They put Absconding on visit visa on…

They put Absconding on visit visa on senior citizen before the due date and did event bother to check the history of arrival and just said system error. did not even bother to call back and just to confirm nor compensated lost AED 5300/- due to irresponsible behavior of them. Lost the ticket again had to buy another tickets. eid holiday no other fights could get until their pro comes and clears it that also next day. All charges were paid by us without our fault. Not a trust worthy agent, no sense of responsibility.

Warning: Unethical Practices at Cozmo Travels Visa Services

I strongly caution everyone against using Cozmo Travels for visa services. My personal experience with them was incredibly disappointing, as they engaged in fraudulent practices with the sole intention of extorting money. The standard cost for a visa obtained through a travel agency is AED 150-200 for a 1-month visa and AED 250- 300 for a 2-month visa, depending on the type of license they hold. However, Cozmo Travels sells the service for an inflated price ranging from AED 350 to 700, influenced by their sales skills and other undisclosed factors. In cases of overstaying, there are typically two reasonable options: Renewing the visa or Paying a penalty of AED 50 per day, as per regulations outlined. Do google search to understand. Regrettably, Cozmo Travels employs unscrupulous methods to generate income. They fabricate absconding situations, and it costs them AED 350-450. This tactic allows them to take control of your file and coerce you into visiting their office. To rectify the fabricated absconding, Cozmo Travels demands an exorbitant fee of AED 1700-2000 to issue a No Objection Certificate (NOC). This process ensures a profit of at least AED 1500 for a simple letter in Arabic stating the company's approval to remove absconding. This blatant abuse of the process is purely for financial gain. If absconding were a legitimate practice, it would discourage people from visiting the country, and the government would inform citizens of the consequences. The goverment will notify that if you overstay you will be absconded and you will not find this news anywhere. For those facing similar issues, ethical alternatives exist. Visiting Al Awir Immigrations typing center can resolve the matter for a more reasonable cost of AED 300-500, without falling prey to Cozmo's exploitation. Cozmo Travels may present various stories to justify their actions, but it is essential to question their practices. You can verify the process by calling 8005111. While the UAE is a wonderful country to visit and live in, businesses like Cozmo Travels tarnish its reputation. Sharing experiences is crucial to protect innocent individuals from falling into such traps. Avoid Cozmo Travels at all costs – they epitomize scamsters, and the time will come to put an end to their unethical practices. Always share your experiences to help others steer clear of such unscrupulous businesses.
