With this tour, you will see a family-owned winery in its 5th Generation, that combines the winemaking tradition with the best available technology - guided by Augusto who is the expert in organic winemaking and who is also the author of the “Manuale del Biologico”, a handbook about organic production that has been written for Italian Universities. See in-depth how the organic wine-making process takes place.

At the end of the tour... comes the tasting! Your tasting lunch or dinner will be composed of organic nitrite- and sulfite-free local appetizers, 2 homemade pasta dishes, a main course, a side dish, and a dessert, all with organic, PDO, PGI, and traditional products paired with 10 great wines including Sparkling, Frizzante, Still White, Red, Sweet Wines, and Fortified Wines.
