Trevor Noah speaks onstage while wearing a tuxedo.

Trevor Noah is stepping out from behind the “Daily Show” desk and back onto the stage.

In 2023, the comic, talk show/award show host and author is embarking on his 45-show “Off The Record Tour” that will take him to Theatres, Palaces and Performing Arts Centers all over North America.

That includes three back-to-back performances at New York City’s Beacon Theatre on Oct. 9 , Oct. 10 and Oct. 11 .

Demand to see Noah live is already high too.

According to his Twitter , he added second shows in Georgia , Wisconsin , Minnesota and Texas .

And while we can’t predict what Noah will joke about on the road, audiences can most likely expect to hear his signature hot takes on modern-day politics and current events.

Plus, if we’re lucky, he may even dish on his last days at “The Daily Show” or his new relationship with pop star Dua Lipa .

No guarantees on what his material covers, but we know the best way to find out is live.

Trevor Noah 2023 tour schedule

The tour officially kicks off in Atlanta on Jan. 20, just six weeks after Noah officially ends his tenure as “The Daily Show” host. His last show hosting the program is scheduled for Dec. 8.

Following his opening night in Atlanta, Noah will perform 44 more shows up until Dec. 3, 2023, in locales as varied as Chicago , Denver , Boston , Phoenix and Nashville .

Tickets for all shows are available on Vivid Seats .

Vivid Seats is a verified secondary market ticketing platform, and prices may be higher or lower than face value, depending on demand.

It offers a 100% buyer guarantee that states your transaction will be safe and secure, and all tickets will be delivered before the event.

A complete calendar featuring all upcoming Trevor Noah tour dates, venues, show start times and links to buy tickets can be found here .

“A Strange Loop” Broadway talkback

On Tuesday, Nov. 29, Noah will host a post-show talkback of the Tony Award-winning musical “A Strange Loop” as part of NYC Black Theatre Night.

Tickets to see the production that the New York Times called “searing and softhearted, uproarious and disquieting” can be purchased here .

Dua Lipa relationship

In late September, photos of Noah with the three-time Grammy winner surfaced on Twitter .

The first photo of the pair is innocuous enough — the pair seem to be walking the streets of New York City together.

However, the second picture seals the deal when Noah, 38, locks lips with Lipa , 27.

For those hoping to see Dua Lipa live this year in NYC, you can at the iHeartRadio Jingle Ball on Dec. 9 at Madison Square Garden.

She’s set to perform alongside Lizzo , Charlie Puth, Backstreet Boys, The Kid LAROI, Demi Lovato and more.

Tickets can be purchased here .

Before the newfound coupling, Noah had dated actress Minka Kelly who you may know from “Friday Night Lights,” “Euphoria,” and as (spoiler) Autumn at the end of “500 Days of Summer.”

Trevor Noah’s new Netflix special

Even though Trevor Noah may seem like the busiest man in entertainment, that’s still not all.

On top of all the above — plus a gig hosting the 2022 Grammys — he’s also releasing his third Netflix special, “I Wish You Would,” on Nov. 22.

His two previous specials, 2017’s “Afraid of the Dark” and 2018’s “Son of Patricia,” can currently be streamed on the platform.

A clip roasting Presidents’ weird voices from his new special can be seen below.

Trevor Noah’s “Born A Crime” book

After being announced as the successor to Jon Stewart as “The Daily Show” host in 2015, Noah released his humorous autobiography “Born a Crime: Stories from a South African Childhood,” which quickly became a New York Times Bestseller.

“Born a Crime” tells the story of Noah growing up in South Africa midway through the apartheid era, which made his mixed race status— he was born to a white Swiss-German father and Black Xhosa mother— a crime.

Want to read it?

You can buy Noah’s critically acclaimed book here .

Also, keep an eye out for the film adaptation of the text too. Academy Award-winning actress Lupita Nyong’o has reportedly been cast as his mother.

“The Daily Show” replacement host

Since the announcement that Noah was departing the venerated half-hour satire, there’s been much speculation about who would replace him behind the desk he occupied for seven years.

Although no official announcement has been made, the New York Post guessed that former correspondent Samantha Bee and “Harold and Kumar” star Kal Penn might be in the running.

The full story, complete with juicy details, can be read here .

In late September, Noah announced that his time at The Daily Show was up, citing a desire to be back on the road, learning and exploring. “I spent two years [of the pandemic] in my apartment, not on the road, and when I got back out there again, I realized that there’s another part of my life that I want to carry on exploring,” he said at the time. “I miss learning other languages, I miss going to other countries and putting on shows, I miss being everywhere and doing everything.” He’s scheduled to formally sign off on Dec. 8.

Despite a demanding schedule over the last seven years, which has also had him tethered to New York four days a week, Noah never stopped touring. In fact, save the early days of the pandemic, he’s spent most weekends on the road. During his Daily Show run, theaters became arenas, and Noah solidified his status as one the most successful comics working, having sold up shows across five continents. He’s racked up Netflix specials, too, including his latest, I Wish You Would , which drops on the service Nov. 22. Noah has historically veered away from political humor during his stand-up sets, and the new special is no different.

The Off the Record tour will have the South African stand-up hit international cities, too, though those dates and destinations have yet to be announced.

Following the extraordinary success of “Born a Crime,” Trevor is writing a new book for One World (an imprint of the Random House Group, a division of Penguin Random House LLC). As yet untitled, the book is scheduled for release in fall 2023. This book is a gorgeously illustrated and moving modern fable for readers of all ages about forgiveness, acceptance, and the secret to solidarity.

Launching in early 2024, Trevor is set to host Amazon Prime Video’s first South African original, “LOL: Last One Laughing.”  The six-part unscripted comedy series will see Trevor pit 10 famous South African comedians and entertainers against one another to see who can keep a straight face while simultaneously trying to make their opponents laugh – and lose.   Trevor is also moving from in front of the camera to a behind-the-scenes turn as executive producer on the newly announced Amazon FreeVee remake of the long-running British Series, “Mock the Week.” The half-hour program combines elements from talk shows, stand-up comedy sessions and improv games that sets two teams of comics against each other in a bid to satirize current news events and popular culture.  The series will begin production for the US in 2024.

Trevor served as the Grammy Awards host for three years  in a row, with the 2023 show garnering the highest viewership numbers since 2020.   Noah is a Grammy nominee himself. His standup special “Trevor Noah: Son of Patricia” was nominated for best comedy album at the 2020 Grammys.

Trevor has written, produced, and starred in 12 comedy specials, including “I Wish You Would,” his third for Netflix, which premiered globally in November 2022.  True to form, Trevor hilariously shares revelations about learning to speak German, modern communication, and his love for curry. His previous special,  “ Trevor Noah:  Son Of Patricia” received a NAACP Image Award for Outstanding Variety Show, as well as a Grammy Award nomination.

I absolutely loved it! I'd seen his shows on TV and when I heard he was coming to Indy I just had to go! I'm so glad I went. His set was hilarious. Hope to see him again.

Excellent show,,, big intimate setting, must include the venue in this review early because I was significantly impressed with the Carnegie Music Hall, Oakland, Pa on the University of Pittsburgh campus. Trevor Noah has a very good show and his material was wide ranging as any fan knows he's worldly. A good job by the opening act as well should be cited.

Trevor Noah

Off the record tour.

Trevor Noah is one of the most successful comedians in the world and was the host of the Emmy® Award-winning “The Daily Show” on Comedy Central for seven years. Under Trevor, “The Daily Show with Trevor Noah” broke free from the restraints of a 30-minute linear show, producing engaging social content, award-winning digital series, podcasts and more for its global audience.  Last year, “The Daily Show with Trevor Noah” landed a record number of seven Emmy Award nominations.

Trevor is the author of the #1 New York Times bestseller “Born a Crime: Stories from a South African Childhood” and its young readers adaptation, released in 2019, “It’s Trevor Noah: Born a Crime: Stories from a South African Childhood,” which also debuted as a New York Times bestseller. The Audible edition of “Born a Crime,” performed by Trevor, was produced by Audible and remains one of the top-selling, highest-rated, and most-commented-on Audible performances of all time. To date, “Born a Crime” has sold over 3 million copies across all formats.

Trevor's success has also spanned to sold out stand-up comedy shows over 5 continents. His recently announced “Off The Record” World Tour stops in 28 cities across the US, before heading for international destinations. Trevor’s “Back To Abnormal Tour” saw him sell out multiple nights at the O2 Arena in London, perform across Europe including selling the most tickets ever by a non-German in Frankfurt, Germany, as well as Madison Square Garden, The LA Forum, two shows at the Chase Center in San Francisco and ended his run with two sold out shows at the Scotiabank Arena in Toronto.

Trevor has written, produced, and starred in 12 comedy specials, including “I Wish You Would,” his third for Netflix, which premiered globally in November 2022. True to form, Trevor hilariously shares revelations about learning to speak German, modern communication, and his love for curry. His previous special, “Trevor Noah: Son Of Patricia” received a NAACP Image Award for Outstanding Variety Show, as well as a Grammy Award nomination.

Day Zero Productions, a joint venture between Paramount Global and Trevor Noah, develops and produces diverse, high-quality creative content for a global audience. With projects set up both within the Paramount Global family, as well as at other studios, streamers, and live platforms, Day Zero focuses on entertaining and impactful content, with an eye toward authentic stories from diverse points of view. The company announced it is developing a series based on Kiese Laymon’s coming-of-age novel “Long Division.” Other current projects include an adaptation of Noah’s best-selling and award-winning autobiography “Born A Crime,” with Lupita Nyong’o starring and a reimagining of the classic Paramount feature President’s Analyst . On the television side, recent unscripted credits include the documentary series “The Turning Point” for MSNBC/Peacock, and Nickelodeon’s annual “Kid of the Year” TV special alongside TIME Studios.

In 2018, Noah launched the Trevor Noah Foundation to improve equitable access to quality education for underserved youth in South Africa. Noah's vision is a world where education enables youth to dream, see and build the impossible.

PGA TOUR University On TOUR:  John Pak, Frederik Kjettrup add to alumni victory count

PGA TOUR University

Change Text Size

Two PGA TOUR University alumni – and also Florida State alums – won last weekend, with John Pak winning the Korn Ferry Tour’s Compliance Solutions Championship and Frederik Kjettrup winning in his debut on PGA TOUR Americas at The Beachlands Victoria Open presented by Times Colonist. It marked the first time two PGA TOUR University alumni won on the same weekend, and alumni have now combined for 21 professional victories since the first class turned pro in June 2021.

The story was similar on PGA TOUR Americas – Kjettrup built a three-shot cushion through three rounds, and a long birdie putt on No. 17 in the final round proved to be the difference in a one-shot victory over Mateo Fernandez de Oliveira . Though Kjettrup made his pro debut at the U.S. Open, he joins Adrien Dumont de Chassart and Ricky Castillo as alumni who won his first start on his member tour.

On the PGA TOUR, Michael Thorbjornsen made his professional debut at the Travelers Championship after finishing No. 1 in the PGA TOUR University Class of 2024. For the first two rounds, Thorbjornsen was paired with Ludvig Åberg , the top player from the Class of 2023, and he carded a second-round 64 to enter the weekend T24. Thorbjornsen closed with rounds of 66-70 and finished T39.

Also last week, the final men’s Olympic Golf Ranking was published, and three PGA TOUR University alumni were among the 60 qualifiers. Ludvig Åberg (Sweden), Adrien Dumont de Chassart (Belgium) and Kevin Yu (Chinese Taipei) qualified to make their Olympic debuts and represent their countries at Paris 2024, August 1-4 at Le Golf National.

Thursday night in Eugene belonged to the stars.

Sha'Carri Richardson , Noah Lyles , Sydney McLaughlin-Levrone and Grant Holloway all cruised through their events, marching their way through Trials comfortably.

The first weekend of the 2024 U.S. Olympic Track and Field Trials was a whirlwind — Richardson and Lyles predictably sealed up their Olympic spots, while Athing Mu shockingly fell in the women's 800m final, taking her off the Paris Olympic team.

Night 7 featured finals in the women's discus and women's 3000m steeplechase events.

  • Holloway posted his second sub-13 second time of the week, dominating his 110m hurdles heat at 12.96 seconds to advance to the final. Daniel Roberts , Freddie Crittenden and Cordell Tinch will join him, while Dylan Beard will not.
  • Valarie Allman won the women's discus final by more than 8 meters, advancing to the Paris Olympics, where she'll look to defend her gold medal. Veronica Fraley is set to join her, while second-place finisher Jayden Ulrich needs to qualify via world rankings.
  • Richardson and defending 200m Olympic bronze medalist Gabby Thomas posted the top-two times in the women's 200m heats, both advancing to Friday's semifinal
  • Rai Benjamin , who took silver in the men's 400m hurdles at the Tokyo Games, opened his Trials defense with a victory in his heat in 49.56 seconds
  • 400m hurdles world record holder McLaughlin-Levrone torched the competition in her heat to book her seat in the semis. McLaughlin-Levrone crossed the finish line 19.4 meters ahead of anyone else.
  • Valerie Constien won the women's 3000m steeplechase final to clinch a spot at her second Olympic Games. Courtney Wayment finished second to make her first Olympic team, and Marisa Howard is also bound for her first Olympics.
  • Lyles, Erriyon Knighton , Courtney Lindsey and Kenny Bednarek all won their respective men's 200m heats to advance to the semifinal. Lyles and Bednarek are looking to qualify for the Olympics in the 100m and 200m.

See below for event recaps, highlights and more. U.S. Olympic Track and Field Trials results by event .

Men's 110m hurdles semifinal

After posting the fastest 110m hurdles heat time in U.S. Olympic Trials history at 12.92 seconds, three-time world champion Grant Holloway further stamped his hurdles supremacy.

The 26-year-old cruised through his semifinal, clocking in at 12.96 seconds to advance to the final. Holloway is the only man in the world to post two sub-13 second times this year, and now he's done it twice this week.

"I'm just trying to channel that inner monster," Holloway told Lewis Johnson of NBC Sports. "Right now, I'm in the zone. I just want to stay there."

Freddie Crittenden , 2023 U.S. 60m hurdles champion, won his semi in 13.05 seconds. Daniel Roberts , the 2023 world bronze medalist in the men's 110m hurdles, won his in 13.11.

Dylan Beard , who appeared on TODAY after making headlines for pursuing Olympic track and field as he works his day job at a local Walmart, finished fifth in his semi at 13.38 and didn't qualify for the final.

Women's discus final

Defending Olympic champion Valarie Allman is headed back to the Olympic Games to defend her women's discus crown.

Allman owned the women's discus final in Eugene with a top throw of 70.73m to clinch her spot in Paris, more than 8 meters farther than any other athlete. The 29-year-old Allman won gold at the Tokyo Games but followed that up with a bronze at 2022 Worlds and silver in 2023. She will aim to reclaim her throne in the sport next month.

Jayden Ulrich , a first-team All-American at the University of Louisville, placed second with a 62.63m-toss. Ulrich hasn't met the Olympic standard of 64.50m and will need to qualify for the Olympics via World Athletics rankings.

Veronica Fraley , who finished third at 61.82m, has met the standard and will thus join Allman at the Paris Games. The 24-year-old is set to make her Olympic debut just 10 months after failing to reach the women's discus final at 2023 Worlds.

Reigning world champion Laulauga Tausaga-Collins was shockingly eliminated in the opening round after fouling out three times, so she won't be headed to Paris. FINAL RESULTS

Richardson, who earned 200m bronze at 2023 Worlds, ran a scorching 21.99-second heat, just .07-seconds below her personal best. With that, Richardson cruised into the semis.

"Every time I touch the track, it's an opportunity for me to work on being my best self," Richardson said after her heat.

McKenzie Long , Brittany Brown, and Gabby Thomas all prevailed in their respective heats to advance to the semis. Thomas is the reigning Olympic 200m bronze medalist and is now one step closer to heading back to the Games.

She opened her 2024 Trials with a rout in her heat, clocking in at 53.07 seconds to move along to the semifinal. McLaughlin-Levrone bested Deonca Bookman , who placed second, by over three seconds, crossing the finish line 19.4 meters in front of Bookman. McLaughlin-Levrone was able to jog the final stretch and still win emphatically.

"It felt good," she said postrace. "I'm just excited to be out here and shake off the nerves."

McLaughlin-Levrone said she lost two toenails training for Trials, and the loss certainly didn't hold her back in the opening round.

Constien tore her ACL in May going over a barrier at a race and has since battled back to full health. She'll now take that comeback story to the Paris Olympics.

"I only started running on the ground in September, so just to be here is a really big deal," Constien said. "And to make this team ... I'm just so blessed."
