Jungle Safari of Nandan Van Zoo, Raipur is the largest man-made Jungle Safari in the whole of Asia. It is spread over an area of 800 acres, and it costs around 200 crores to develop. It was inaugurated on 1st November 2016 by our Honorable Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi.

In Jungle Safari Raipur, you will get to see many types of animals and flora, in addition, there is a 130-acre Khandwa reservoir that attracts many migrant birds. It is heartwarming to see greenery all around, and animals are roaming in their natural habitat in Jungle.

At present, wildlife has been kept in 4 safaris and 11 enclosures. Here tourists can easily see Royal Bengal Tiger, White Tiger, Asiatic Lion, Nilgai, Kala Deer, Gharial, and other wildlife.

However, this safari is not fully ready yet. Tourists can book tickets online or offline for Jungle Safari.

AC and non-AC buses are available for tourists. On the buses, you will find guides who will give you information about every details of the safari and animals.

There is a large lake that can be seen during the jungle safari, which adds beauty to the place. You can enjoy boating in the lake.
