Both of my children (now 3 and 6)  have attended Journey since they were 8 weeks old. It's was terrifying for me as a new mother to go back to work and leave my baby with someone other than family. The teachers at Journey are now family. Not a day gone by that I didn't feel 100% confident and trust them with my children. They are kindhearted, compassionate about teaching and care about each individual child. My son breezed through Kindergarten thanks to Journey's preschool curriculum. Facility does not provide care as agreed upon in contract. Journey then charges you for days of unprovided care (by their choice) and quotes their contract and tries to fall back on business arrangement which is the legal contract they broke in the first place. Completely has taken advantage of their customers. They are dishonest and untrustworthy. My child was very unhappy for the month that this facility provided care. Best this I could do was remove my child from this environment.
