Hello, everyone: We travelled by train in the night, every passenger has a bed, but my daughter was too excited to sleep, so I told her: There is a night security guard in the train, he makes an inspection tour of every railway car(i.e., he goes into every car to check the passenger), and he takes the passenger away if the passenger does not sleep. Is it correct to say " makes an inspection tour " in this context? Or do you have a better way to say it? Thank you.
Yes, sounds OK.
