History & Background [ edit ]
Cheap and easy to manufacture, many of this class of ships where captured during the wars. Ziru Sirka (Anglic: Ziru Sirka ) negotiators generally did not demand their return. Sold cheaply to Terran bidders at scrapyard prices, they were converted into independent trading and exploration vessels.
Class Naming Practice/s & Peculiarities [ edit ]
Ziru Sirka (Anglic: Ziru Sirka ) generally did not name ships of the class, only registry numbers. The name disigshur (Anglic: disigshur ) is a form of Vilani sandwich, which Terran translation software translated as Hero . The Terran Confederation Navy designation was "Type A"

Aramis Subsector on the Imperial Frontier. Aramanx was intended to be a luddite paradise, a pastoral world where the pressure and conflict of life in the Imperium could be forgotten. But things haven’t worked out that way. The balkanised world has become a war zone where its numerous nations are ratcheting up tension with one another. It is a powder keg waiting to blow. The crew of the Slowhand enter this volatile environment, hoping to repair their ship and make a few deals, but getting out unscathed could be trickier than they think.

For damage output nothing beats a triple (or quad) turret with pulse-lasers. For defense a turret with a sandcaster (anti-laser, anti-boarding) and two beam lasers (anti-missile, good for deterring small ships trying to board) is close to optimal.
