my son got sick.

3 hours late and all they have is was a $12 meal voucher. That’s not even enough to cover fast food.

Among the poorest flights I’ve had with Delta in a while. Entertainment system failed completely on a 7.5 hr flight. Crew seemed distracted and not the normal friendly crew. Flight overbooked it seemed… very crowded.

If I can, I always fly Delta. I’ve found their service to always be reliable and pleasant.

You could have not cancelled the flight (AA, which I will be flying from now on) left for BOS despite the fictitious weather issues (that no one in my Boston family could see). You could have rebooked my direct flight to another direct flight instead of sending me though JFK, the worst US airport after O’Hara You could have rebooked me on a Main Cabin seat (like the one I paid for in my original ticket instead of putting me a the last row on JFK->BOS leg, pocketing the difference in ticket price But I do not really care whether you will ever do that in a future because in a future neither I nor anyone from my company (unless they pay out of pocket) nor an of my clients and partners (if they heed my advice) will ever be caught dead on any of Delta flights

It was good until there was a 3 hour delay because there was not any pilots to fly the plane.

There was plenty of overhead room but half of the passengers were told they had to check their carryon bags. My partner and I checked in as early as possible and our seats were split across the aisle.

It is a modern tragedy that any airline expects you to travel for 14 hours in such discomfort and that the only way to add comfort is exorbitant prices. I was in pain by the time we landed. Shameful.

No real agent onsite helping you for missing luggage there. Not like the other airline next to UA desk, they have staff attending in their desk assisting answer/helping luggage issue, even after midnight.

Horrible, the flights kept delaying, so it is obvious that we won't be able to make it to the next connection. No easier/real agent on site to help you figure this out. UA agent on other counters refuse to assist you and direct us to use the QR code/call customer service. So inefficient and poor. While technology seems convenient, but it's not the best interest/experience for customers need help while there is active issue need assistance.

After the morning frenzy of 35 min wait through CLT security at 4;30 AM, it was nice to have a smooth pleasant boarding experience. This 6:30 AM flight was not full. We were able to get seated swiftly and took off promptly. Nice touch they distributed the old fashioned headsets with 8 mm jacks. Snacks were decent and arrival was uneventful.

My window shade didn’t work. So I missed coming into my city. ☹️

Flight was delayed due to the late arrival of the catering truck, which is quite unacceptable. There was a beverage service, but no pretzel, or cookie, or nuts were served in coach.

Seats are weirdly bent, I felt hunched the entire time.

Paid for premium economy had no tv the whole time the crew tried to reset/reboot but would not work they said they would put a trouble ticket in for it. We had 3 seats my tv was the only one that didn't work. They cancelled our flight re worked us on another that left us at airport over night on the floor I have a ten year old and a 78 diabetic mother which also had shingles and suffers from nerve pain in legs and back. Requested wheelchair service at all airports after the re route NO wheelchair service was there to help. WORST experience we have ever had. Went to American airlines assistance it was closed. I AM FURIOUS!!! I expect some sort of compensation from this traumatic experience and no need for flying points we don't plan on using American airlines again!!!!

The flight was sequentially delayed until it reached two hours. Apparently one pilot failed to show up.

This is by far the worst experience I have had with American Airlines. The start of this trip was a complete disaster. I purposely planned my trip so that I would weather any delays so that I could make very important meeting at the Pentagon. My flight was cancelled because of maintenance and I was put on the first flight the next day but I was late to the meeting. After a long week at the Pentagon I just wanted to go home and my flight home which was early in the day was delayed. Eventually the flight was delayed until the next day. I was not authorized a hotel room because DCA was my point of origin. So I paid for a hotel out of pocket. The flight this morning was boarded then deplaned because the aircraft was hot. The flow of information was not happening in DCA and made it worse when the news was bad. I am going to take a break from American for my next few military flights. Hopefully whatever has been going on with American Airlines will be resolved.

We had a 2 hour delay. The seats were smaller than most other airlines. The person in front of us wanted to lay back and we had to stop her because she was pressing against my girlfriend’s legs. We had to ask her to sit up and not lay back due to the lack of room.

My mother was HARASSED AND ACCOSTED by the gate agent for her bag. I pre purchased the bag fee and the gate agent made my 78 year old mother board, deplane, re pay for her bag fee and board again. The gate agent made my mother pick up her own bag and REFUSED to help her, she is an older woman who wasn’t bothering anyone on a flight that had maybe 30’total passengers. I am going to sue this airlines for their HORRIBLE customer service and treatment of my mother, and all this occurred the day after Mother’s Day!!!

Kayak does not know that spirit airlines charged me $70 to fly. But the bag check-in was $89 each way. This is false advertising to lure people. Spirit airlines sends bunch of emails after flight purchases to buy wifi, better seats, priority boarding, secure reserved seats. This is false advertising. Up front pricing. I would of flown jet blue or Alaska airlines.

I brought a ticket and car rental through Travelocity. There was no where to add a KTN. So I thought i’d add it by looking up ticket on frontier website. I tried 3 times with the frontier chat bot to add my KTN it never updated my boarding pass. So then I tried showing up early to do it in person at the airport. The first employee update my ktn in the system and gave me a new boarding pass. I was sent back by tsa to join regular line. Then I was told to add my Ktn. It would cost me $25 extra. Given the length of the cue I did pay. Congratulations! BUT I will NEVER fly frontier again. Plus the plane was very old. It had actual ashtrays and old looking tray backs. Worst travel experience ever. Im warning my friends and family not to use frontier ever.

I did not enjoy the trip home on Frontier for several reasons: there is too much cost besides the flight, which was more than I would normally pay, then having to pay for luggage, and carry-on, seat (if you want to reserve when booking) then you must pay over $3 for a can of soda, and $4 for a snack. A cup of water is free.

I strongly dislike Frontier. I find them barebones, the seats not particularly comfortable, the nickel and diming is maddening, the app is TERRIBLE - super confusing to navigate, and the last 4 frontier flights I have flown have been on AVERAGE 2 hours late, one ruining a fancy night out in Vegas with reservations made well in advance, which was nodded to with a measly 5000 miles, which translates to almost nothing. At least credit a free checked bag or something.

8 hr delay. had to buy another ticket with another airline

Four and a half hour delay in total. What frustrates me most is the poor communication and disorganization.

I appreciated the upgrade to free cary-on bag and seat selection at no charge

FRONTIER SUCKS! The agent downstairs tricked me into booking, just to get to the gate. At the gate, they told me they couldn't help. I then called Customer Service. They and the gate attendants kept blaming each other. Neither side was willing to help the customer.

The agent at check-in was strident, unwelcoming, and condescending to customers ahead of me.

Flight was delay 9hrs and nothing was provided at airport, had to go and get a room to sleep in, paid for Uber back and fort with no offers until we landed back home a 1hr later for a $75 voucher for a future flight.

I mean, in only four miles of real estate, you can see relics from all parts of the world, like ancient Egypt, modern-day Venice, the streets of Paris, and the New York skyline. If that seems too kitschy, don't worry, there are plenty of elaborate resorts with non-stop gaming and over-the-top entertainment waiting to greet you. Where else in the world does a wonderland like this exist? Nowhere. But. Vegas.

The atmosphere of Las Vegas is something that you almost have to experience to understand fully. It's the ringing of chimes as a guest just hit the jackpot, the thumping bass from the club, the smell of unique and eclectic delicacies waiting to be tasted, and it's people-watching like nothing you've seen before. It's a never-ending source of irony and improbability where you can turn a chip and a chair into a million dollars.

For each visitor, Las Vegas is going to present a unique experience. It's like an equation where you + more = more of you: more chances to explore your personality, more opportunities to experiment with new ideas, and more thrills to discover around every corner. The Vegas climate's bark is worse than its bite. Sure, summer highs hover around 100°F, but with no humidity and ever-present air-conditioning, you'll be comfortable as long as you have water on hand. Even the warmer months (June-September) are entirely bearable if you hydrate. Luckily, with 300 days of sunshine a year, the chances of a rain-out are slim. On the other hand, nights can be chilly between late fall and early spring, so bring a sweater or windbreaker for your evening strolls beneath the neon-bathed skies. Las Vegas doesn't have a high or low season by the standard definition, but you'll find it the least crowded between November and January. Hotels are at their fullest July through October. Specific events—New Year's Eve, spring break, major conventions, sporting events—draw big crowds, so plan accordingly.

When most people think about a vacation to Nevada, they think of Sin City and all the debauchery and trouble it brings. But there is so much more to the state than Vegas.

Of course, you can spend a weekend partying in Las Vegas, but the city has become incredibly popular among families with children. Vegas and Nevada can become pretty expensive, but if you find deals and ask the experts, you can find a bunch of fun stuff to do without breaking the bank.

1. National Automobile Museum

The National Automobile Museum in Reno is a car lovers paradise. You and your family will have a blast checking out over 200 rare and one-of-a-kind automobiles from the past century. There is even a kid’s interactive area with life-sized Lightning McQueen and Tow Mater from the Walt Disney and Pixar Studios movie Cars.

2. Attend a Baseball Game

Nevada doesn’t have a major league baseball team yet, but don’t let that stop you from enjoying some hot dogs at the ballpark. The Greater Nevada Field in Reno is the triple-A affiliate of the Arizona Diamondbacks, where the future big league stars perfect their skills. Tickets can cost as little as $10 per person, so the whole family can root for the home team!

3. The Immersium Escape Room

This is different from your ordinary escape room experience. This company claims its puzzle rooms are part movie, part escape room. They have diverse storylines as teams board an ancient pirate ship to forage for clues and keys to unlock the mystery. You will forget you’re in Reno when you and your family are immersed in this addictive and captivating experience.

4. Discovery Children’s Museum

Just off the strip in Las Vegas is this three-story museum for kids ages three and up. The first floor is home to Toddler World, where smaller kids can learn about animals, shapes, and colors and have fun in a crawl-only space. The second floor is more hands-on, with a shrunken-down Eco-City, where kids can learn how a city functions and operates. Lastly, the third floor has daily crafts and artwork classes geared toward older kids.

5. Pinball Hall of Fame

Another great place to take the kids is to the Pinball Hall of Fame, right on the strip of Las Vegas. The massive facility has some of the most iconic pinball machines from the 1950s to the 1990s. Parents can dust off their skills and teach their kids how to play these ancient video games. Entry to the arcade is free, but bring some quarters to keep those pinballs bouncing and score climbing.

6. Ethel M Chocolate Factory

Just outside of Las Vegas, Henderson is the home of Ethel M Chocolate Factory. This experience will surely delight both parents and children. Parents can enjoy a chocolate and wine pairing, while kids can pick their favorite milkshake or chocolate-coated treat. Afterward, you can stroll through their cactus garden, which becomes a winter wonderland in the desert with lights and visits by Santa!

7. Shark Reef Aquarium

Las Vegas is nowhere near the ocean, but that doesn’t mean you can’t experience a trip under the sea here. Located in Mandalay Bay, visitors can walk through a 1.6-gallon aquarium where over 15 different species of sharks call home. You can’t get closer to these predators than that. Tickets cost around $25, but seeing these sharks swim 5 feet above your head is worth the thrill.

8. The Springs Preserve

Escape the chaos of the Las Vegas Strip to the Springs Preserve. Here, you can get some fresh air that Las Vegas isn’t necessarily known for. There are beautiful botanical gardens, on-site museums, and butterfly habitats where you can check out colorful butterflies as they land on your hand. It’s an excellent getaway from the crowds, giving you time to relax before returning to the busy city.

9. Dino Safari – A Walk Through Adventure

Your kids will be bragging to their friends about the life-like dinosaurs they saw on their vacation to Las Vegas. These animatronic dinos look like the real deal, and from my research, I am not convinced that they aren’t real! You will feel like you survived an excursion through Jurassic Park when you walk out of this wildly entertaining exhibit.

10. Fountains of Bellagio

One of the coolest experiences in Las Vegas is free and right on the strip. The Bellagio Hotel puts on a fantastic water and light show with over 1,000 fountains moving and swaying to a choreographed song. Get your spot early to catch a glimpse of this entertaining show. If you missed it, don’t worry; another one will start in about 30 minutes.

11. Freemont Street Experience

Old Town Las Vegas on Freemont Street is a short ride from the strip. They have built up this part of town, and it’s now a great spot for families. The block has various street performers, live music, zip lines, delicious street food, and classic casinos. The real draw is the 130,000-square-foot LED canopy that puts on an amazing light and sound show that will make you want to pull out your phone and take a video.

12. Lion Habitat Ranch

There really isn’t much you can’t do in Las Vegas. Getting up close and personal with lions is luckily on the list of things to do. The conservatory is located in Henderson, a quick drive from the strip. Family rates are as cheap as $60, and you and your family can observe these big cats who were rescued by the conservatory. The park is also home to rescued parrots, emus, ostriches, and giraffes.

13. The Mirage Volcano

Who wouldn’t want to see a volcano erupt with fire, smoke, and lava right in front of their hotel? Well, that is exactly what this volcano does. Every night on the hour from 8 p.m. to 11 p.m., you’ll see a show unlike any you have ever seen before.

14. Fun Dungeon at Excalibur

On the south end of the Las Vegas Strip is the Medieval-themed hotel Excalibur. Stop in for an arcade containing over 200 games for kids of all ages. It is a perfect way to escape the heat and chill in an air-conditioned building while you and your kids play all the games, including the world’s biggest Pac-Man game.

15. Circus Acts at Circus, Circus

This Circus-themed casino is bound to do one of two things. One, It will entertain your kids with plenty of free acts like trapeze artists, magicians, hula hoopers, and circus clowns. Or two, it will give them a deeply rooted fear of clowns that will haunt them for the rest of their lives. It’s a gamble, but that’s why you come to Las Vegas, right?
