10 Biggest Minecraft Builds Ever

Warner bros. doesn't care what you think of the minecraft movie, jason momoa "mistreated" minecraft movie crew, says valkyrae.

Minecraft has long since cemented its reputation as the world’s favorite sandbox game, and its appeal has only grown. With each new update, Minecraft adds more features and mechanics to keep its fanbase playing. These additions are particularly important for Minecraft Bedrock Edition players, who have limited access to game-changing mods.

The scale of these enormous Minecraft builds is unbelievable.

As any player can attest, beginning a new game is the hardest part of Minecraft. You want a starting point that’s safe and defendable, but you don’t want a long hike to find your closest village or mine. Randomized world generation may be the fastest way to start your game, but a pre-determined world seed will guarantee a smooth start to your next Bedrock journey.

9 The Hardcore Survivor’s Challenge

Seed: -112233445465768798.

If you’re looking for a challenge , this seed is your new best friend. Unlike other picks, this world-generation seed won’t give you easy access to resources. In fact, you’ll find few resources and even less space to build a base.

You’ll spawn on an isolated island with limited access to anything. Initially, you’ll only have access to two buried treasure spots. However, once you manage to scrounge up the resources to build a boat, you can sail to the mainland — 700 blocks to the southeast.

8 Survivor’s Retreat

Seed: 8531363911024590720.

While island spawns are difficult starts, isolated locations are just as tricky. Even the lushest forests hold scant resources, especially compared to their many dangers. So, if you want an old-school isolationist challenge, use this world seed to spawn in a mangrove swamp .

Your immediate surroundings are treacherous. Windswept hills tower to your east while Savannahs and swamps fence you into your spawn point. However, you’ll also find a hint of classic Minecraft whimsy! To your east, there’s a cheese cave tucked within the dense forest.

7 Beachfront Property

Seed: -8555793329735032191.

Functionally, this world seed has all the basics. You spawn near a lovely beach , the perfect spot for a picturesque base , and a mid-sized village is a short jog to your southeast. A river to your north is an immediate water source, while the ocean to your west is perfect for fishing.

Visually, this world is nothing short of stunning. You’ll find plenty of space to expand your base, and the forest to your east will yield all the wood you’ll need. For stone and ore, tap into the ravine to your southeast or — if you’re more daring — the seaside cave to your east.

6 Beautiful Isolation

Seed: -943996950681677219.

Sometimes, you don’t want neighbors. Villages are lovely, but they need constant protection and upkeep. Skip the hassle and settle in a cozy, picturesque valley beside a massive mountaintop cherry grove . You’ll spawn in an old-growth birch forest , but a short hike to the southwest puts you amid falling cherry petals.

If you want a truly unique base, venture into the heart of the cherry tree forest. You’ll find a clearing of sunflowers in a small valley. Stake your claim to the land and use the nearby ravines and trial chambers to establish your new fortress.

5 Desert Survival Run

Seed: 6580277100318856927.

Desert biome fans, rejoice; this world-gen seed drops you in the center of a massive desert. However, you won’t be short on resources. There are three villages within a 200-block radius, and natural rivers run throughout the region. Immediately to your southeast, you’ll find a sizable ravine and — if you’re lucky — some amethyst geodes.

If you’re still short on resources, head east to find a mid-sized cave . You’ll also spot multiple copper veins to your west. Once armed and prepared, head south from your spawn point to discover a ruined portal sandwiched between two buried caches of buried treasure .

4 Shipwreck Coast

Seed: -321707274.

Normally, shipwrecks are underwater; this world seed defies the odds. While your spawn point is uneventful, a quick journey to your southwest reveals an above-ground shipwreck to plunder.

Of course, you’ll need more than a shipwreck to succeed. Fortunately, the nearby beaches and stony shores are perfect for resource acquisition. A village is nestled in the snow plains to your south, which also houses some ravines and caves. You’ll also find a generous selection of buried treasures nearby.

3 The Spelunker’s Dream

Seed: 7620562345181517496.

If survival is your goal, you’ll want to start with a seed near plenty of natural resources. You’ll spawn at the edge of a lovely plains biome . Journey a few hundred blocks to the east to find a village , and keep running the same way to find all the wood you’ll ever need. For water, you’ll find n atural rivers to your north and south , and agricultural enthusiasts can easily build a splendid farm along these waterways.

Of course, you’ll also need to mine. Fortunately, this seed’s spawn point is sandwiched between two ravines . A mid-sized cave is just a few blocks to the west, so you won’t have to look far to find some much-needed ore. A handful of copper and iron veins are also spattered generously within that crucial 1,000-block radius of your spawn point.

2 The Cherry Grove

Seed: 4172997236519720604.

The cherry grove biome is one of Minecraft’s newest and rarest regions. In addition to the biome’s picturesque falling blossoms, its plentiful trees mill into a gorgeous, soft pink hue. Finding these areas is difficult but fortunately, this world seed plops you in the middle of a cherry grove.

And don’t worry about a lack of resources. A village lies about 150 blocks to the southwest, while a cave is to your northeast. If you need water, you’ll find a small pond a short hike to your northeast. Once you’ve built your fortress, wander to the south to find a zombie village and trial chamber to hone your combat skills.

1 The Multi-Biome Base

Seed: 6513004592049031679.

While there are literally millions of possible world seeds, one of the best straddles six different biomes . You’ll spawn in a savannah, but you’ll find a massive desert to your west, plains and jungles to your south, beaches and flower forests to your east, and a forest to the north. So, that’s all your resources covered.

But that’s not what makes this world seed extraordinary. The best part is that five villages are within 500 blocks of your spawn point . The closest two are to your southeast and southwest, but the other three are just as easily accessible.

PlayStation Version of Minecraft is Losing a Feature Next Year

Mojang is sitting on a gold mine by not releasing one minecraft spin-off, the minecraft movie is stealing (& ruining) ideas from better video game movies.

Several improvements were made to Minecraft Bedrock Edition’s 1.21.30 patch, including bug fixes, parity changes, and more. When hanging around villages at night, villagers will no longer make idle sounds while they’re sleeping in beds to better indicate these mobs are actually asleep. The Stone Mason villagers additionally had their name changed to just Mason to better align with Minecraft Java Edition. Foxes in Bedrock Edition received a health update, decreasing their 10 heart total to five hearts to match Java Edition. On top of all of these improvements was a new experimental feature to help refine inventory management: bundles.

With Minecraft Live 2024 on the horizon, Mojang announces Minecraft on PlayStation will be losing a very special feature in 2025.

Minecraft's New Experimental Bundles

When creating a new world in Minecraft , players can turn on the bundle experiment in order to access the bundle in-game. The bundle will not appear in common or pre-existing Survival, Creative, or Realm worlds as bundles are still in their preview and beta stages and are subject to changes that may appear at any time. Once inside a new world with the bundle experiment toggled, players can craft a bundle using one piece of string above one piece of leather in the crafting menu. From here, players can experiment with stacking multiple different items together into the same stack.

Bundles can fit into one inventory slot but cannot be stacked on top of one another once filled with items. Players can deposit 64 types of different items within a bundle even if they’re not the same kind of block. For example, one bundle could be filled with 32 gold ingots, 12 arrows, 10 sticks, six cooked steaks, and four torches. Players can open a bundle to remove individual items and once an item is selected, the bundle icon will show that item poking out of the bundle. If players are holding bundles in hand, they can empty the entire bag onto the ground to quickly remove items for use and storage.

Known Issues with Minecraft’s Bundle

Since bundles are still in their preview and beta stages, the item already has some bugs and issues players may run into. For instance, while multiple stackable items can fit in a bundle , items that usually take up a whole slot on their own will fill a bundle by themselves, such as a weapon or a piece of armor. When players attempt to move items in bundles on touch devices, the wrong item icon may appear briefly. Likewise, when bundles are put in decorated pots, given to allays, or moved through hoppers and droppers, they may lose their contents.

Minecraft’s Bundles Potential Benefits

For most of Minecraft ’s history, only items that are the same could be stacked together in one inventory slot, such as 64 blocks of wood, 16 eggs, and 16 honey bottles. While this system was easy to understand, players' inventories quickly became filled while mining or simply exploring, forcing players to make multiple trips back and forth to their base or abandon some items for more desirable ones. To help improve inventory management, bundles were first tested and added to Minecraft in 2020 with the Minecraft Java Snapshot 20w45a but weren’t reintroduced until 2024. While bundles are still designated as an experiment, bundles could forever change how Minecraft is played once properly implemented.

Since bundles currently benefit resource blocks over tools and weapons, bundles could help players mine more efficiently. Instead of having multiple stacks of cobblestone or deepslate when mining, players could use a bunch of bundles to only carry a few stone blocks and dedicate most of their extra inventory to being filled with valuable metals, ores, and minerals .

Bundles could allow players to better prepare for dangerous scenarios, such as having a bundle filled with honey bottles, buckets of milk, and various types of food. These improvements could help players mine in Minecraft for longer stretches of time without having to travel back to base so often.

Bundles were first revealed in Minecraft Live 2020 alongside the glow squid which won that year’s Mob Vote.

Minecraft Bedrock Edition Keeps Crashing After Loading a World

As far as I can tell, this issue started when I got my new computer.

The specs of it are as follows:

Intel I9 14900k

Nvidia Gtx 4090

Windows 11 installed

2 tb Samsung ssd

All drivers are up to date

My issue doesn’t come from launching the game itself, but whenever I try to load a world, it will either crash during the loading of the world, or let me into the world for a few seconds before crashing. Having task manager up, the CPU usage for Minecraft ramps up significantly before the crash. From what I can tell, nothing is wrong with my computer parts themselves, as this doesn’t happen with other games that are far more resource intensive. I have tried reinstalling, both bedrock edition and the launcher itself, which still didn’t change anything.

If anyone could help that would be great, as I have been trying to play the game all week. If more information is needed please ask. Thank you for your time.

Hello, Alfonso Macias III.

We appreciate you posting in Microsoft community.

I'm well aware that you're experiencing crashes when loading the Bedrock version of the Minecraft world, and I'd be glad to help you analyze this issue and give you some suggestions.

Since this was the only program that crashed. I think we can try to detect interference from third-party software, “Clean boot” will do the trick.

Please follow the steps from Microsoft site:

How to perform a clean boot in Windows - Microsoft Support

Disclaimer: A “clean boot” starts Windows with a minimal set of drivers and startup programs. It helps to determine whether a background service is interfering with your game or program and to isolate the cause of a problem.

Your update on the progress of the problem is the basis for us to move to the next step of troubleshooting.

Feel free to share with me your results after performing these steps and more information, I'm all ears.

Best Regards.

Jeffrey - MSFT | Microsoft Community Support Specialist

How satisfied are you with this reply?

Thanks for your feedback, it helps us improve the site.

Thanks for your feedback.

Hello Jeffrey,

Thank you for getting back to me quickly. I tried doing the clean boot as instructed, with all startup services disabled both through msconfig and the startup section of task manager. The only thing I could notice is that I stayed in the game for a little longer, maybe a few seconds. After, it still crashed like before, with the 100% CPU usage. Your advice would be needed, as I'm not sure what this means.

Thank you for your time,

Alfonso Macias III

Best Minecraft 1.21 Bedrock Seeds (September 2024)

Image of Krista McCay

Minecraft players on Windows, console Minecrafters, and mobile players—this Bedrock list is just for you!

To get the ultimate Minecraft experience, I always try to locate the perfect seed to match my ideal build or playstyle. I handpicked each of the seeds on our best Minecraft 1.21 Bedrock seeds list because of their stunning geography, resourcefulness, and overall fascinating world.

Best Minecraft 1.21 Bedrock Seeds

Whether you play on your computer, TV, or phone, these are truly the best seeds in Minecraft 1.21 Bedrock.

Mangroves to Mushrooms

A Mushroom Island off the coast of a Mangrove Swamp in Minecraft

Seed: -4560486896694123770

A Mushroom Island floats in the Lukewarm Ocean next to this Mangrove Swamp. If you head deeper into the mainland away from the Mushroom Island, you'll walk into a ruined portal and a small Plains Village. If you brave the ocean, you'll have the opportunity to explore a few shipwrecks and plenty of Small Warm Ocean Ruins.

Exposed Jungle Ruins

An exposed set of Minecraft Trail Ruins and a Jungle Temple

Seed: -1236504576773035641

Trail Ruins are always hidden underground, typically with only the top layer or two being exposed on the surface. In contrast to the norm, these Trail Ruins are exposed for the first seven or eight layers. They stick out from the Jungle hill they are stationed on, making them easily visible to any player wandering by. After visiting them, head down the hill to explore the Jungle Temple near the river.

A Minecraft Coral Reef with a Desert Village and a Pillager Outpost

Seed: 8651751508037126301

Coral Reefs are always a welcome sight in Minecraft since they only spawn in Warm Oceans and contain Tropical Fish, a vibrant mob that comes in thousands of color combinations. The Coral Reef is the first thing you'll see in this world, followed by a Pillager Outpost and a Desert Village. The Desert Village is extra-special because it has a Desert Temple inside it! Enjoy exploring the Desert to your heart's content using these structures as the start of your journey.

Ancient City's Lava Mines

An Ancient City with lots of lava and a mineshaft in Minecraft

Seed: -1992192446241627435

This Bedrock seed hides its beauty beneath the surface. A Cherry Grove and Frozen Peaks mountain marks the location of the world's Ancient City with a mineshaft. Players who explore it will find swirling lava falls, waterfalls leading to hidden sections of the cave, and a mineshaft filled with even more spectacular riches. You'll be able to gather a lifetime's worth of treasure in just one trip.

Cavern Portal beneath Plains Village

A ruined Nether Portal hidden in a Minecraft cave

Seed: -983983965181981808

Most ruined Nether Portals are found above ground in Minecraft. This is because ruined portals spawned underground are practically impossible to come across without their exact coordinates. This underground portal is located at the start of a cave beneath a Plains Village, making it very easy to uncover and explore! After admiring this rare structure, follow the cave into Deepslate to find diamonds, amethysts, and more.

Introduction to Trials

The new Minecraft 1.21 Trial Chambers structure

Seed: -892524799103860690

Whether you want to hop straight into the Trial Chamber in your next survival world or explore the structure in Creative Mode, this seed has you covered. This world's Trial Chamber can be immediately dug into from the area around Spawn. It contains mainly Spider and Breeze Spawners, so make sure you're prepared to deal with both. If you're lucky, some of the Breezes will drop Breeze Rods for crafting a mace !

Mangrove Masterpiece

An intricate Mangrove Swamp hill next to a Desert Temple

Seed: 3629414521069358223

Players begin beneath the backside of this large Mangrove Swamp hill, resting in the shade of its walls. Chop down a nearby Mangrove tree, then create tools and dig straight into the hill for resources and a safe place to rest. When you have the blocks and time, head to the Desert Temple to snag its treasures without setting off the dynamite hidden beneath its floor. Those looking for a big challenge can transform the entire hill into one large, stunning home.

Village Stack

A Minecraft Plains Village stacked up on a hill

Seed: -6421276201778667790

This Plains Village decided to save up land by building their houses on top of each other rather than next to each other. Their village is nearly complete, except for stairs between the taller buildings. There is plenty of room for your own build, but you can just as easily redecorate and reconstruct the already existing buildings to fit your style. There is a second Plains Village closer to Spawn and a tall Witch Hut in the local Swamp biome.

Collapsed Ruins

A set of Trail Ruins hidden at the bottom of a pool of water

Seed: -2871606970001676294

These ruins are a rarity because they're nearly impossible to see if you don't know where they are. To find them, you'll need to walk through a vast Jungle and dive into an underwater pool. There will be red concrete, gravel, and Suspicious Gravel blocks poking out from the bottom of the pool. Excavating these will be easiest with sponges. If you can't find any, you can make do by placing blocks to remove the water in that area and then picking them up to free the space.

Jungle Beach Cave

A cave between a sandy beach and a Jungle biome in Minecraft

Seed: -534275811744386526

If you love caves and cookies, this might be your best seed. You'll spawn at the edge of a Jungle biome near a large cave entrance. Chop down a few trees and head straight into the cave to find unimaginable treasures. The Jungle also has two temples to explore, giving you plenty to do in this new world. As a bonus, the beach next to the Jungle contains lots of sea turtles to befriend.

Stacked Mansion

A really tall Woodland Mansion on the side of a Dark Forest hill

Seed: 663870798873237550

This is one of the tallest Mansions I've ever seen in Minecraft. Its front door is on the side of a steep hill, forcing the side and back walls to tower above the ground beneath the hill. The cobblestone at the bottom of the Mansion could easily be cleared out to create an awesome Mansion basement build. If you choose to attack the Pillagers from below, they'll never see it coming.

Societal Ruins

A deserted Snowy Village next to a ruined portal in Minecraft

Seed: -3540609072203949998

There isn't a lot of life to find in this seed. The last dregs of society can be found in a few Zombie Villagers scattered across the abandoned Snowy Village. You can use alchemy to return them to humanity or abandon them to their predetermined fate. Anyone who explores around will find a set of Trail Ruins beneath the icy surface of a frozen lake.

Desert Watchman

Viewing a Mangrove Swamp and a Desert Village from the tower of another Desert Village in Minecraft.

Seed: -1636709389686617911

You are the Watchman of a quaint Desert Village in this seed. From your position on the tower, you have a perfect view of the nearby Desert hills, Mangrove Swamp, and another Desert Village in the distance. Keep the Desert Village safe from all of those who would do it harm. It might help to befriend the other nearby Desert Village for trade and shared protection.

Icy Cliffs Island

A Minecraft island made up of Icy Peaks and Stony Shores biomes.

Seed: -2969390531556177038

These icy cliffs are the first thing you'll see in this Minecraft seed. You'll spawn directly on top of them as soon as you enter the world. The opposite edge of the tall island contains a Stony Shores biome with plenty of ores to collect. Luckily, the island contains a tree that can be chopped down and replanted for a consistent source of wood. You'll be able to live sustainably whether you choose to travel to other islands or just stay on this one.

Ice Spike Cherries

A Plains Village between a Cherry Grove and an Ice Spikes biome.

Seed: -1380442750967319180

Whether you prefer warm or cool temperatures, you'll find the perfect place to live in this seed. Spawn is set next to a Plains Village between a Cherry Grove and an Ice Spikes biome. There will be a ruined portal next to the village as well. Half of the land in the distance is covered in snow while the other half is grassy and warm. Settle down in whichever area you'd prefer.
