Made from tough 8mm alloy rod, the Tour’s design includes an offset stay, providing ample support for your panniers. This very popular rear rack incorporates a solid central plate to act as a mudguard. Got an e-bike from Eco Move recently and very pleased with it! Makes cycling into work much nicer. Mark and Nilloy were super kind and helpful when it came to ordering the bike and making sure everything got sorted. I also had to bring my bike in for some break adjustments and Jack sorted it all out and undid the mess I made of it trying to adjust it myself. Bought a bike through EcoMove 6 months ago and had a few questions about how smoothly it's was running. Popped in after work at gone 4:40pm expecting only an opinion. The technician couldn't have been more helpful. Gave the bike a good check over, fixing chain tension and tightening brakes. Then found and sorted core issue with spokes on rear wheel. Great customer service.

We aim to provide efficient delivery on all packages to mainland UK addresses. There are some areas where we will need to charge slightly more due to postage costs such as Highlands & Islands, Southern Ireland & Isle of Man.

Delivery is charged at £5.95 for standard delivery to UK mainland (see below for exceptions). Next working day delivery available for £6.95 if order before 1pm.  Bikes are subject to £10.00 carriage charge. Exceptions can be found below. E-Bikes are subject to £30.00 carriage charge due to higher weight and value involved for insurance purposes. 

Free delivery is available for orders over £75 and is a 2 working day service.

Orders placed before 12pm Monday to Thursday will be shipped the same day for next day delivery. Orders placed after 12pm Thursday and onwards will be shipped on Monday.

DUE TO THE CURRENT HIGH DEMAND, DELIVERY TIME FOR BIKES IS 7-10 DAYS. ALL PARTS AND ACCESSORIES ARE STILL 1-2 DAYS.

We use DPD for all our shipments:

DPD offer an excellent delivery service, with full tracking information and an hour time slot given on the day of delivery. You can also change the destination of your parcel, including local drop off points.

*Saturday delivery can be arranged at extra cost, please call for details.

Moscow plus rack. Pannier recommendations?

Hello, I have the plus with the rack addition. Turns out that the rear vertical support bar is 14mm outside of the top rack surface. I have been unable to secure my current panniers because of the interference. Does anyone with the ncm rack also mount their panniers? Hoping to get something that won't cause me to have to bring out the welder and add another tube to the rack for mounting. Thanks, Stephen
