Wi-Fi Calling isn't included with TravelPass. Wi-Fi calling to a country other than the US is charged international long distance rates regardless of whether or not you have an international travel plan.

Para tener en cuenta: Puedes adquirir datos internacionales de alta velocidad tantas veces como necesites en tu sesión TravelPass de 24 horas. Asegúrate de tener fondos suficientes en tu cuenta para cubrir el costo de los datos adicionales.

¿Cómo puedo obtener más datos internacionales de alta velocidad una vez alcanzado el límite de 2 GB?

Para obtener más datos de alta velocidad después de usar la asignación diaria de 2 GB:

• Comprueba si has recibido un mensaje de texto. Te enviaremos un mensaje de texto preguntándote si deseas comprar más datos internacionales de alta velocidad. 
• Si no respondes al mensaje de texto, podrás seguir usando datos a velocidades reducidas hasta que comience tu próxima sesión de TravelPass de 24 horas.
• Una vez que agregues los fondos necesarios a tu cuenta, responde "SÍ" al mensaje de texto para comprar datos internacionales de alta velocidad.

¿Tengo que quitar Prepaid TravelPass de mi línea al regresar a EE.UU.?

No, no es necesario que quites Prepaid TravelPass cuando regreses a Estados Unidos. TravelPass solo emite un cargo diario cuando usas tu dispositivo mientras viajas fuera de EE. UU. en un país cubierto con TravelPass elegible.

¿Debo tener una suscripción diaria para usar Prepaid TravelPass?

No. Una vez que Prepaid TravelPass está en tu línea, está disponible para su uso hasta que lo quites. Así es como se cobra:

• Solo se te cobrará por los días en que uses tu dispositivo en un país de TravelPass.
• TravelPass permanece en tu línea para que tengas todo listo para tu próximo viaje.

How do i get my device ready to use outside the us.

Before you use your device while traveling, make sure your device's roaming is turned on. Roaming must be on so your device can connect to cellular networks in your destination country. For instructions to turn roaming on and off:

• Visit Let's Troubleshoot Your Devices .
• Enter your device in the search field under Filter (e.g., “Samsung” or “S23”, etc.) and choose your device.
• Select Troubleshoot under the device’s name on the device tile.
• In the Search Another Issue field, type “Turn data roaming on or off.” Follow the instructions for your device.

How do I add an international travel plan for my device?

Here's how to add TravelPass or a Monthly International Plan to your account:

• My Verizon Online or My Verizon app.
• Sign in to your account if prompted.
• Review options already selected for each line.
• Select Change plan , Remove plan , View plan details and usage or View your TravelPass days in the TravelPass bank .

You can also add TravelPass by texting TRAVEL to 4004. You can gather information about international plan options:

• Select Add new plan.
• Select Travel plan or Calling plan and follow the prompts to learn more about international options.

Before you go, make sure your roaming is turned on in your device settings. This allows your device to connect to networks in other countries.

Visit our Device Troubleshooting Assistant to see instructions for your device.

• Enter your device in the search field under Filter (e.g., "Samsung" or "S24", etc.) and choose your device.
• Select Troubleshoot under the device's name on the device tile.
• In the Search Another Issue field, type "Turn data roaming on or off.". Follow the instructions for your device.

How am I charged for using my device when I travel abroad?

How you're charged depends on whether or not you add an international plan to your account for your trip. Our international plans let you use your phone in more than 210 countries and destinations outside the US:

• $5/day in Canada and Mexico* Included with all Unlimited and other select plans.
• $10/day in other countries.

• Unlimited data* (20 GB of high speed data then unlimited data at 3G speeds).
• Unlimited text messaging.
• 250 minutes of International calling.*
• 0.5 GB data.
• 50 minutes.
• Unlimited text.
• Unlimited 3G data on aircraft that offers the service.
• We'll send you a text to add the plan where available.
• Pay as you go: Without an international plan, you’ll be charged per minute, per text message, and per MB of data used. This can be expensive.
