Best Charter in Belize- Cal Tropic Tours. Aug 2022 • Family. Just spent a week in Hopkins, Belize. Highlight were definitely fishing and Island hopping with Cal Tropic tours on the Ms Ashley.. Best charter boat in Hopkins. Capt. Elwin and First Mate Zwedi are top notch guides. Put us on fish till our arms were exhausted. Can't wait to return .

Depending on conditions, you might hook into Great Barracuda, Mahi Mahi, Gag Grouper, African Pompano Jack, Horse-eye Jack, Jack Crevalle, King Mackerel (Kingfish), and whatever else is biting.
Cal Tropic Tours is a must do when you visit the Village of Hopkins. Nice boat well clean and the guides are supper great. My wife and our two kids went snorkeling and we had a blast.We saw spotted eagle rays, Nurse Sharks, moray eels and the corals are so beautiful. After our first snorkel we went to South water Island.
