Street Fighter 6: Find Thrasher | World Tour Chapter 11 guide

Street Fighter 6: Find Thrasher | World Tour Chapter 11 guide

Street Fighter 6 features a wide cast of characters in its World Tour, and although it can be straightforward, chapter 11 is a confusing, provoking the question: Street Fighter 6 Thrasher, where are you?

Chapter 11-1 is particularly strange because, until now, you’ve always had a pink quest marker showing you where to go. Suddenly, however, Capcom decided to make you do detective work, and because it could be hours since you last saw Damnd, it’s easy to forget which locations he might be, and even if you do know, it might not trigger properly.

So without further ado, here’s how you find Thrasher Damnd in Street Fighter 6 World Tour, Chapter 11-1.

Street Fighter 6 Thrasher Step 1: Daytime, go to Abigail’s

Street Fighter 6: Find Thrasher | World Tour Chapter 11 guide

The last time you saw Thrasher, he was at Abigail’s Scrap Metal, and while he actually isn’t there right now, you need to go here during the daytime to start the quest off properly.

Street Fighter 6: Find Thrasher | World Tour Chapter 11 guide

You can see the location of the scrap metal building via the image above. Speak to Mad Gear Elissa and she’ll explain he’s asleep during the gay (“genius”) so you need to head to your hideout and switch day to night. Then revisit Abigail’s scrap metal at night. You will have to fight off or avoid waves of the Mad Gear gang, then speak to Mad Gear Butterfly who will tell you he’s “hangin’ out on the roof, like usual”.

Step 2: Back to the roof, where it all started

Street Fighter 6: Find Thrasher | World Tour Chapter 11 guide

At night, you’ll find the ladder you should know quite well in Downtown, Center Street. Elissa is next to it, and if you go up the ladder you’ll find everyone’s favourite Mad Gear leader, Thrasher Damnd.

Street Fighter 6: Find Thrasher | World Tour Chapter 11 guide

It’s worth noting that we experienced a bug where the quest icon would update, but Damnd wouldn’t actually spawn in. You can either save, exit, then load back in, or run around a bit and he’ll appear before your eyes, ready to explain what he wants next.

Step 3: Where is the Crow Gang?

Street Fighter 6: Find Thrasher | World Tour Chapter 11 guide

You’d be forgiven for asking “the what what?”, because in our playthrough we hadn’t spotted a single Crow Gang member until we got to this mission and went to find them. You’ll need to run or fast travel to the spot in the map below (the green arrow), which is where you’ll find the Crow Gang hangout. It’s also important to note it must be night time .

Street Fighter 6: Find Thrasher | World Tour Chapter 11 guide

Go here, speak to the the guard at the opening to the event, and fight your way through (optional, but good XP for higher level fighters is available here) to speak to the boss of the Crow Gang. That will then send you on your way to Nayshall, and you’ve completed the first part of Chapter 11. Well done!

Street Fighter 6 World Tour chapter 11-1 – where to find Thrasher Damnd

When you need to look for Thrasher Damnd to progress the story, you might notice no quest marker or location. You need to go to Abigail’s scrapyard during the day and talk to Elissa. If you can’t remember where it is, look for the scrap heap (Junkyard Smallz) mini-game. Note that there will be some Mad Gear Gang members attacking you here so be warned. Once you defeat them, talk to Elissa. She will tell you that Thrasher is only around during the night. Go to your hangout and change time to night. Come back to the scrapyard and then an NPC will tell you that Thrasher is at a rooftop where you met him before. This is where the quest marker will pop up.

If Thrasher is not present at the location in the image above (at night), but the quest marker is visible, this might be a bug. Fast travel out and come back, and it gets fixed with him being visible as shown below. Thanks to HDKirin from RPG Site for helping me out with this specific quest.

Street Fighter 6 Thrasher Location (World Tour)

Paarth Wadke

The World Tour mode in Street Fighter 6 is huge, so finding certain characters’ locations like Thrasher can be a pain. Once players complete the “Back to Metro City” mission, they are tasked with finding the leader of the Mad Gear Gang. To save your friendly rival Bosch, you must find Thrasher in Chapter 11-1 of SF6. Although his location is quite easy to access, you may not be able to find him without fulfilling one simple requirement. In this guide, we will tell you where to look for him.

Where to Find Thrasher in Street Fighter 6 (Location)

Find Thrasher in Street Fighter 6

To find Thrasher in Repping Metro City Chapter 11-1, go to the Scrap Yard on the rooftop at nighttime. Thrasher won’t be available during the day, so go to the Hangout and rest until night. The location is marked on the map in Downtown – Center Street.

If you’re visiting this location for the first time in Street Fighter 6, then you must fight some Mad Gear gang members before you could meet Thrasher. To do so, visit Abigail’s Scrap Metal during the daytime. There, Mad Gear Elissa will inform you that Thrasher sleeps during the day. However, she won’t tell you his location. Once you return to this place at night, you’ll have to fight some goons. Here’s a list of fighters you must beat:

  • Mad Gear Glob (Level 30)
  • Toro (Level 29)
  • Mad Gear Dancer (Level 31)
  • Sketchy (Level 30)
  • Mad Gear Bull (Level 29)
  • El Toro (Level 31)
  • Madri (Level 32)
  • Mad Gear Dancer (Level 29)

Once you beat these enemies, talk to Mad Gear Butterfly. Now that you have Thrasher’s location, head over Downtown. As we mentioned, make sure you’re visiting his location at night to meet him. Once you meet him, he will tell you to send a message to the Crows Gang.

We hope this location guide helps you to find Thrasher in Street Fighter 6. Apart from Thrasher, you will meet many strong NPCs. If you want to make your character strong to beat them, then check out our Upgrade Locations in our SF6 guides section.

Pokemon GO: How To Unlock Max Moves?

New amd driver is a game changer, lollipop chainsaw repop developer pushes back against censorship claims, quick links, where to find every world tour master in street fighter 6, 'missable' masters in street fighter 6, dlc masters in street fighter 6, where to find m.bison in world tour mode, how to change master assist in world tour mode.

Street Fighter 6 introduces several new game types, one of which is called World Tour mode. This effectively serves as a sort of Street Fighter RPG, with players able to create their own avatar and then use it to take on some of the toughest street fighters from all over the world. As they do so, they'll run into quite a few familiar faces, with the main cast of Street Fighter serving as masters from whom the playable character can learn and grow.

Street Fighter 6: The Best Master Gifts in World Tour Mode (SF6 Gift Guide)

Figuring out the best gift for every World Tour mode Master will make it much easier for players to reach the maximum bond and unlock Outfit 2.

There are 23 World Tour mode Masters in Street Fighter 6 , though not all of them can be encountered right away. Players will run into most of them as they make their way through the main story, though some can only be encountered through exploration and side quests, so players will need to keep their eyes peeled for any extracurricular opportunities that might come their way. Each master will teach players new moves upon meeting them and will also provide unique missions and costumes over time.

Updated June 27, 2024, by Tom Bowen: It's been more than a year since the release of Street Fighter 6, during which time, five DLC fighters have been added to the game. Regardless of whether players pay to unlock these new combatants, A.K.I., Rashid, Ed, Akuma, and M. Bison are all available in World Tour Mode, bringing the total number of SF6 masters up to 23 as of the time of writing. The locations of these new Street Fighter 6 World Tour mode masters have been added to the table below, with detailed instructions on where to find them available a little further down the page.

Strictly speaking, none of the masters in Street Fighter 6 are really missable, as players will be able to meet with all of the optional masters at any time after their initial unlock point. That said, it's entirely possible to play through the entirety of the main story without encountering some of them, while others will need to be spoken to multiple times before they will agree to become the player's Master. With this in mind, players might want to refer to the cheat sheet below to get a better idea of when and where they should be looking.

Where to Find Lily in World Tour Mode

From the beginning of Chapter 4, players will be able to trigger a side mission called "The Spirit Guide" by speaking with an NPC called Ana in the Hong Hu Lu Chinatown area of Metro City. This will eventually lead them to the Thunderfoot Settlement in Mexico and an encounter with Lily.

Where to Find Blanka in World Tour Mode

At the beginning of Chapter 6, players will unlock the Ranger's Hut area of Brazil and can go there to meet Blanka. To unlock Blanka as a Master, they'll simply need to speak with him again after the introductory cutscene.

Where to Find Dee Jay in World Tour Mode

At the beginning of Chapter 6, players will unlock the Bathers Beach area of Jamaica and can go there to meet Dee Jay. To become Dee Jay's student, players should speak with him again after the cutscene ends.

Where to Find Cammy in World Tour Mode

From the beginning of Chapter 7, players will be able to trigger a side mission called "Special Unit Del-" by speaking with an NPC called Alfred in the Beat Square Subway area of Metro City. This will eventually lead them back to King’s Street in the United Kingdom and an encounter with Cammy.

Where to Find Manon in World Tour Mode

From about halfway through Chapter 7, players will be able to trigger the "Extra" side mission by speaking with an NPC called Manager Oscar in the Beat Square area of Metro City. This will lead to them visiting Fete Foraine in France and an encounter with Manon.

Where to Find Ryu in World Tour Mode

Not long after the encounter with E. Honda in Chapter 8, players will need to visit the Genbu Temple in Japan. Here, they'll be able to meet Ryu and can speak with him to become his student.

Where to Find Jamie in World Tour Mode

Players will first meet Jamie in the Hong Hu Lu Chinatown area of Metro City at the beginning of Chapter 8. A little later on in the chapter, they'll be able to find him on the rooftop where they met Boluo in Chapter 2 and can speak with him there to become his student.

Where to Find Kimberly in World Tour Mode

Players will first encounter Kimberly as part of the main story in Chapter 8. To unlock Kimberly as a Master, they'll need to speak with her on the roof of the Metro City police station during nighttime hours from Chapter 9 onward. To get up there, they can use the ladder near the Hangout.

Where to Find Zangief in World Tour Mode

To train under Zangief, players will need to complete the "Hither and Thither" side quest, which can be triggered by speaking with the two fighters outside the Mike Haggar Memorial Stadium in Metro City from Chapter 9 onward, though this can only be done at night.

Where to Find Dhalsim in World Tour Mode

Players can meet Dhalsim by completing a side mission called "The Yoga Statue," which can be triggered by speaking with an NPC called Anik in the Bayside Park area of Metro City from Chapter 9 onward.

Where to Find Juri in World Tour Mode

Upon reaching Chapter 12, players will be able to trigger the "A Hardboiled Adventure" side quest by speaking with Govind in the central Bazaar area of Nayshall. They'll meet with Juri as part of this quest.

Where to Find JP in World Tour Mode

After completing the main story of World Tour Mode, players should return to the Suval’hal Arena Entrance in the Mount Vayshal area of Old Nayshall at night. There, they'll find JP hanging around near the stairs opposite the main entrance to the arena and can talk with him to become his student.

Where to Find A.K.I in World Tour Mode

If players head to Metro City during the daytime, they'll find an old woman named Lao Mao standing around near Chun Li. When given an energy drink, she'll direct players to a man named Fang Fei, who can be found hanging around near the stadium (his exact location is marked on the map). After speaking with him, players will then be able to travel to Tian Hong Yuan via the world map screen, and it's there that they'll find A.K.I.

Where to Find Rashid in World Tour Mode

To find Rashid in World Tour Mode, players should make their way to the Old Nayshall Central Bazaar at night. Right by the hangout, they'll find a guy named Azam, who needs help making an educational video. From there, players should fast travel to the Lowlands Commerce Plaza and then travel north to the quest marker, which is where they'll find Rashid. After beating him in a best-of-three fight, players can find Rashid near the train station during the daytime, and must speak with him there to become his student.

Where to Find Ed in World Tour Mode

Those hoping to find Ed in World Tour Mode will need to head to the the Haggar Stadium in Metro City at night and speak with an NPC named C. Raven to trigger the Neo Shadaloo's Leader? side quest. Completing this mission is relatively straightforward, with players simply needing to head down into the nearby subway and beat some Neo Shadaloo members. Next, they'll just need to ride the train and then talk to C. Raven again on the platform. Once the mission is cleared, Ed will appear on the platform near the stairs. Speaking with him will trigger another fight with some Neo Shadaloo members, after which, players will become Ed's student.

Where to Find Akuma in World Tour Mode

If players head to the SiRN building in Metro City during the daytime, they'll be able to trigger the Master of Styles side quest by checking a poster on one of the outer walls. From there, they'll need to speak with an NPC named Steven near the entrance to the building to be transported up to the server room. There, they should head up to the fifth floor and speak with SiRN Staff Liu, who'll ask players to defeat the copy fighters using certain moves. They'll need to use Luke's Flash Knuckle on the left copy fighter, JP's Stribog on the center one, and Manon's Manaege Dore on the one on the right. After doing so, players should speak to the researcher again and then travel to Genbu Temple and talk with Retsu (players will need to have completed the Monk Without a Cause side quest first), which will unlock Enma's Hollow on the world map screen. It's here that players will find Akuma, though they won't be able to become his student right away. Instead, they'll need to return to Retsu to trigger the Murderous Demon side quest, after which, they can make their way back to Enma's Hollow and fight Akuma. Sadly, he'll end the fight prematurely, at which point, players will need to speak with Ryu at Genbu Temple and complete the resulting fight (win or lose, it doesn't matter). They can then fight Akuma again, although just like last time, he'll walk away before the fight is done. To get around this, players should speak with Luke and complete the resulting fight (like the fight with Ryu, it doesn't matter if they win or lose) to get some more advice. Players can then fight Akuma one last time, which will result in them becoming his student.

M. Bison can be found in the Ruined Lab, which players first visit as part of the Shadaloo questline. After completing the three pre-requisite missions (The Psycho Power Experiment, The Busybody Decoy, and Into the Shadows of the Shadaloo), players should travel to Old Neyshall, which will trigger a text message from Foo and the beginning of the A Strange Creature sub-mission. To complete this one, players will need to speak with witnesses around Old Nayshall and then photograph the animals they mention; being sure to use Mission mode when opening up the camera. Eventually, this will lead to a run-in with M. Bison and his trusty steed. From there, players can tackle the Psycho Power Performance mission, which requires them to learn either JP's Chornobog or Ed's Psycho Storm. Assuming they've already done so, players can head to the Survahal Arena and land the attack once in the fight against Dolls Changpa. Next, they'll need to head back to the Ruined Lab and land the attack three times against a level 85 opponent. Finally, they'll need to land three 10-hit combos against the same foe, which is best achieved by using Lily's Breezing Hawk Super Art 1. Once that's all been taken care of, players will be enrolled under the villainous M. Bison and can begin to learn some of his many powerful moves.

After raising their bond with a Master to a certain level, players will gain the ability to summon them in certain fights. To do so, they'll need to have at least one bar of their Super Art Gauge full, at which point, they'll be able to call for help by briefly holding down L1 and R1 (PlayStation) or LB and RB). This will cause the Master displayed in the bottom left or bottom-right corner of the screen to turn up and start attacking enemies, with the duration of the Master Assist determined by how many bars of the Super Art Gauge were full at the time that the assist was triggered. The more bars the player had, the longer the assist will be.

A lot of players will probably be wondering how to change the Master Assist in World Tour mode. Sadly, however, there isn't a way to do so at the time of writing. After unlocking the Master Assist option for a specific Master, they'll be added to a pool, with a new Master being chosen from this pool at random each time players use the mechanic. This means that there isn't currently a way for players to choose which Master will be chosen for Master Assist . That said, a new Master is only chosen from the pool when the currently displayed one is used, so players could technically save a Master for a specific fight if they so wished.
