Adele Praises Chappell Roan: 'She's Got Seven F***ing Brilliant Songs'

Trending on billboard.

Bunny’s forthcoming tour backs his new 22-song set that — with songs such as “Monaco,” “Mercedes Carota” and “Thunder y Lightning” — for the most part marks his return to his Latin trap roots. On the album, he also reeled in some of his longtime collaborators such as Arcangel, Mora and Ñengo Flow, as well as Feid and Young Miko, to name a few.

“I hope you can enjoy this album that I did with a lot of work,” he expressed on his WhatsApp channel to his more than 16 million followers. “All my projects have been done with lots of love for you, but this album, specifically, is 100% for you like no other.”

The 2024 Most Wanted Tour will follow the artist’s World’s Hottest Tour stadium run, which closed in 2022 with a record-breaking $435 million in tour grosses.

You Know You Want to See Bad Bunny on the ‘Most Wanted’ Tour

Portrait of Justin Curto

Nobody knows what will happen tomorrow, but here’s something we can be pretty sure of: Bad Bunny is going on tour in 2024. After saying he planned to take things slow in 2023, the reggaeton superstar is readying his first shows since Coachella , the 47-date “Most Wanted” tour. (Ever the showman, Benito played an outlaw in an Instagram clip announcing the shows.) The North American arena tour kicks off February 21 in Salt Lake City and runs through May 26 in Miami, also featuring three nights each in New York City, Los Angeles, and Chicago. Benito will be supporting his 22-track new album nadie sabe lo que va a pasar mañana , which he just released on October 13. And if you can’t wait ‘till next year to hear those songs live, you’re in luck — he’ll be giving a teaser when he hosts and performs on Saturday Night Live this weekend. One more thing we know is happening … well, not quite tomorrow, but you get it.

Bad Bunny Announces World's Hottest Tour For Summer 2022

With special guests Alesso and Diplo.

It’s shaping up to be a major year for Bad Bunny. After selling out his first headlining tour since 2020, El Último Tour Del Mundo, in record time — the Puerto Rican superstar is now extending his trek around the world by announcing a new 29-date stadium tour set to take place during the summer of 2022 in the U.S. and Latin America.

World’s Hottest Tour, Bad Bunny’s first-ever stadium-sized tour, will kick off just four months after he wraps up El Último Tour Del Mundo, which is set to begin at the beginning of Feb.

Come Aug. 5, Bad Bunny will embark on the U.S. leg of World’s Hottest Tour with performances set at major arenas across the U.S., including Atlanta’s Truist Park, Boston’s Fenway Park, Chicago’s Soldier Field, New York City’s Yankee Stadium, and Los Angeles’ SoFi Stadium. And there’s more: Bad Bunny is also inviting DJs Alesso and Diplo to open select dates on the road.

The Latin America leg of the tour will commence shortly after in October, with shows in Dominican Republic, Chile, Argentina, Ecuador, Colombia, and more, before ending with two shows in Mexico.

Announcing the new shows via Instagram Reels , Bad Bunny also revealed that a new album is on the way: “While I work on my new album, you can buy tickets for my next tour,” he said. The album will be his first major release since 2020’s El Último Tour Del Mundo .

The event stated that it would begin at 7pm. It didnt start till almost 9pm. It would be helpful if the start time was more accurate. Overall, it was a good performance. Wish there was some performance before the concert. I did enjoy how the effects were presented, love the bracelets that were on the seats. The surprised guest fantastic. Will I come to another concert of Bad Bunny, probably not for a long time. Hoping that he comes out with more surprises later in the future.

Bad Bunny, Karol G, and Other Latino Artists Dominate Top Global Tours List

bad bunny tour germany

Bad Bunny lands third in average box office gross per city for the week of August 5 with $3,816,973 , according to Pollstar. He stands behind Luke Combs in first place and Dead & Company in second place. The figures include worldwide ticket prices and the average box office gross per city for each artist.

at the ninth place is Colombian singer-songwriter Karol G, with an average box office gross per city of $2,320,979 . Coming at eleventh place is the bachata band from Puerto Rico, Aventura, and their 2024 reunion tour, "Cerrando Ciclos," featuring lead vocalist Romeo Santos . At thirteenth on the list is Mexican pop singer Luis Miguel, sweeping the world off its feet since 1982. Closing the Top 20 Global Concert Tours list is Colombian reggaeton singer Feid in seventeenth place.

This touring data comes on the heels of the mid-year music report conducted by entertainment data analysis company Luminate released July 16. That report found that Latin music is the fastest-growing genre on the streaming services in the United States. Pollstar reporter Oscar Areliz reported big changes in the global touring market.

"It used to feel like the market was cyclic, where it would spike and then it would kinda fade away," Areliz said. "We have had our Latin music waves with people like Ricky Martin , people like Gloria Estefan crossing over into the pop arena."

Areliz traces the contemporary string of successes all the way back to 2017's "Despacito" from Luis Fonsi and Daddy Yankee .

"Despacito" really cemented Latin music's place in the mainstream. Bad Bunny, Karol G, Peso Pluma, and more have continued that wave, pushing new boundaries in sound and into broader audiences.

Karol G is one of the biggest drivers of this genre, says Hans Schafer, senior vice president of global touring at Live Nation. Her "Mañana Será Bonito Tour" made history as the very first to include a healthy dose of European stops, diversifying her base greatly.

"This tour sold out and has become the biggest European tour for a Latin artist. It really shows just how big and popular Latin music is getting," Schafer said.

Karol G gave performances for her European tour in nine countries: Spain, France, England, and Germany. With 10 shows and 415,000 tickets sold, she became the biggest Latino music tour in Europe.

"These numbers confirm what we have always known and advocated inside the industry—Latin music is global," Schafer concluded. "There is no slowing down."

Bad Bunny announces North and South American stadium tour

Beginning in Florida in August and ending in Mexico in December

Bad Bunny

Bad Bunny has announced his first North and South American stadium tour for later this year.

The tour – which the rapper is dubbing World’s Hottest Tour – will kick off in Orlando, Florida on August 5. From there, Bad Bunny will venture across North America through the month and all of September, before venturing into South America in October. Find full tour dates below. The stadium tour announcement will closely follow Bad Bunny’s indoor arena tour, dubbed El Último Tour Del Mundo , that kicks off next month . According to Live Nation in a press release, that 35-show run has sold out, selling more than half a million tickets.

Earlier this month it was reported that over 2,000 positive COVID-19 cases were linked to the reggaeton artist’s December 10 and 11 performances at San Juan’s Hiram Bithorn stadium in a concert engagement titled ‘P FKN R’.

An estimated 60,000 people attended Bad Bunny’s two-day concert in Puerto Rico, contributing to a spike in the nation’s cases of the highly-infectious coronavirus.

In December, the rapper was declared the the world’s most-listened-to artist on Spotify for the second year running. The same month, he also surprised fans with a music video for ‘Te Deseo Lo Mejor’ made in collaboration with The Simpsons .

Bad Bunny is gearing up for a busy year on the road.

The Grammy Award winner, 27, announced Monday that he's embarking on a 29-date stadium tour this summer across the United States and Latin America, sharing the news with his 37.1 million Instagram followers. "Now yes, 2022 has started," he captioned the video in Spanish.

Kicking off Aug. 5 in Orlando and running through December, Bad Bunny: World's Hottest Tour will feature appearances from Diplo and DJ Alesso on select dates. He also announced in the clip that he's working on new music.

Bunny's next tour will come on the heels of his spring outing El Último Tour Del Mundo, for which he is packing in 35 dates across the U.S. and Canada. The tour, which runs Feb. 9 to April 3, sold out in record time , selling 480,000 tickets and grossing $84 million in less than 24 hours.

The Puerto Rican sensation became Spotify's most-streamed artist last year for the second time in a row, racking up more than 9.1 billion streams in 2021.

He took home his first Grammy Award last March for his third album YHLQMDLG , which won best Latin pop or urban album. Bunny later raved about winning a "gringo Grammy" ("gringo" is a slang term for white) to W Magazine in May 2021.
