At Panna Tiger Safari, our mission is to protect and preserve the natural habitats of wildlife species, while arranging Safaris and educating visitors about the importance of conservation efforts.

Our History

Founded in 2021, Panna Tiger Safari Wildlife Sanctuaries has grown from a small operation to a network of 10 Tiger reserves across the country. Through the years, we have worked tirelessly to protect endangered species and promote biodiversity.

Panna Tiger Reserve is a critical tiger habitat located in Vindhya Hill in northern Madhya Pradesh and fragile through dynamic dry deciduous forest. This land is characterized by extensive plateaus and gorges. It is a land of mesmerizing waterfalls, naturals, archaeological splendors, legends & cultural richness. It is also the land of the Ken River, which lends it unparalleled beauty. This land is sounded by natural boundaries like in north, it is surrounded by teak forest & in easte, it is surrounded by Teak-Kardhai mixed forest. The NE-SW running Vindhya Hill ranges links the eastern and western population of wild animals.

• The best time to visit Panna is 1st October to 30th June.

Panna being situated in Central India is subjected to extreme and tropical weather. Month of January may also witness sub-zero temperatures and frost. Monsoon arrives in the second week of June. The average temperature over the months is as below:

Nearest Airport To Panna Tiger Reserve: Khajuraho Airport (IATA: HJR, ICAO: VEKO) is a domestic airport that serves the cities of Khajuraho and Chhatarpur in Madhya Pradesh, India.

Nearest Railway To Panna Tiger Reserve: Panna does not have a railway station of its own. The nearest railway station is Khajuraho railway station which is 40kms away. The nearest major railway junction is Satna Railway Junction which is 75kms away. It comes under Jabalpur Division and it is very well connected to major cities of the country viz Mumbai, Delhi, Kolkata, Patna, Bhopal, Allahabad etc.

Reservations The reservations feature of the Site is provided solely to assist customers in determining the availability of travel related services and products and to make legitimate reservations and for no other purpose. You warrant that you are at least 18 years of age, possess the legal authority to enter into the legal agreement constituted by your acceptance of these Conditions and to use the Site in accordance with such Conditions. You agree to be financially responsible for your use of the Site including without limitation for all reservations made by you or on your account for you, whether authorized by you or not. Security & Non Confidentiality Reserve India Tours does not warrant and cannot ensure the security or confidentiality of any information which you transmit to Reserve India Tours. Accordingly, any information which you transmit to Reserve India Tours is transmitted at your own risk. Governing Law & Jurisdiction The laws in force in India govern these Conditions and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India. In case of unavailability in mentioned hotels, alternate accommodation will be arranged in a similar category hotel.

In regard to refund of unused / unutilized services (which are paid for and cancelled in advance) the refund amount would be worked out on the basis of cancellation policy as described above and the money would be accordingly refunded to the person who has made the payment to us. Please note that the refund process may take 2 - 4 weeks due to banking procedures. If the refund is made to the credit card account OR to Bank account, the bank charges would be debited from the refund amount. Our Liabilities & Limitations : Please note that after the finalization of the tour/service cost, if there are any hikes in entrance fees of monuments/museums, taxes, fuel cost or guide charges by the Govt of India, the same would be charged as extra. Reserve India Tours act only in the capacity of agent for the hotels, airlines, transporters, railways & contractors providing other services & all exchange orders, receipts, contracts & tickets issued by us are issued subject to terms & conditions under which these services are provided by them. All itineraries are sample itineraries, intended to give you a general idea of the likely trip schedule. Numerous factors such as weather, road conditions, the physical ability of the participants etc. may dictate itinerary changes either before the tour or while on the trail. We reserve the right to change any schedule in the interest of the trip participants' safety, comfort & general well being. Our rates are based on the prevailing rates as negotiated by us with the hotels, airlines etc. Hotels and Airlines retain the right to modify the rates without notice. In case of such changes the rates quoted before the modification, can be changed by us according to the modifications by hotels or airlines. All hotel bookings are based on usual check in and check out time of the hotels until unless indicated in the itinerary. We shall not be responsible for any delays & alterations in the programme or expenses incurred - directly or indirectly - due to natural hazards, flight cancellations, accident, breakdown of machinery or equipments, breakdown of transport, weather, sickness, landslides, political closures or any untoward incidents. We shall not be responsible for any loss, injury or damage to person, property, or otherwise in connection with any accommodation, transportation or other services, resulting - directly or indirectly - from any act of GOD, dangers, fire, accident, breakdown in machinery or equipment, breakdown of transport, wars, civil disturbances, strikes, riots, thefts, pilferages, epidemics, medical or custom department regulations, defaults, or any other causes beyond our control. We do not have any insurance policy covering the expenses for accident, sickness, loss due to theft, or any other reasons. Visitors are advised to seek such insurance arrangements in their home country. All baggage's & personal property/s at all times are at the client's risk.

Policy Regarding Cancellation / No Show / Early Departure In case of cancellation of tour/travel services due to any avoidable/unavoidable reasons we must be informed in writing. Cancellation charges would be effective from the date we receive letter in writing and cancellation charges would be as follows: 30 days prior to arrival - 10% of the tour cost. 15 days to 29 days prior to arrival - 30% of the tour cost. 07 days to 14 days prior to arrival - 40 % of the tour cost. 02 days to 06 days prior to arrival - 50% of the tour cost. Less than 48 hours or no show - NO REFUND. In case of peak season - weekends or weekdays (Holi, Diwali, X'Mas & New Year) hotel bookings separate cancellation policy is applicable (which would be advised as and when required). In case you cancel the trip after commencement refund would be restricted to a limited amount that too would depend on the amount that we would be able to recover from the hoteliers we patronize. For unused hotel accommodation, chartered transportation and missed meals etc. we do not bear any responsibility to refund. Reserve India Tours reserves the right to change/modify or terminate the offer any time at its own discretion and without any prior notice.
