Was disappointed when Mercury Holidays cancelled a fully paid up holiday to Southeast Asia. I did not want an alternative and had requested my money back. Ryan knew I was looking forward to the holiday and the next day he called me back with near enough the same holiday with Wendy Wu Tours, guaranteed to go and slightly cheaper. Great team effort.

We have a couple of special occasions…

We have a couple of special occasions coming up and wanted to book holidays for them. One being a cruise. We have used Barrhead travel before so didn’t think twice to go back for their help finding the ideal destinations. The girls that helped us on all trips were fantastic. Enjoy the experience of helpful, knowledgeable staff

We booked our honeymoon with Mead last year, since then we've booked for Fuertaventura and now going back to Cape Verde. Every time we have been looked after, given excellent information and had a really enjoyable experience. All the staff are knowledgeable, engaging and take the headache out of booking/planning your next holiday.

Toronto trip

The agent, Fiona Watson, is a very approachable young lady to whom nothing is too much trouble. She is knowledgeable, professional and conscientious and is a pleasure to deal with and sorted all aspects of our Toronto trip so that all parts dovetailed.

Extremely helpful

Agent in Falkirk was very friendly and knowledgeable. Gary gave me loads of information about the ship and advised on pros and cons of various options. Visit was not rushed and I never felt any pressure to book there and then (even though I did).

A new venture into the Northern Ireland holiday market for Travel Department has been a success says Stephen Mills

A new venture into the Northern Ireland holiday market for Travel Department has been a success says Stephen Mills, the UK General Manager for the travel business that specialises in guided group holidays, escorted tours and active and adventure holidays.
